Mr Ryan Jacob was very helpful. He took time to tell me all about the Sleep Number beds that I was interested in. He took his time and did not rush me. I left there very happy with my choice. The Sleep Number bed I have was bought in 2008 and it was time for a new one.

Walked in looking around. Was greeted and didn’t waste time but very polite. Very helpful and we walked out without making a purchase to go home and think about it. Returned the next day and she greeted us again and picked up where we left off. Can’t remember her name but the whole staff was very kind. We purchased the i8 and can’t wait for it to come in.

Our sleep number is the best. I love the options of being able to adjust my numbers when I’m a little sore, napping or my normal sleep. No body aches or stiffness. Purchased in May 2020.Delivery wasn’t an A+ but overall No complaints and the customer service was great!

Ryan at the Baton Rouge Bluebonnet location was awesome to work with. Let’s just say, the guy knows his stuff and knows the product well. Never knew there were so many options for a mattress. It was our second visit to the store. Shopping for a mattress was harder than buying our house. We tried other stores but they just didnt feel right. This is my second sleep number bed. I just felt it was time to upgrade from a queen to a king and we will still be keeping the older bed. Quality service inside the store was fantastic as usual. The person who took care of us was Sherron. He was extremely professional, patient and very knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience, my Sale Associate name is Benjamin. He was awesome, he made me feel comfortable in every way. I felt like I was the only person in the store, I had his undivided attention. He help me with my sleep number, setting and putting the app on my phone and walk me through the sales process step-by-step. Benjamin was in training but I couldnt ask for a better sales associate. I was a disappointed with having to pay $199.00 for delivery fee and over $200.00 in sales taxes. I really wanted the 360 IQ C 4 But with the delivery fee and Sales taxes. I had to settle for IQ c2, Im a big girl so I know its going to sink in and Im going to lose some of my support. I couldnt afford the IQ c4. I cant wait for my mattress to be delivered. This waiting is painful. I pray all my back pain and body aches magically disappear with my new mattress. But anyway! Benjamin was the best,he deserve an Excellent. Job well done with your customer service, keep up the good work, Sleep Number.

My chiropractor recommended Sleep Number pillows. I have a lot of neck strain; and I noticed a lot of my problems stem from how I sleep, as well as the pillows I use that just arent right for me.I was hesitant about going into the store because I didnt know how expensive it would be and I do not like being pressured by salesman- at all.Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Sharron who was incredibly polite, honest, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and quite the gentleman. I really wish I had thought about looking into Sleep Number for a new mattress, as well. I was impressed with the companys comfort guarantee (30 days to exchange a pillow and 90 days to exchange a bed). It conveys confidence on Sleep Numbers part and also shows compassion for the customer. A lot of companies are more interested in a quick sell than they are a happy customer, so it was really nice to see that kind of ethic implemented into their business.I purchased a body pillow, which is pretty spectacular. I also purchased a pillow for neck support but I think I might have to do an exchange because it feels flat and hard after sleeping on it for a couple of nights.I got the pillows on sale, but beware because a lot of companies will jack up prices and then cut them in half to make you feel like youre getting the best deal. Lots of gimmicks out there so I try not to focus too much on sales, and I look more at comfort and price.Overall, really good experience.

I have not received my bed yet, but the customer service at the Baton Rouge store was exceptional. I was back and forth on what I wanted and they were very patient and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to try my bed out.

I believe the beds are overrated. Its basically an air mattress with a compressor to make it firm or deflated.

Its the best bed I ever slept on wake up in the morning no longer have a back pain or backache worth every penny of it.
