I had no idea which type of mattress fit my needs, but he walked me through the process and helped me find the best pick! He was very knowledgeable. I suggest taking them up on the Labor Day sale which was “get a Queen for the price of a Twin”! It was easy to set up a payment plan with progressive. Can’t wait til it comes in.

Mattress firm has gone above when delivering my mattress, introducing me to a fantastic mattress cover and now Im waiting for my pillow to be delivered. Im one that has undergone 5 low back surgeries and just a year ago I was hit from behind leaving me the need to have all 6 disc in my neck to be fused. The point in trying to make is keeping me comfortable is no easy task but mattress firm sure has done their best.

Chain mattress store with competitive pricing but unequalled service. Purchased a new model adjustable bed frame and high-end mattress here. I couldnt get the frame to work and three managers from three local stores came to my house on their personal time, programmed the remote and the bed has worked perfectly for nearly a year. My wife had been in hospital and coming home the next day for extended bed rest. Service well above board. I wouldnt buy a mattress anywhere else.

Spoke to a manager over the phone needed help with an online order could not reach anyone at customer service numbers, he said he could not help and gave me corporate number. Corporate told me they needed to report the store because he was not suppose to give me their number and instead was suppose to help solve my issue. The company as a whole is managed horribly. I’m stuck with a $300 box spring and no mattress, due to false advertising on the website! Will never order again or recommend mattress firm to any of my loved ones a very stressful and disappointing experience!

I went in to Mattress Firm to window shop in interest of a new mattress. The store manager Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory I was very pleased. I was not looking to make a purchase but in the end I did. He made the purchase well worth it. Upon arrival we were greeted quickly by the patient, kind, and communicative Gerard. He gave us ample time to lay on almost every bed in the store (many more than once), and encouraged us to try out the remotes for the adjustable bases. His knowledge on foam differentiation, mattress protection, and even cooling technology was impressive. Gerard was not pushy whatsoever and was extremely personable, even laughing at my pun, We might need to SLEEP on it! We ended up purchasing both a new hybrid mattress with adjustable base and will definitely return to this Mattress Firm (and Gerard) to upgrade the other mattresses in our home in the near future. Hi, I just really wanted to share my Beautiful monent with the Manger Mr.(Derek) and his young sales lady Ms. Marquetta they were a Beautiful set of people to work with, I mean when I walked in the young Lady gave such a pleasant smile and offered her help to assist me and she admelly tried helping me, which I found that a lil strange cause normally the young people are so dam rude, but she wasnt like that at all now she had a lil time finding the particular mattress that I requested, so Mr. Derek was finishing up with another your young lady when he turn and said can I please help you with a Big smile and I said yes so he came on to see what I needed and I tell you the truth I had been having a bad day running from store to store and I explained my self he told me your in the right place OMG!
