Seem to have the best prices online.Parts came quickly.Package was very poorly packaged, luckily I didnt order anything fragile. 10 bottles of oil thrown in a box with rest of my order on top and a couple pieces of paper.Will still give another shot in the future.

This was a fantastic transaction. I found that the item I needed was almost $500 from a local dealer but I got it on line from Cox Mazda for $350 plus $38 shipping. Ordered the item on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday. Steven from the parts department and I corresponded back and forth several times ensuring that I had the correct item for my vehicle. They will always be my go-to place in the future.

My wife and I have a 1999 Miata that we love and try to maintain it as close to the way it came from the factory as we can. The passage of time has made getting a number of the parts we have needed more difficult. I found Cox Mazda to be a very good source for locating what we have needed, up to and including finding a new factory replacement drivers seat cushion (none left in the U.S.). They located one for us at Mazda in Japan and got it shipped to us. In this day and age of so many businesses not even bothering to return calls, the service and effort Cox Mazda parts dept. employees made to help us has simply been amazing. We got the seat cushion in a fairly quick span of time despite international shipping. They were also very responsive on a parts order in which one small part failed to get mailed out with the rest of the order that was placed. I got a quick response to my email, and in just a couple of days the part reached our home. I highly recommend doing business with Cox Mazda. I will be the next time I have parts to order. Thank all of you at Cox Mazda for the great service!

Edit: I saw your response, and to let you know, I have not yet been contacted, but I look forward to hearing about a better resolution.Thanks,Jay.Im disappointed with the customer service I received when I found I received the wrong part even though the parts department verified the part I received does fit my car. The part I ordered was described as FILTER, OIL. OIL FILTER and was a suggested item for my car when I was placing an order for maintenance items. I double checked the part number and description to make sure and it showed it fit my car and was the oil filter for my car and it looked right to me. But instead I received two little screens for the VVT system, hardly a normal maintenance item. What am I going to do with two of those until possibly 200,000 miles a and the system needs a repair?Im sure Im not the only person this has happened to given the description and that this was a suggested item on the website when I was ordering. The person I spoke with in the parts department when I explained what I was looking for sounded like he had heard this before and was uninterested and just referred me to the green sheet of instructions with a 35% restocking fee and shipping them back at my expense when I feel they should not have been suggested as an oil filter for my car. And now Im stuck with buying the right filters at full price.Theres a way to fix this so this doesnt happen to customers in the future, and not lose another, and a way to handle a customer who tells a customer service issue on the phone and keep them loyal. I would love to give them a good review but my experience was not a good example.

As much as I was charged for shipping and handling I thought it’d much faster... ridiculous! *update package was “damaged” have to wait another two days? Two inches worth of a part. UPS states the package was empty. Wow. I paid all that for nothing. And the. Suggests to just refund my money and go sow here else, Great business you have running. Sigh.

I needed a PS pump for a Mazda 3 and after trying 4 rebuilt pumps, I decided to order from Cox Mazda. Received part in 3 days, quick responses to email or phone question. The only problem was the shipping cost was very high compared to other suppliers. I would recommend them to a friend and will order from them again.

Very easy to look up and order my Mazda 6 parts. they constantly update you about the status of your order through E-Mails. They are very professional, they even ask for your VIN number to make 100 percent sure the part fits on the first try. I really appreciate that kind of attention and detail.

My package arrived with surprisingly no damage to part or lost fasteners that were also in package. The package box was taped inadequate. When it arrived, there were areas that I could place my hand into box and litterly grap bag of fasteners. If box would have turned upside down, Im confident parts woukd have been lost. Also plastic bag that was supposed to cover product was in box, but not covering product.Please look at this as constructive criticism. Were all human. A little extra pieces of tape and an extra second covering product and Id be giving a 5 star review.My order came quick and seems like everything is un order. Thats what counts.

Hopefully I get the correct part, but as yet I cant comment on that . The promise of keeping the customer informed about their order is empty by modern standards. I paid and receeived no delivery info. Now six days later, I just received an email saying that my part is now shipped. No tracking info or ETA. Waiting six days to ship with no info is so archaic its hard to imagine. The original order said 2-4 days to ship, which I assumed was total to my door. The check order status button has no info. Had I been informed as to the nature of Cox Mazda delivery I could have adapted easily but this has been difficult for my customer and therefore for myself also. I assume Cox is just a pre-internet business that has not adapted to current etail technology which is forgiveable, just frustrating in this instance. The rating I gave only reflects the shipping process.

Purchased some Mazda OEM ATF type FZ for my 2013 Mazda 3 skyactive car. Transaction went smooth and they packaged up the 12 pack fluid case very well inside another box. I will be purchasing more things in the future got my Mazda needs.

Ordered a part we needed for a 2004 Mazda. Part pricing was good but shipping was artificially high at $20 - would have been $6.35 for a small flat rate USPS Priority box. Delivery was very slow (several weeks went by) and then package was marked as lost by UPS who claimed it was mis-addressed. I contacted Cox Mazda who sent another of the items out but in the meantime UPS found the original package and got it to me. The 2nd item arrived in about a week and went back to Cox who emailed me a return label. So overall about a month to get the item I ordered.

Just got off hone with Steve the customer service rep, he was very arrogant and really didn’t want to here my concerns about my purchase from cox Mazda.They sent me the wrong part after myself and there parts specialist found the correct part I needed from the data base, when I recieved the package totally wrong part, contacted steve to get a return shipping label which is what is stated to do in case something like this happens, he informed me quite rudely that I have to ship it back myself for their mistake,thank goodness I used PayPal as they immediately refunded money to my account.Thanks Steve for horrible customer service, I own a autoglass company andwill never consider using cox Mazda and will never refer them to any of my client and constituents. 0 stars for horrible service
