Amazing Service. Went there today (Sunday) I had a 50% discount through text from their website. I paid $48 for 6 quad full synthetic oil and filter service. Friendly professional staff with a smile on their face and fast service. Reset my oil change indicator on my VW Tiguan and gave me and my wife cold water. Excellent service.

Small hiccup locating my vehicle in system out of town but Jon was diligent to make a few phone calls to get my lifetime of tire care done today. Jon is very detail oriented. He seems patient and understanding for females who arent as savvy with understanding all service needs.

I purchased new tires on Saturday. My car’s alignment was fine but the service manager insisted I purchase an alignment with new tires. So I did and I’m very disappointed. The car was at the store for 4 hours (with no follow up call about how long they were taking) and the alignment is not right! I wish I didn’t spend the $80 for the alignment. I called them on my way home and they asked for me to bring it back. Unfortunately I had other plans for the day and I was already late! I told them I would bring it back Monday morning and he said that would be fine. Now I called this morning and I’m told that I would have to bring it this afternoon. Beyond frustrated. I’ll be thinking twice about purchasing from Pep Boys again.

Don was courteous, kinks, understanding and used great customer service skills.

I called and spoke with the manager asking him several times if they serviced timing chain because I had several other mechanic say they did not work on them, he stated that it probably was not my problem but if it was they could fix it. So I go about having my car towed to this location and have a diagnostic done at which time I’m told they do not do anything with timing chain and if that’s what my car needed that he would help me by getting my car towed to a dealership at no cost to me!!! I’m furious, I would of gone to the dealer first and not wasted the money on the diagnostic that the other mechanic or dealership will not honor!!! Absolutely bait and switch. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Something better be done to remedy this situation and fast!!!!!UPDATE, after doing their “diagnostic” they are still guessing as to what the problem is. Now referring me to another Pep Boys and charging me again to open up the engine to look inside and see what the problem is!! Why am I paying for this twice?? I stated from the beginning that it was more than likely one of or all of three of the chains. Waiting for the manager to get off the phone with the other store now. They didn’t even check the oil for metal shavings?? Now they will pay for it to be towed to another Pep Boy’s that has a master mechanic and quoted me $1100 just to take the timing cover off and inspect the chain(s), guides and tensioners. This was not a diagnostic by any means if they didn’t even check the oil for metal shavings!! Totally disgusted right now and looking for another mechanic or deciding whether or not to eat the $1100 and hope that they don’t charge very much more to replace the chain...

I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire. They fixed the tire the same day and refused payment. The customer service was excellent and very accommodating!! They won a customer for life!!

This place has had my car 5 days and they keep saying the warranty hasnt approved this or that. I spoke with the warrenty adjuster and they told me that all claims are approved. This guy Victor is whining about being understaffed and warrenty not covering things and I called him out on that and he seemed to be speechless. Run, dont walk away from this place if referred there.

Well I was overheating while I arrived at Pep Boys. And I sat in the truck to let it cool off. Put a gallon and a half of a coolant back into it and let it cool off while I went in the store to get an estimate on a new battery because it would not turn over after it overheated. Did not get much help from the guy behind the counter I wont mention his name. So I hooked up a solar trickle charger and sat there for about an hour and a half and then a employee named Skyler came out to move the vehicle and and he told me that he would come back with a jump box thank you Skyler. Other than that no I did not have a good experience at Pep Boys would have been better off going to AutoZone

Went for oil change but knew I probably need brakes! My brake fluid was pretty bad so had changed also! Service was great all done in 2 hours! Jon who greets you was very professional, polite and helpful! I trust them with my car!

Outstanding service with very customer oriented employees. The garage experienced an unexpected issue with a piece of equipment that was outside of their control causing a delay in servicing my car. The staff was super supportive to my needs and provided me options for a rental car or transportation to and from my home. They also took the extra time to clean the inside and outside of my vehicle, which was no easy task! I highly recommend this location and team of specialists. They made a tough situation very manageable.

