I have been fighting with this dealership for over a month to have my car properly repaired because their mechanic that goes by the name of Dante ran it into a lift during an oil change. They replaced my tire and rim, they said they had to wait for another car to come in like mine to replace the bumper and put mine onto that car as a swap which makes me question the integrity of Ourisman vehicles. Then they finally said they’d order the bumper and called me after it was painted to be placed onto the car. When I got the car back along the body line of the car was more damage to the NEW bumper. I’m fed up! 64k car ruined! The more they work on it the worse it gets! The GM Ermias then said they would prefer to no longer service me because “they’re working on they’re number” and I know he sees this and responds to google reviews. I don’t care about numbers I care about my car being fixed appropriately! p.s - I never received a survey either…. Scott the service manager told us to throw out the survey, which I didn’t have to cause I never received one. Coincidence …..

Went for a quick service that was not scheduled beforehand on a Saturday. So I was not surprised that it took about 2 hours, but the service was completed in a professional manner. There was a technical difficulty so I couldnt get a copy of my invoice at the time of service and payment. I was informed that I would receive my invoice via email and that hasnt yet been received.

I was told I would be there all day because they had to put dye in my car to see what the problem is. With my air conditioner it was not getting cold. I have an extended warranty but they explained that I would have to pay $240 to check the problem. If it was not a leak My warranty would not be covered. I live a hour away so my daughter came to pick me up. I went to the front desk to ask them to call me when my car was ready. Suddenly my car was ready to go within 1 hour. I was told it would take hours for the dye to go through my air system . They said it was low on refrigerator. 1/3 . I feel cheated. I don’t think they put the dye in .my car. & they washed my car. Every time I go in for service I pay $400 to $ 500 & they never wash my car. This makes me think that they are trying to cover up their wrong during. My last service about 3 months I did not do a review because I was very unhappy with the service. Now I have to find another Jeep dealer and pay $ 100 out of pocket when I use my extended warranty I have been a customer for 4 years. I am now a unhappy customer.

I talked to two sales people at Ourisman the internet sales and regular sales before I drove two hours to the dealership. I asked them about the price that was on line and both of them said it was correct. Well when they were working on the paperwork they added $3000 just because they had the truck in stock and to receive the price they advertised I would have had to work at six different jobs. What a sleazy way to do business!! The entire time that I waited for the manager to complete the offer the sales person was complaining about other dealerships adding extra things to the cost. What a waste of time and false advertising!! I will never visit this place again.

Customer service was horrible. No one updated you on your car. They had my car for 21 days gave me a loner the las 3 days. It was a mess my service provider Courtney was horrible. I tried calling the manager of service did not get a response from him. A nice lady I cant remember her name I wish I could she helped me get the work done faster. After having my car for 21 day they didnt even do a Courtesy oil change

My experience was exceptional 👏 and I would like to personally Thank Courtney for getting my vehicle approved for the warranty repair and on top of that she was able to get an insurance claim added in so that I would only have to bring my vehicle once and all repairs and paint would be done at the same time. When it came to the body shop, I would like to say Maggie was amazing to work with. Her communication skills and professionalism are above and beyond. She made sure to keep in touch with me and answer any questions I had the entire time.Andy (Bodyshop) did a great job on the repairs and its holding up well. He also has great communication and to top it all off, he got me my car back 2 days earlier than expected and I was able to prepare for a car show which I ended up walking away with2 🏆 🏆 . They are worked hard and communication was Amazing and If something were to ever happen with my vehicle in the future, I will bring it to this Location -Hands-down the best service ever.

Had a 740 appointment. I can understand if service techs are behind. My appointment was scheduled where I would Waite on site. Car was test drove just before 9. Hard for customers to be served when techs come in late. Service desk were kind and courteous but also failed at reassuring me. Didnt have any work done. Camping out is not my cup of tea. Take any work not covered under warranty some place else.

