We had a good experience on our Wednesday night here. The sale lady was nice and helpful. She didn’t push us into buying anything expensive but just let us know what were the options and let us choose at our pace. When we told her what we wanted, she was able to find a better price and mattress for us since the original one was not available anymore. We walked out with a $499 for $250. I visited a different store this time to purchase more body pillows for loved ones. I have to say, Alex K. went over and beyond the call of duty!!! From the moment he asked me how he could help, I could tell he enjoyed helping others until the customer is satisfied!I explained to him that I wanted to send my daughters the body pillow because online it wasnt showing that the pillows were on sale, and he immediately told me how it could be done. I followed his instructions and called the store in Georgia so he could enter that store number, make the sale and enter the pick-up information for one of my daughters to go and pick-up the pillows with no problems.Mattress Firm you should be glad to know that Alex K. is representing your company and store very well!!

When I got there the guy who help me was professional and polite when I told him what I was looking for he took me straight to it was there for the 20 minutes and got what I wanted need more like him

Polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. We almost bought a cheaper mattress online and I’m glad we didn’t. The gentleman assisting us really knew his stuff about mattresses and helped us pick out the one we wanted, which was not the one we thought. There were no hard sales techniques or push to upsell. I definitely plan on shopping there again for our next mattress.

I needed a box spring quickly. Other places in town said it would be 2 weeks. Mattress Firm had them in stock and will deliver for free. Great price as well. I especially appreciated how kind and respectful Derek was to me. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again!

Absolutely horrible experience. My sales rep was the only alight silver lining in this charade of a business. They pushed my order back by a week without telling me. Finally got them to send what I was supposed to get except for the box spring. Finally I am supposed to get my box springs delivered. They only sent one. I ordered 2. Even my delivery driver knew they messed up my order. I better get my second box spring soon otherwise I am going g off on all these people. Do the best thing you can do. Take your business elsewhere. These people are absolutely horrible. Lets see if i eve get my second bix spring

We had been shopping for a mattress for a long time and one thing we read was to be sure to purchase the mattress from a store that had a good return policy in the event the mattress didnt work out. So although we had no intention of returning whatever mattress we purchased, we went with Mattress Firm because of their return policy.I am so glad we did because it took me over 3 months to realize that the new mattress was making me sore (after first trying to explain things away by assuming I was just getting older or I had slept wrong). To make a long story short, I went back to Mattress Firm and explained the problem and they were extremely accommodating in ensuring that it would be fine to return the mattress and swap it out with another. Ray originally sold us our mattress and he was very easy to work with. Hes one of the reasons I selected this particular Mattress Firm. When I went back to exchange it, he had been transferred to another store and Rita helped me select the second mattress. She was also very easy to work with and incredibly helpful in guiding me toward a second mattress. So I was able to swap out the first mattress (firm) with a second (medium firm) and Rita has reassured me that she wants us to be happy with the new mattress as well.Bottom line, Im very pleased with Mattress Firms return policy and how accommodating all the employees have been in helping us select the right mattress. Rita and Ray were both very good to work with. The delivery service is excellent, as well. They call you the night before to confirm the delivery and call again on the delivery day to confirm a 2-hour window. And the delivery guys are very personable and careful to ensure that the mattress is kept clean until its set up in your bedroom. I highly recommend Mattress Firm, especially the one on Siegen Lane.

Just wanted to get a mattress and get out. Our expectations were met and I walked out happy.

The gentleman was nice but kept pushing us to mattresses we made clear we couldn’t afford. Then said mattress direct would give us worse offers. We ended getting a much better offer at mattress direct. Currently lying on my amazing king size mattress we bought from mattress direct.

We bought a king size mattress with two kids and Ray was so helpful and patient. We didnt feel pressured at all and he let the kids play with balloons while we tried out all the mattresses. It took us a while but we never felt rushed. We appreciated his patience and expertise.

Had a good experience at the store where I purchased the mattress. The only thing that I did like was that they did not have the mattress at the store. I had to drive to the main warehouse to get it. At it was across the river which was a inconvenience

If you are in the market for a new mattress, there is one reason you should go to THIS location- Rita. She was patient, very knowledgeable and treated me like we have known each other for years. It’s hard to find a good old fashioned sales person today that isn’t pushy and annoying, look no further. It took me weeks to get into the location after first getting an online quote. I figured I would rather deal with someone face-to-face, so I contacted this location and Rita answered the phone. When I finally made it there, she realized that the online guy misquoted me, by quite a bit, and NOT in my favor. Rita matched that quote anyway with no questions asked. We purchased a Serta I-Series 300 Queen this week, worked with Henry who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, he did a great job explaining all the different options and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Bought my first mattress in over 15 years. Walking in I felt overwhelmed by the amount of choices in mattresses. Our salesman Henry however guided us in selecting what the best mattress was for me and my wifes need. I was amazed at how much information I was presented with. Eventhough I didn’t purchase anything that night I came back the following week and bought from this location. We went to Rooms to Go but felt like they were not very knowledgeable and they downplay a lot of their competition (I own a private business and I tell my employees to never talk down about our competition). Mattress Direct down the street had very good prices but the salesman there made us feel uncomfortable because they guy there was being waaaaay too pushy. We went back to Mattress Firm because Henry was not only the most knowledgeable but also was also not pushy which made me and my wife comfortable with our purchase.During delivery however there was a mishap with the wrong mattress protector being delivered. But the store manager her name is Rita she apologized for the mistake and made it right by giving us a refund for the money we spent on the protector $120!!! Needless to say not only does my back no longer ache but attention to customer service by the store manager and our awesome salesman is why I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Tim Grigg was our salesman and he was great. There are 2 Mattress Firms on Siegan lane. Make sure you find Tim. I had no idea there was so many choices for a mattress. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I think they made a huge mistake by no longer carrying the #1 JD Powers rated Tempur Pedic line. It’s 2018, and I bought my Tempur-Pedic about twenty-five years ago, and it still sleeps well. Just bought a contour elite Breeze and looking forward to another twenty plus years.If you’re going to carry the latest things, as the sales people claim, where are brands like Casper, Purple, etc. Heck, get one of the popular hotel chain mattresses like Fairmont and put that on the floor - not low quality stuff.
