Brought my car there with extensive damage and they were so honest and kind. They were honest about the damage even though they could have made a lot of money from me agreeing to fix it rather than scrap my car. Even let me store it there until someone picked it up. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work for their honesty and kindness.

I dont write reviews but in this case I feel like I actually want to let people know and.....Id give them 10 stars if I could......From beginning to end the process was smooth and very professional. This is a very exceptional business that I highly recommend.

Great communication & very friendly staff!! Definitely will go here again. I brought my car in for a Maryland Vehicle Inspection. They had to fix my bumper and a few other things. They sent me an initial invoice and said that I could save a few hundred dollars by not having the paint job done. I opted for no paint job and they sent an updated invoice. They explained all of the things that had to be fixed clearly. I was never left guessing, unlike my experience at a Firestone!They gave me an estimate of 4-6 days for the fix but it was done in 3 days. :)

I would not recommend this place, unfortunately. I had an awful experience here today 12/28/2020.I went here for a simple brake and rotor change, and left my car with Johnathan. Johnathan called me and told me it was going to be $807.48 for this service. I then called a couple of other repair shops in the area for estimates, and actually have my car there now, and I was quoted $450. Johnathan called me back and said he would actually do it for $661.68 after I told him I was getting it done down the street for a cheaper price. I said no thank you, I was able to get a cheaper quote somewhere else.I went to pick up my car and the front desk associates told me it was $45 for the estimate. No where was it posted that an estimate cost $45 and I also did not sign anything saying I agreed to this. She then pulls out my paperwork and started reading the fine print, and shows me the paperwork with the signature box underneath that was blank! Johnathan never made me sign it, or read it to me.The worst part of this was that I kept my cool the whole time and was extremely professional getting the details. Johnathan then comes out from his booth and tells me to never come back here again that I had caused them so much trouble. He literally told me to never come back again like I had done something awful, I was simply picking up my car after dropping it off for an estimate. Even the associates up front agreed with me that they need to have their estimate rules posted somewhere.I really hope they decide to post their fine print somewhere so this does not happen again to someone else.

About the worst experience with a repair shop I have ever had. Drop truck off by apoinment and was told 6 days. Call 6 days later and they hadnt even started on it yet. Tried to cancel was threatened with fees to cancel, let them have truck as it was a company vehicle and still could not complete the work by the 2nd promised date. This 6 day job turned three weeks and not once did they ever call me and provide updates or care about the issue just kept saying it wasnt their fault and the front counter writer her name is Robin, so unprofessional and down right rude. I will not bring my business back here and I hope all who reads this say away from this place.

I broke down outside of bumper globe today in the middle of the road and the technician and employee was so helpful. They did everything they could to assist me and even though my vehicle had an immediately unfixable problem, they took the time and did everything they could to assist me. Would definitely recommend purely based on the character of the people there.

I decided to use Bumper Globe Collision Centre for my state inspection, and they were so fast and professional. I was in touch with a number of places in Fed Hill which all required appointments on specific days when their inspector was in shop, and with Bumper Globe, I just had to drop my car off in the morning, and it was ready a few hours later. They emailed me confirmation and printed my report for the MVA as well. I mentioned that I was interested in having my brakes checked as I dropped my car off, and they checked them for me, assessed the situation, and gave me super honest recommendations (including how many more miles they would last). I had talked to a few shops about the issue before and never truly trusted the information I was getting until I chatted with Bumper Globe! I ended up getting them repaired, and they were done before the end of the day. My car feels and sounds brand new! They happened to be running a special on brake pads, so the price was much better than expected. As an added bonus, the staff was amazing, helpful, informed, and able to simply explain the entire process to me. Will be back!

Honestly one of the single most important experiences Ive ever had. Had to bring in car following an accident and was faced with lots of challenges about where to proceed with it. Not only were all the staff here absolutely humane and understanding, they also offered comfort and professionalism the entire length of my process, making sure to take care of me in a truly challenging time.I have never experienced this with an auto service, let alone many other services in general.Bumperglobe has good, honest people through and through. They are like a family, and they treat you like family if you take your car here. I know they diagnose and treat car problems and not medical problems, but if there is any way that carside manner can be related to bedside manner, this staff are the best car doctors in the business. Highly recommend, I will not be going to anyone else for any issues that arise in the future.