This place is your stereotypical used car dealer disguised as a reputable dealership. The tactics used by the management are appalling, do not trust anything they say or anything you read on their website, it’s all designed to screw you over. They used the bait and switch with me, driving from out of state I found a vehicle I wanted and their advertised price went up by nearly 15k and after being frustrated by the difference in price I was told “It’s like Best Buy, sometimes the online prices don’t match what’s in the store”. After moving on from the Best Buy manager I spoke with the sales manager that agreed to give me the advertised price and fill up the truck with gas, which didn’t happen. I have also added a screenshot of the dealer description of the truck I bought, the only things correct are the auto high beam and park assist, none of the other options listed are on the truck, more false advertisement. You can’t possible get that much wrong by accident. My experience was painful, frustrating and very disappointing. I would highly recommend going somewhere, anywhere else to buy a vehicle.Update 10/24/21 - but wait, there’s more! They screwed up my paperwork for my credit union so now I have to go through the loan process again.

So pleasantly surprised! My Jeep was having AC and engine issues. Elaina in the service department was WONDERFUL, helping get our car assessed and giving us realistic expectations and estimates, AND getting me a loaner since it was our only car and I have 2 kids to get to school. LIFE. SAVER.Long story short, we ended up deciding to trade it in. Gerard in sales was AMAZING and helped me find cars that were 100% within my price range and needs. Never tried to sell me on anything, not once! He was super responsive and his customer service was OUTSTANDING; he took an overwhelming process and broke it into pieces, walking me through every step and answering all of my 1,000 questions. Cant recommend him enough!Thank you Ourisman!

Previously bought two RAMs here a few years ago.Apparently, they dont do pricing through email anymore. No OTD, nothing. Not even dealer fees. You have to go in, and waste your time.My last two RAM trucks, Gary was able to get me numbers quickly through email so I could just come in from PA and pick up the 2500 and 3500 I wanted.Looks like they want to waste your time in person now. Wonder how long that model will last.*Sigh*. Good luck out there!

TWICE fooled. This place refused to hold the price on the CarGurus site. Wanted us to pay $13,000 higher. We walked out. 4 days later they called and promised to honor the CarGurus price. We negotiated an out the door price and when they brought the paper work, it was $3k higher. Guess what? We walked out AGAIN. Bad practice, yes but also illegal. Dont waste your time. These people cant be trusted.

I have been a returning customer of your service center for 5 years now. Until this week, I have been very happy with the interactions and service level received. After having the doors to my 2019 Wrangler off for the summer, I put my factory doors back on and noticed my side view mirror controls no longer functioned. I dropped off my Jeep Monday to identify the problem. I was told that there was a connection issue in the coupling due to a bent connection pin. A $240 diagnostic fee was applied. This seemed a bit ridiculous given the technician checked the coupling connection visually first. Yes, I actually asked him. Not sure how a 5 min visual inspection of a connection equates to a $240 diagnostic fee, but ok. Then I was told it would be about $380 to fix. Seems a bit strange given the technician only straightened the pin, but again, ok. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep with the work completed, the total came to $450. Ok, why would it be this outrageous to bend a pin into place? Feels extreme. Either way, I was already upset and just wanted to leave. Well, I got in my Jeep and the issue still existed. So, I was asked to leave my Jeep or bring it back the next day. So an inconvenience for me due to something the dealership should have checked prior to telling me my vehicle was complete. Again, I have been a customer for 5 years and always happy up until this point. But, this experience has left me looking for a new place to have my vehicle serviced. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

The collision center has 3 fairy godmothers who took my truck from no grill (hit a deer #notbambi) to a new grill. The customer service is so great I wanna go back but Im not looking to get into another accident no time soon. They had enterprise rentals at the door with keys by the time they hung up the phone. If thats not magical I dont know what is. I want to thank the staff on a great job and professionalism.

Do not trust the prices they have on their website. The salesman wanted to charge over 15k of the original price. The price on the website was $41.800 and after a taxes and fee they wanted to charge $57k. After more than 2 hours they dropped to 51k without taxes but still 10k over the prices advertised on their website. I drove all the way from Virginia and called multiple times to make sure the price was correct. Very disappointed. Strong feeling they’re trying to scan you with their false advertisement. Be aware!

