Went in to get a new battery this week and Johnny was super helpful. He recommended a battery and had the new one paid for and installed within 10 minutes! Overall a great experience and my boyfriend said that Johnny was one of the friendliest employees he’s ever encountered at an auto parts store. Thanks for your help :)

Manager was all about taking care of the customer. Came in to purchase six golf cart batteries. Price was excellent. Manager actually reduced price to beat all other competitors. The manager also took it upon himself to grab a cart and come outside and help retrieve the old batteries and place new batteries in my trunk. We then began talking about cars and car finishes he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes he up sold me on some car polish and cleaning materials that I was so desperately in need of just never got around to buying because so many different types on the marketplace did not want to purchase something that didnt work. However he took the time to go to each brand and explain the pluses and minuses he selected for me what he thought was the best for my needs. I have used every item that he selected and it was top notch well chosen thank you my friend.

Went in yesterday for a battery, and oh my goodness - the staff wasnt handling the stress of a rush very well. Fellow at the counter was cursing, complaining and generally very anxious about his job. Another fellow trying to help, but couldnt figure out how to run the register. All this with six people in line. When I decided to take the battery home without installation, the lady told me to just dump the old one if I wanted to. I think Ill go elsewhere next time.

Cheyenne was helpful, she helped me change my wiper blades and get battery terminals for my car.

Nice guy at the counter was trying to help me install a battery, kept apologizing for the wait there was a lot of people inside and I think he was by himself but he was trying thank you guy I’ll come back

Stop seems to be incompetent as is the manager Mike I would use a different location than this store Been buying stuff through Advance Auto Parts with my shop for over 20 years and never had problems like this

As I was leaving a male employee said to a female employee this is a mans store uh what?? So females are not welcome? Id bet as a female I know more than all the males in that store put together! I will take my business somewhere else. I always have to bite my tongue while Im in line listening to your employees give incorrect advice to customers anyway.

I have been coming to this Advanced location for a long time and the staff is great! Daytime and nighttime service is excellent, and despite how busy the place gets, they still provide the best service possible! A few people seem to have left nasty untrue comments about new employees, but they should understand that most people that are not a prodigy need training when they enter a new field. Staff is very polite and even if an employee truly does not know the answer to an odd question they will always try to find someone that has the answer. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!

Willing to help me with battery issue on a battery I purchased from them 2yrs, ago.

The staff at this location were absolutely professional and went out of their way to assist me with my needs... especially the staff member who drove a 1999 vehicle that finally fell apart (smile)... Im sorry I dont remember his name... but there has always been consistency in the professionalism they all provide... they treat me with respect... even when Im totally unknowledgeable about something...and yes being a female that speaks volumes for me...

Not sure why we can’t give zero stars on here.Every time I go into this store the males laugh at any and all concerns, especially when my mother speaks (she has a heavy accent). Our car battery failed us in the same plaza they are located, maybe a 2 min walk (if that) and we just needed help recharging the battery, a service they provide for free or so they say in signs at every store. They laughed us off and said they could not help because we were just a few more steps away and would not loan us any equipment to be able to remove or carry the battery to their store ourselves.I could say that it was racism, misogyny or just pure cruelty, not sure of their reasons, regardless they failed to do their job and I will contact the company directly.

Called ahead for an online order and was told it was ready for pick up. Drove to the store on Rt 64 Bradenton, Fl. only to be informed that they couldnt find one of my parts. Had to wait a half hour for parts to arrive. Time is money.

Went there tonight to return some small items. No one in the Store Two employees saw me coming in and ran to the back. Then made me wait. The one employee acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me return the items. Asked about some wax products the guy had no clue or would not even provide any advise. If the employee has no clue about wax products he should not be working in an automotive supply shop. I had just sold a business with dozens of employees If he were mine and I owned this business, he would be fired. Made a &40.00 purchase and Ill never go back. Could of saved a lot of money if I ordered the products on Amazon.. Should not have to go in a Business and be treated like that, Rather face a computer than some disrespectful employee.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Their initial greeting on the phone no matter time of day seems to be hold please, only to immediately put you on a 7-10 minute hold. I called and was put on hold twice immediatly, once for 7:34 and the next time for 9:12 before hanging up. On the third call I refused to be put on hold and explained that i needed to get some warranty information on my cars brakes. They dont keep warranty information in their computers but for 2 years is what the person told me and then they through me on eterni-hold again. Go somewhere else and save yourself the brain damage.

Im not sure what has happened since the last review a year ago but each time I have visited this store I have had poor service. I make my orders online to save time and they have not once been ready for pickup, then I have had to wait for them to put it together. My last visit 10 days ago same again my order was not ready and the gentleman who served me was very slow and seemed very disinterested. After 30 minutes of waiting for him to find my items he returned to the counter and started serving a new customer! At that point I walked out with 1/2 of my order still sitting on the side...
