Joe was amazing! I went in to purchase a mattress set and Joe made it a pleasurable experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I will definitely buy my mattresses from here on the future and refer everyone I know.

I took off the afternoon so that i could be here for their delivery and they never showed up. never called, nothing. I went online and dealt with customer care. they claimed the delivery GPS says they were here. if thats the case it makes it even worse that they showed up and were right by my apartment but were too lazy to call me to figure out which unit was mine. it costed me money to take off work to be here for a delivery that never showed up, and then i feel lied to because they said they called me which they never did.

Josie was so knowledgeable and friendly, it seemed she really wanted to make sure I left happy. There was also another associate Mr. Jeff who seemed so invested in making sure all customers were well taken care of. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a mattress from this location due to the associates. Thank you both :)

Mattress Firm in Perkins Plaza is the best place ever to buy a mattress!!! I was looking for two sets of twin mattresses/foundations for my grandsons for Christmas and had been to several stores. None of the places I visited had the quality of merchandise or the enthusiasm to make my purchase happen. When I walked into Mattress Firm Perkins Plaza, Scott greeted me with enthusiasm, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. When we returned to get the mattresses, the same enthusiasm and kindness transpired in loading the mattresses. As far as I am concerned, this is the only place to shop for mattresses!!

My wife and I spent a lot of time trying to find the best mattress according to our budget. We were looking for comfort and good price. The last place we visited was Mattress Firm and I don’t know why it wasn’t the first one.At Mattress Firm the customer service was beyond of excellent. Ray was excellent and had great customer service. Opted for pick-up at the warehouse in Port Allen and Delvin, the gentleman who helped us there, was also fantastic! Great experience and the quality of my new mattress is top notch.

The in-store sales experience was decent. Order/delivery is where it really this store really falls short. Sales reps start to get pushy with add-ons once you settle on a mattress. And, we were given a delivery date and because we both work, we chose to pay for a delivery tier that allows us to receive a call the day before with a 2 hour delivery window on our delivery date due to the fact that we both work. However, that call never came. We called the store mid-morning the day of our delivery and after several phone calls a representative informed us that the warehouse had removed our order from the route without any prior communication to us. We were told that they may be able deliver at the end of the route or the next day. We received the pre-delivery phone call at 9pm the night of our original delivery date giving us our 2 hour delivery window for the next day. The next day the delivery crew shows up 25 minutes before our 2 hour window begins so no one was home yet. We get a call from the store stating that the delivery crew is only obligated to stay at the home for 5 minutes and will leave if no one answers the door. We ended up having to rush home and flag them down as they left our subdivision so they could deliver our order. 0/10 would not order from this store again.

We have bought too many mattresses over the years and bought one just a year ago. Our backs were killing us. I went to see Rita at Mattress Firm in Perkins Plaza and I have to say this was THE best experience I have ever had. She was extremely nice, did not pressure me at all and guided me to the most comfortable mattress we have had in many, many years. She helped me get the absolute best deal which was fantastic. The delivery of the mattress came in a timely manner, the delivery guys were pleasant and helpful. I recommended Rita and Mattress Firm to a friend who went the very same day and bought a mattress for herself as well! I even went back to purchase pillows from Mattress Firm from Rita. Again, this was the most pleasant experience I have had, we now feel absolutely great when we wake up (no back aches) and I know I have a new friend in Rita. I recommend this particular Mattress Firm location due to the friendly and capable hands I was in with Rita, my new friend. I WILL be back!

This was a horrible experience for me. First the guy said he needed to know what type firmness i needed. so i tried laying on several mattresses and told him a medium. but in the end he suggested a soft and convienced me that it was what i needed. It has been the worst night sleep, My back hurts and shoulders are constantly hurting. Then the delivery guys didntwant to haul off my old mattress after i had paid for the service. In fact they threw them down the stairs and left them there. I would suggest no one buys from this place. They are more concerned with pushing last years product on you to move it out the store than doing what is good for the customer.

Rita was very helpful. She understood my bank account and my need for comfort. I will be buying all of my mattresses through her from now on!

The experience and treatment received at the store was really good. Quintyn (not sure about spelling) is a really good seller, showing all the options and offering what fited best for my. The product however came with a few failures regarding quality. It has a few lines of fabric coming out from its top, which is no good.

I paid almost $4000 for a mattress and asked to delay their scheduled delivery by a few days. Mattress Firm then sold the mattress to another customer and canceled my delivery. Just another group looking out for themselves. I’d buy a mattress from someone else.