This was a horrible experience for me, I went there to address and have fixed where the ABS light was suggesting that I have an issue (along with an oil change). I had my car there at 8am, they never once called me for approval or discuss the issue, I ended up calling them at 3:45pm for the status, the oil change hadn’t been done at that time, and was told that the car had been checked out, and then it could only be repaired the following Monday and this was on a Wednesday when I took my car, they overbook and then take your money for a instrument panel light check, and then suggest that you leave your car and consider a rental, which they will not absorb any of the cost. All the service writers are instructed to say, “we will get it checked out”, that is only catch phrase to cover not repairing your vehicle and charging a fee for a check which is supposed to go towards repairs. Be aware!!! They are not customer oriented, only to rip you off with lies. (essentially, I paid $310 for an oil change) Sad part, I know of three customers who went through this that day. It has to be something that can be done to stop this kind of disrespect!!!

My salesman was Gerard King and he went above and beyond to get me into the right vehicle. I ended up leaving with a Gladiator rubicon. The dealership was awesome and made a very fair deal on my trade and my salesman and the finance manager were both there almost an hour late to get me through the process without rushing me. I would definitely buy another vehicle from here and I traveled over an hour to get there. WORTH THE TRIP! Go see Gerard and the rest of the team at Ourisman!

Sales department was great hence the one star. We purchased from them 2021 Dodge Challenger 4th of July weekend. The front passenger window can only be closed by the driver and not the passenger side. Made the first appointment for repair. They couldn’t even see the car for the repair. Made a second appointment for the repair they couldn’t repair it and were only placing the new tags on. While we are paying for the vehicle as we already paid a nice penny for it. Made the third appointment they knowing the fact the issue with the vehicle said “we don’t have the part and we need to order the part.” Ok let’s order the part. After numerous phone calls on our part will fast forward to end of September now and the window is still not repaired. As of today; and only yet again because I have called and spoken to a sales manager after not getting through “the wall” in the service department; they have the part. However we need to come back on Monday or Tuesday is Saturday 07:00 A.M.. Seriously!??? You Ourisman massed up Big time and we are the ones your customer whom have to still jump for you!???

I have been coming here for years and my experience has been the same. I checked in online prior to 10:40am appointment. I arrived at 10:35 ish. I stated I came for a oil change and five point check. I was told it will take 30 minutes. Yeah right I left there about 12:30 and not only do I feel like they didn’t do the five point check. Simple because of the sound of vehicle like the muffler and or exhaust need a to be looked at. My tire pressure was all off telling me nothing was done. On top of that the oil change reminder sticker was removed with and sharp object that put a hole and scratches in my front windshield tint. On top of that the sticker was never replaced so I’ll just keep track in my head I guess. New management same issues.

I have been a customer of Thompson since 2017, when they changed over to Ourisman I was very happy that their staff did not change. This facility is always clean and the service is fairly quick. Calvin Reed (my salesman) has sold me two vehicles (Dodge Charger + Ram 1500, both I still have) from this dealership and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Calvin was attentive with all my needs and wants in a vehicle, and very straightforward with cost. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

*Caution* My experience here did not live up to the standards of the Ourisman brand. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority after I was given the run around for several weeks and never felt that I was appreciated as a customer. I Never received updates as promised and would have to almost call every hour in order to reach someone to get those updates. Customer service was egregious and reaching my agent or their supervisor was a task everytime. Was misinformed on several occasions which ended up costing me an extra $1000 on top of a $2000 repair bill. When requesting to be reimbursed or speak with the manager I was never contacted. It felt like I was dealing with a neighborhood autoshop and not a professional car dealership. Very disappointing service. The only bright side is that I got my car back and it is working for now. Would not recommend!

Staff is friendly. I had issue with air conditioner last year. Paid for service and this year same issue popped up again. Several thousand dollars later picked van up. Air conditioner worked in the front of the van but was blowing hot air in the back of the van. Even though the dealer messed up I was charged for the additional service. Then a few days later noticed the driver side rear door will not open because it will not unlock. Now I have been diagnosed with cancer and I am not able to work for about a year so I cannot.afford to let Oursman charge me to fix the door they obviously damaged.

