After hitting a deer the left front end of my 2012 Infinity G37x needed total replacement. Insurance almost wrote the car off completely, and it took over a week to do all the repairs. But the car looks and runs as good as new now. The text updates on the work were very reassuring and they were very responsive to my questions and requests. The list of parts replaced was enormous and they were very upfront about the amount of time that was going to be required. I appreciated that they got everything matched perfectly, even the undamaged headlight lens was buffed up so that it matched the new one. Im very happy with the work!

In September 2020 I was rear-ended and had to take my vehicle in to replace the back fender. They fixed it in less time than estimated and I was pleased with their service. So when my car was stolen and involved in a hit and run this past January, I took it back to signature collision. Not only is their body work outstanding, the customer service I receive there is unmatched. Kind, considerate, and professional at all times. Thank you Lisa, Sam, and Dustin! I am extremely impressed with Signature Collision Center. I was able to get an appointment the very next day after my fender bender. I was stressed, and Lisa and Dawn could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. They explained the process to me and then communicated with me every step of the way. The work done to my car was amazing. It is clear that the team is highly skilled and takes pride in doing the job right. Best of all, they finished my car in just one day and they even cleaned the inside! The team stayed a bit late on a Friday to get me my car back before the weekend. Amazing.

No communication. Price was increased and car was fixed without informing me until I showed up to pick up vehicle. At that point I cant just leave my vehicle there. Did not have an opportunity to shop around the new rate. Increased the price by over $100.

I have never had a more enjoyable experience for something that is usually so stressful. I was in an accident, and needed two doors and practically the whole driver side of my car fixed. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly professional and insisted on making sure my car and my state of mind were well taken care of during the entire repair process. Not only was I kept up to date daily with the status of my vehicle, but Lisa contacted me directly a few times to ensure me herself how everything was going. My mechanic Derek himself went above and beyond to stay in contact with me throughout the process, and also made sure I was satisfied before sending me on my way. I just got my car back after my bumper was ripped off completely from an accident and now it looks brand new! I barely even recognize my car anymore. I was so happy with how my car looked that I left my card there after paying. Everyone there was incredibly kind and made the experience very simple.

Overspray left on my car, specs in paint and my fender is pushed in on the corner that wasn’t pushed in before it was painted and my front bumper bracket is slightly showing but they rejected to fix because it was a scuff Mark there not pushed behind my headlight... they took the bumper down and also painted that whole side of the car but couldn’t push the fender back out on the corner from being mis aligned

The Bartenders are very nice, when they finally get to you . If you go on a Saturday, or when its busy, dont expect to get a drink right away . It took 20 minutes to get one beer . If my friends band wasnt playing there, I would not have gone .

This was an awesome experience. I was early but met at the door by the Geico adjustor and Collision Center specialist. They were super nice and quickly assesed the damage. Within 10 minutes I was talking to James at the Enterprise desk and on my way home. I got a call the same day to let me know the extent of the repairs and the car was done within 3 days. Loved the fact that the collision center updated me with texts along the way. I hope I never have to see any of them again, but I need to recommend them all. What was a stressful hassle ended up being a simple and smooth process. Pass it on!

Worst experience EVER. I dropped my vehicle off here for a window replacement only because it was recommended by my insurance company. After recieving a quote, I advised the advisor to proceed with the work, only to get into an verbal disagreement with ROB the MANAGER about rather they wanted to do the work or not because it was a BMW. After much hesitation on his part and back and forth he stormed off and told the GIECO rep you handle this and slammed the door. I asked to speak to his off site supervisor at which point I decided to proceed with them providing the esitmate. I called back the next day because I never recieved a call at which point ROB told me they took the door panel off and cant do the work because they need to reset the modules inside the car and does not have the tool to do so. However, I had never heard that before for replacing a glass. I came up two days later to get the car and my car was flitty dirty with dust all over it and the door panel was completely off and thrown in my back seat. When I asked Rob he told me he noticed that and washed it off early, evidently not done well enough. He also advised me that his team left the panel off because he wanted to show me what they were talking about. Never in all my years have I had a mechanic shop take something apart and not put it back together. After all this I called a mobile window replacement shop who were able to come to my home and replace the window, and guess what they didnt have to reset anything as I thought. But, they did show me that a part to my door was missing to open and close it. Totally terrible experience, lies, unprofessionalism and missing parts, definitely not a place I would ever want to spend my money and strongly encourage you not to as well!

If you leave your car here for repairs, dont expect to get your back on the day they tell you it will be ready--it wont be.

Very bad experience to take my car to repair it in this place, because at the time to picking up the car when it was ready I noticed that some belongings disappeared and the manager of this place wiped his hands saying that he could not point guilty to anyone
