I had an excellent experience at this facility. The move-in was easy, and the storage area was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The staff are truly some of the nicest people you will meet. 10/10 would recommend.

Never was there. But i had a quick response from the owner.I had stopped on the exit ramp, looking for a place to eat.Where as, i could see the facility from the ramp.Google had thought i was there.

My work storage is here and its clean. The lady at the front is sweet that I spoke with. The gate is pretty cool! That dang speed bump needs to be reduced. That thing is harsh to drive over.

The staff were VERY friendly!!! They told me everything I needed to know and they actually helped me pick the best storage for my personal things! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to start the moving process.... I was even offered the opportunity to use their own personal truck if I wasn’t able to find an uhaul right off! I recommend StorageMax in Brandon, Ms because of the great customer service and their pricing!

This is a great facility with an exceptional staff. I have been renting the past year and have always had a pleasant experience with the manager Stan. He goes above and beyond and makes everything work efficiently. We had to upgrade our unit about halfway through a cycle, and he made the transition simple and easy for us. I would much rather not have a storage unit, but since I do, I would highly recommend going with this place, especially for its location and safety.

I unexpectedly needed somewhere to store some items last minute.Like most,I relied upon google to set me in the right direction.By the grace of God, the StorageMax located in Brandon on Oak Street Road was the first to pop up and thankfully after a few rings Mrs.Betty answered the phone. I’ve never had any experience with Storage units much less the process of renting one (e.i. Size, Climate Control, insurance, access, etc.)Despite being after 5:00 on a Friday afternoon, Mrs. Betty generously insisted I come by and allow her to show me some available units. Not only was the location PERFECT and extremely convenient (0.4 miles from my homestead) but the customer service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced.I come from an industry where customer service is Key and I, myself am a firm believer in customer satisfaction, however the hospitality Mrs. Betty & Mr. Bill displayed is beyond words! Not only were they friendly, they were also patient and very informative.I left that afternoon with more than what I needed and way beyond satisfied.Not only did they gain my business but they also established the type of business/customer relationship that I cherish and admire,and earns you a loyal customer for life, that’s sealed with a hug instead of a handshake! And that right there is something money can’t buy! 5 stars is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I definitely recommend them to take care of any and all your storage needs!