I’ve never been to a dealership that didn’t seem interested in making a sale. The salesman that helped me didn’t even let me test drive the Wrangler I went to purchase or even appraise my trade in. Had an “appointment” at 6, was out the door at 6:15. Safe to say I didn’t go back and purchased the same car at Heritage.

I want to start off with that I did not have a good experience. First the service took way longer than expected (7 days vs 3 days) which caused me to miss multiple days at my job. Then I paid over $1k for engine service (for a louder than normal ticking noise) that appears to NOT have been fixed, the noise actually seems to be a little worst. Additionally, since turning my vehicle in for service, I am now expierencing additional issues to the vehicle. There is an apparent leak in my coolant system, that was never diagnosed or fixed. I received my vehicle back with a. nearly empty coolant reserve tank, which could be there root of my engine noise. The customer service was adequate but the vehicle service was terrible.

Very caring and considerate, worked with what I told him I was looking for, helped me to trade my vehicle in and get one with the goals in mind I told him I was trading it in for. He did his research for me when I didn’t have a clue, even while I had to run to an OB appointment! I came back and he had a great pick for me that I saw, tested, and left with. I needed to come in because my license plate bolts anchor was loose and I couldnt get it out. I came in unannounced, but Alaina and one of the mechanics dropped what they were doing to help me for 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately the issue required us to order a new part, but they were extremely personable and helpful.Alaina got my info and called me as soon as the part was in. Then she gave me a donut and let me get some work done in the lobby while they took care of me in just 20 minutes :)Great team. Great service. Couldnt be happier!

Never have I ever been to a car dealership that didnt seem interested in making a sale. Our salesman Chuck seemed to just be going through the motions. He took us on a test drive that lasted literally 5 minutes. Couldnt answer any of the questions about the features of the car. Got back to the dealership and he took the keys and went inside, so when we spotted issues with the exterior, he wasnt there to address them. Never asked how we liked the car, just went to run numbers. We told him we were already pre-approved and when we told him the rate, he sounded extremely skeptical like we made it up, when it was very easily verifiable. When we told him our budget, he made 0 attempts to try to get into our price range. Safe to say, we left and will not be back.Consequently, he has been calling me daily since we left to see if we are still interested. Only gave them 2 stars because they did give us some ice cold water when we arrived.

After my wife and I made an appointment we drove from Richmon VA more than 3 hours and a half to purchase a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limitied they advertised for $44,475 on Car Gurus. When we got to the negociating table the told us that the price was over $51,000 not what I was told on the phone, or as advertised in Car Gurus. So buyer be aware of the switch and bait!! they admitted to my wife and me the did it to get us to come in but they, Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore, refused to lower their price! However they did gave us a flimsy excuse and apology. My wife and I didnt just walked away, we ran away from them!! CarGurus Please check on your advertisers for switch and bait. It is especially frustrating when you travel from far away distance only to be pushed to pay more than the as advertised in price in the CarGurus site. I had a great experience at Chrysler, I took my Jeep there for maintenance and the man I dealt with Jim treated me like he would his own family. He cared about what was going on with me, I told him the problem and he explained whats going on and told me exactly how long it would take and even gave me a loaner to drive while my SUV was being serviced. just listening to him made me feel comfortable, he asked if I had any questions and he explained everything to me so I understood. I would gladly recommend Chrysler to my family and friends