Finding a reliable/reputable/trustworthy tire and oil shop is not an easy feat these days, so stumbling upon Matt and his team was one of the best blessings to experience. I have impeccable luck when it comes to my tires, so I tend to be a frequent flyer, nonetheless every single time they not only take care of my car like it was their own, their customer service is truly like no other. They genuinely care about their customers, they remember who you are and ensure you’re driving safely, every single time. Anyone that asks me where to service their car I ALWAYS highly suggest this location, because they truly are above the rest and easily the best in town.

Our family has a child with Special needs who cannot handle the heat. She can easily get heat exhaustion. Our only vehicles air compressor went out. The manager Matt was very helpful and assisted us right away to ensure we could have it repaired in a timely manner. We are very thankful for his care and assistance.

It is probably a good idea to start by reinforcing that this is one of their car maintenance-only locations. That being said, they relatively recently took over this building, and I went in around noon on a weekday. They were slow when I walked in, but picked up quickly, so I have a feeling they are starting to get a steady flow of business. The person who took my info was courteous and my oil change took less than 30 minutes in and out. I was impressed for a small job and may go back for bigger issues in the future.

I went in for a repair to a tire that had a screw in it. The service was quick and the manager actually didn’t charge me as a show of goodwill considering I had been in there just a week prior to have two new tires installed. In an effort to share the holiday spirit, I came here to leave a 5 star review.This is the first auto repair franchise location that hasn’t tried to run me for everything I’m worth or try to convince me that my car is falling apart. This is the first time an auto repair has given back to me and I think that says a lot about how they manage this location. Thanks for not being like the other guys.

Went in for an inspection and came out feeling like family. Matthew M was the best mechanic I have met. He was Honest, and trustworthy. He didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need at the moment. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an honest opinion or service .

You know, God forbid you have a car that is remotely old and take it here. I took my car there for just an oil change. Dont get me wrong I understand if a place is busy and they do not have enough time to do it in the time allotted. The oil change was quick and rushed. So I go there looking online to see if they did a courtesy inspection and there was. I get there and me knowing a little bit about cars wants them to do certain things to the car like specific oil and pressures in tires. Well I get the receipt and there us no inspection or anything. I didnt think anything of it at the time but the service writer just seemed to want to get me out of there. I visibly saw him treat other people a lot differently than I. Among other things I get hone and I notice no oil sticker. I was like thats weird so i thought Id check if they even did it. Well low and behold they left one of my hood latches up and didnt lick it properly. Like now i was a little infuriated. What if it came up while I was on a drive. So I proceed to check the oil and it does look like its been changed dont get me wrong. Long story short. Dont go here the negligence that I experienced on my car made me never want to return. Also if you know anything about cars or have an older car they will treat you like garbage.

Good people at this place! This morning my car wouldn’t start. The battery was totally dead. I don’t have AAA or any other roadside assistance, so I wasn’t sure what to do. After a bit of internet searching, I found Pep Boys and called. The manager, Jon, told me that Pep Boys has a towing service, which I used to bring me and my car to the location from Lakewood Ranch. The mechanics serviced my car and gave it a new Bosch battery as soon as I arrived. Jon handled the transaction and gave me a very fair price including the towing, which I had thought would cost much more. I will be going to this Pep Boys anytime my car needs service. Thank you.

They didnt try to hard upsell me, gave me an appreciative alternative, and were pleasant with which to deal. Check in and check out were quick, they explained what they found, and the actual bill was a couple bucks less than their original quote. Ill continue to patronize Manny, Moe, and Jack.

I got my front brakes done by this location, payed $200 for a 1 year warranty, the next day they were squeaking and grinding way worse than before . The manager bud was extremely vague and seemed not to care about my problem insisting it was the back brakes creating the grinding quite clearly coming from the front brakes, Trying to use mechanical terminology and talking very fast... and brushed us off, reluctantly sanding the roters to try to stop the noise. Luckily, the next time we came in(still same problem) the other manager Tobin was happy and willing to help us. Tobin is a very good manager and was very helpful and made me feel like he was going to fix the problem instead of belittle me like Bud did. In short, people like Bud should be fixing cars and not dealing with customers if your going to be rude and have no care for your customers needs . So in short a huge thanks to Tobin for helping us out, and caring for your customers your the only reason me and my boyfriend would ever return here .

Do not know about other pep-boys. But the one I go to in Branenton Fla, these guys are the best.

