I took my 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 AWD in for a Maryland State vehicle inspection and the mechanic (Frank) was honest with me and even showed me what repairs was needed in order for my vehicle to receive a passing vehicle inspection. They were patient and even offered solutions to get me going. I followed their advice and today I have a passing certified Maryland State Inspection Certificate. My old 1999 Jeep GC could not make it 5 miles without cutting off not being able to climb a highway hill and shacking all the way. I just had Zeke the best mechanic in Baltimore maybe Maryland, The best one ive come across in 65 years work on it again now hes at F&M, the man and the team did a Fantastic job it running smooth and fast. F & M is a special place with some great people and one I know is a Mechanical Genius!!!!!

Worst ever....batter not to go there.First day they took four hours for car inspection when I asked them they said you may go now and well send you report through email which they never sent. Next day when I went for report again they took two more hours for making report and failed my car because of tires.I asked to another auto inspector for tires he said tires are in good condition anyway I changed the tires and pass my car by paying extra reinspation fee and extra 2 more hours.Save time, save money ... or vist F&M for worst experience

I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service that was displayed. I went in set an appointment for an inspection on my vehicle and received emailed reminder the day before.I was informed of the necessary repairs in a timely fashion and didnt feel like l was bring robbed.Plus, I received a voucher for a free car wash (to be used within 30 days).I will definitely call F&M if needed again.Thank you👍👍

This process didnt work in favor of the customer due to they said 2 hrs and I dropped my vehicle off at 930am didnt get back 345pm

Ok...just had my vehicle go through a MD state inspection at another Shop (Not F&M) they never caught the bad wheel bearing that was so bad it was starting to make noise, F&M’s vehicle diagnostics are top notch and they won’t up sale you for unnecessary work. Prices for the shop are fair but the customer service from Ms Nicole made me feel appreciated.

The staff here is by far the most knowledgeable I have ever dealt with when it comes to car repair. They genuinely care and they never give up. Looking forward to many years of service and repair at this shop !!!Thank You So Much !!!!

I had a nail in my tire, it was getting late & the service department was about to close, but they took the time to fix my tire, make me feel welcome even though i knew it was time for them to leave and also offered a free beverage while i waited. Second time going there today, car was making an intermittent squeaking noise from the front right tire. I knew it could be lots of things so I went to a place by my house first. They wouldnt work on it bc the noise wasnt constant. Went to f and m and the mechanic did a test drive with me. Couldnt reproduce the noise but he answered all my questions and after visually inspecting, he said he thought it was the rotor n pads. I get free oil changes n inspections from my dealership n recently got one done and they said my brakes were fine. I trusted this guys opinion and he showed me the grooves and build up on my rotors then showed me my brake pad which had significant chipping. Dealership also told me I needed a brake fluid flush but the guy showed me my brake fluid was still good. So far no more noises and I feel better knowing I got higher quality rotors and ceramic pads. Service once my car was in the bay didnt take an hour.

Everyone was very nice, they always are, but they wont or cant do a d@#$n thing for you if your car has a problem that should be under warranty.Three months after I got a car from them, The signal lights stopped functioning. Not under warranty.At the same time the flashers didnt work anymore. Guess what? Not under warranty!They were nice about telling me that they could do nothing about it, wanting to charge over $200 to diagnose and maybe fix those issues. But in three months? Come on!I should have realized the 1st week I had it, when the engine light was on. I took it in to be diagnosed and I got a song & dance write up about it being checked out, the part was supposed to come in but never did.The battery died in November, about 7 months after I bought the car (dont let me forget about that.TO BE FAIR, they were lenient, letting me stretch my payments out when I got sick, but I was paying on a bucket of bolts so why pay for something that wasnt safe to drive?They were nice to take the car back and not charge me for it.I have instructed my friends & family to slap me upside the head if I talk about buying another car from them. Ill be impressed if they post this.

I pulled in for a state inspection knowing i at least needed an alignment. Everyone working there was knowledgeable and friendly enough n professional enough. Cost of inspection was average, alignment was lower than average. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Front office told me where i could get decent food nearby while i waited. Pizza was good. They offered complimentary drinks and the tv remote. I passed but it was kind to offer. When i did ask for something it was a phone charger and they were nice enough to let me use theirs. Passed inspection and alignment feels great. Overall total experience i was very satisfied. And at the very end i got a free carwash conveniently located next door. Thanks ppl.

I have a brand new 2016 took it to f&m to get a inspection for uber. When I got my keys back the they were trying to glue my arm rest back together. They told me that the arm rest was broken when the girl got in to take it to get inspected. I told them this was unacceptable. The owner Mark told me that they were going to fix with epoxy. I said the car is only a month old and they should replace the arm rest. I refused to let them work on my car again. It unfortunate that I had always felt that when a auto shop breaks a part they should let the customer know. They wanted to fix my car and not say anything to me. This speeds to the integrity of this auto shop. They blamed me for the broken arm.yes try offers to epoxy it back together but the dont excuse the fact that they broke my are still and did not want to replace the broken piece on the arm rest. I would nut trust these people with my car ever again.

I get my ignition interlock monitored there and get all of my car repairs fixed there. Both nicoles are the most competent and friendliest office managers i have ever dealt with. Those girls need a raise!!!! I will always go back to F & M for all of my automotive needs.

0 STARS...NEVER USE THIS PLACE.Had to bring car in 3 different times(dropped off night before for Morning appointment each time and was told they couldnt get to it in time)They then drove my car somewhere else to have them do the work.My key wont go in correctly now(like someone tried to force my key to turn without knowing you have to push brake in in order for it to turn).Staff said they would credit my account for all the trouble(NEVER HAPPENED)Not to mention my car had over 100 miles driven on it,and my full tank of gas I had gotten the day before was down to a little over half a tank(the other shop was about 5 minutes away,I know because thats where I had to pick my car up)SMH.I would NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS PLACE.Also,NEVER RECIEVED CREDIT THEY SAID THEY CLAIM TO HAVE GAVE ME ON THE THE REPLY

I stopped by to get a Maryland safety inspection,Even though i had just got a New York one days before. The mechanic failed me for bogus reasons. To try to get me to get the repairs done at F&M. Very unprofessional. He was also revving my vehichle and speeding through the parking lot.

Went here to just rent a truck turns out they do pretty much everything and i got a free car wash with my rental!

I WISH IT COULD BE ZERO STARS THEY DONE WORK THAT WASNT AUTHORIZED.SO I JUST WANTED THE TAGS OFF THE VEHICLE MARK WHO EVER HE IS REFUSE TO COME OVER TO THE SHOP AND TALK TO US HE KEPT SENDING A MIDDLE MAN THAN TRY TO GET US TO SIGN A PAPER FOR WORK WE DIDNT AUTHORIZED SINCE WE DIDNT SIGN IT AND PAY FOR THE WORK HE REFUSED TO GIVE US THE TAGS OFF THE VEHICLE THE INSURANCE IS CANCELLED ALREADY ON IT IVE NOTIFIED THE MVA INVESTIGATION UNIT OF THIS MATTER ILL ALSO BE NOTIFYING THE BBB .TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE YOULL REGRET GOING HERE