Took jeep in for recall orc module. Waited 2 months for part had appt Monday git there 7am couldnt find me left jeep called 1:30 said they were just getting the tow hitch on what Im not there for a hitch there for the airbag recall. They told me the part was faulty it wouldnt pair to my jeep. Said the tech tried it but wouldnt work would have another one tomorrow. Hello cant take off work. Set up apps for Oct 1st. Viewed my dash cam the tech speed across parkinglot never took console out to get to module so how didnt it work. I was lied to and treated like I was stupid. Called several times to talk to service manager but no call back.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation and left the vehicle. Picked up the vehicle and noticed some smudges on the drivers door while it was in the shade of the canopy, not thinking much about it I drove it home.Upon further inspection noticed that there were greasy hand prints all over my car. Hood, both doors, fenders, quarter panels, trunk, and all over my bright chrome rims. 20 minutes worth of cleaning to get it back to the condition it was in when dropped off.Called and informed the service department to save any future customers from the same aggravation. They apologized and offered a detail which I refused as there was no need after I cleaned it.While waiting in my car to leave I also witnessed an employee driving out of the service bay spinning tires, traveling through the lanes of the dealership at high speed almost T bone a 392 Charger that another employee was driving out of the service area. Made me wonder what they are doing with your vehicle when you leave it there. I will not leave my vehiclehere again!

I didnt have a good experience and dont think I will use you again. The mechanic did not replace several clips that hold the wheel well covering in place. I sent my service tech an email as well as called in and I have not receive any response to date.It would be nice to get a return call but I will be free tomorrow to visit. Its a shame you pay extra money for service but still get shade tree mechanic work.

If you go to Ourisman in Baltimore, you’ll want to ask for Charles. Charles was personable, professional, and answered every single one of my questions. He has exceptional customer service and is a no BS sales man. If I were reviewing Charles alone, this would be a five star review. Though we were not able to come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle I wanted, I do intend to purchase my next vehicle from Charles specifically. Ourisman, however, I have mixed feelings about. I don’t like that they push products on customers on top of the cost of the vehicle and try to sell it as a “must.” I understand a lot of dealerships do this way but it’s shady business that buyers steer away from. The rest of the staff at Ourisman DCJ Baltimore was professional and attentive. I’ve been to dealerships where I’ve waited over 20 minutes before someone greeted me, much less asked if I needed help. You won’t have that problem here. If you’re ready to buy a car, don’t waste time and call Ourisman DCJ Baltimore to schedule a test drive with Charles. You won’t regret it.

I was in need of a new car. It was time to make that change. My credit wasn’t that good but I went to Ourisman Chrysler hoping for a chance. A friend of mine referred me to Matt Lepke. I told him my situation and how I was kind of unsure of the whole building your credit up and how it worked etc. He explained to me what I needed to do. Not just a short conversation no, this man went in-depth and taught me a lot and gave me some good advice. He went above and beyond to put me in a new car and that’s exactly what happened. I’m the proud owner of a 2019 Nissan Versa Note.Do yourself a favor and go see him. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating with the experience I had. 10/10. Thanks Matt

I would give 5 stars to the parts department but 1 star to customer service. They were quick to take my money for a key fob but I could not get through to anyone to make an appointment to come in and have it programmed. Very FRUSTRATING not being able to reach anyone. Left voicemails and called. Once the phone actually said it was not in service.

Not happy with the North Point Blvd location.That was their last chance. So done. The girls in the office are great, just thought Id mention. The service tech obviously has no customer experience and he left my car dirty. I litterly had to clean the grease off the steering wheel, window, shifter, door handle inside an out not to mention he filled my window washer fluid tank up with water. What kind of car service business has no washer fluid. Poorly handled. There definitely will not be a next time. Lisa Winiarski

But I Love Calvin he is very thorough and helps you make the right decisions, he doesnt PUSH you to buy a vehicle from him as some other dealerships definitely would! The entire team at Ourisman C/D/J/R of Baltimore honestly went above and beyond for me after a not at fault collision, very impressed. The girls at the front are friendly, but most importantly are genuine. They explained all steps of the repairs to my 2004 Dodge Ram, and also explained how the insurance claims process worked to the detail. My insurance claims agent had the most poor communication with me, these girls not only explained the process of the shops duties, but also about financial obligations/ and car rental options, and I mean every detail. When I received my vehicle back I was very worried about the previous paint work and specialty options that came with my truck (SLT). The mechanic not only did the pinstripes to perfection, but also fixed things on the car that weren’t in the collision, leaving a kind note at the clusters after he was finished. The ENTIRE team treated me like they knew me for years and understood the love I have for my Ram. Thank you guys so very much.