I had contacted other places to have a burned out turn signal replaced, but everywhere I checked it was a minimum 2 hour wait, or else too pricey for a simple signal bulb replacement. When I called the manager of this Pep Boys, he told me to bring it in right away and he would take care of it. The manager replaced the burned-out signal and finished it in less than 15 minutes! On top of that, the cost was lower than any of the other places I checked. I would encourage you to have your auto serviced here.

Had a nail in tire, they got it out and luckily the tire did not need patched or replaced and they would not take any $$ for taking care of it. Pleasant and polite gentlemen. Will go back for anything else I need.

Nice but very slow workers.. took over 2hours to put on tires and change oil. Three workers and four cars,,, took too long .. wouldnt go back again.

Jon was very informed and accommodating, he said although they did close at 7pm (I called at 5pm) he would be able to take me for my oil change, if I could be there right away .

These guys are great: honest, reputable and won’t rip you off. I highly recommend taking your car here for any issues, they will shoot straight with you because they care about customer service and they value their repeat customers.

I went in thinking I needed a starter in my car after their Diagnostics it was just a battery. Batteries arent cheap but they cost less than a starter. Very honest people.

Went in with a $20 coupon for an oil change, the first ring up didnt include the coupon. The re ring reflected the coupon which the service man apologized for not including but had a $15 shop supply charge ....come on to change oil $15.

Very positive experience, the manager was knoeledable and extremely helpful. I left with 4 new tires, an oil change and brake repairs for less than $1000, which is great these days.

This location is crooked I have done business with Pep Boys for years, bit this location is crooked .I took my truck in for warranty work on my brakes, I had a stuck piston on a caliper. The work was performed, and despite the manager NOT suggesting to have both front rotors replaced and only replaced one,the work looks ok. I had it inspected at another shop.Now the problem. When I drove the truck into the shop my alignment was perfect. Upon leaving, the alignment was off so bad the steering wheel needed to be turned towards the 10 position. Upon IMMEDIATELY calling the manager, he blew some BS excuse that it had to do with the stuck caliper. Im more mechanic but I know this is BS. So, I called a family friend who is the Service Manager at a Ford dealer in Northwest Ohio. He confirmed that brake work would not affect the alignment. So I schedule the alignment to be fixed at ANOTHER shop. When I got the truck back,they likewise confirmed that the brakes would not affect the alignment. Furthermore, they confirmed that the alignment had been messed with. The way the truck was out of alignment could ONLY have been done intentionally. Its NOT possible that it could have happen naturally or by there being a brake problem. The second shop and the family friend agreed that this was sabotage to probably drum up additional work. Stay away from these guys.

I had 4 new tires placed on my truck. I was charged over $800 and told that the tires were so expensive due to them being under warranty because I planned on driving cross Country. The owner stated that if I had damage to the tire that it would be REPLACED at no cost at any other Pep Boys. A screw punctured one of my tires in Oklahoma. When I went to have the tire replaced the other Pep Boys said they would repair the tire, not replace it which is not what this store promised. When they spoke with the store owner in Bradenton he lied and said there was no record of me. I had given him my phone number, email address and paid by credit card. I had also had other repairs completed by this shop. I do not recommend the Bradenton store whatsoever. If anyone else has received poor quility from this location, I recommend reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.

Yesterday on a visit to Pep boys new store on US41 in Bradenton, I meet Dom for the first time to get new breaks for my truck, ok he informed me that I didnt need breaks, that was every shocking to me because I Just had been to Sears auto, they suggested that I needed all four replaced. Dom at pep boys took his time with me and showed me how much I had left before I needed new breaks. Man, he really saved my valentines, thanks Pep boys in Bradenton fl, Ill continue to bring my business and put the word out.. thanks againO, the tek he had working was really fast as well.

On our way to Ft. Meyers we had a rear tire that was shredding Matt took us in at 6:00 on Friday evening and got us back on the road safely. Both Tire Kindom and Tires Plus turned us away.

Mat gave excellent service and fixed my car very quickly for a great price. 10/10 would go to again for any car need.

Waited an hour and a half to watch the tech drive away on his break with my car on the jack and wasnt finished and then came back and told me its gonna be another hour. Awesome!