Great auto shop in Federal Hill! Everyone is always extremely nice and understanding of what needs to get done, and does it in a timely fashion. They are my go-to neighborhood auto shop for my car and also offer a Maryland State Inspection at a great price.

I called them 3 hours before my MVA appointment to change over my registration and plates from NY to MD, needing a Maryland state inspection on my car in a pinch. Luckily my car is new so it was quick, but I told them my situation and my got my car out within in hour, even with a line of cars needing an inspection ahead of me. The secretary is very sweet and so are the rest of the crew. Definitely recommend them for getting your inspection done!

They did a great job of coordinating with the insurance company and keeping me informed of any potential costs etc throughout the process. I felt like they really looked out for me and did a good job on my car while being respectful of my wallet.

Quick and top notch service for bumper repair

On a road trip hours from home, I suddenly had car troubles and was forced to pull off of the road. Alone and unfamiliar with the area, I relied on my husband to find a place I could go. I pulled in to their garage not knowing if they would be able to help. They stopped what they were doing to assist me, made me feel safe and figured out the problem. Within minutes I was on my way and they wouldn’t even accept payment! These guys are honest and caring!! Thank you!!!

This is a great find! The staff were all very nice and made sure to answer all of my questions. They even fixed and cleaned other parts of my car that was above and beyond what they needed to do. I had water damage from a leaky sunroof, and a few days later my car is even nicer than it was before the leak. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Bumper Globe Collision Centre! I drove to Baltimore for a quick weekend visit and as soon as I arrived my window got stuck in the open position. Bumper Globe took my car in on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning the window was fixed. The staff were friendly and personable, and so accommodating of my need for a quick service. The emergency service was extremely affordable and I plan on returning to them if I ever have car trouble in Baltimore again.

I had to take my car to Bumper Globe to get my bumper fixed after a fender bender. The woman who hit my car didnt want to use her insurance, so she asked if she could just pay for the damage out of pocket. Robin at Bumper Globe knew exactly how to handle this type of situation (ie., make sure the person at fault pays) so she took care of everything. Excellent customer service, fast estimate, great repair job, fair price, and nice waiting room. They also take pains to be a green business.

These people are the epitome of customer service they went above and beyond to service me when my car broke down on the side of the highway. I was so scared but they not only towed my car for a reasonable price they got the part that I needed for my car to work again. I was exhausted from driving all day and they let me nap in the lobby which is beautiful and peaceful while they worked on my car I would definitely patronize there establishment again because I didn’t feel any bad vibes from anyone or like I was getting ripped off. This is coming from a New Yorker they didn’t treat me any differently because I wasn’t from there thanks again. I don’t remember the name of the guy who worked on my car black Dodge Charger.

Someone backed into my Jaguar F-Type, which I baby to probably an excessively extreme amount, so I didnt want to take it just anywhere. I took it to Bumper Globe as they were close by and had great reviews and boy did they exceeded my expectation! I originally scheduled my car for an oil change. However it hit 100k miles so I decided to have the 100k tune up done. I talked to Tony and he recommended to only do the items that needed done for the tune up (not the ENTIRE scope of work that is dealer recommended). He looked over my whole car and called me with all the details of what needed tuned up and the cost, what didnt and why, and even how much life I had left on the items that didnt need tuned up. He saved me a ton of money but only doing the necessary items. He was fast, friendly, thorough and kept me in the loop the entire time. I find it hard to trust mechanics, but I absolutely felt comfortable that they werent trying to fix anything unnecessarily. Tony even helped me figure out some company car inspection requirements that I was confused about. It didnt even really have anything to do with what he did for my tune up, but he helped me get to the bottom of the confusion! Recommend Bumper Globe 100%!

My car just recently broke down and wouldnt start. I called around to different mechanics in the area and Bumper Globe was more than willing to view my car that day (everyone else said they couldnt look at my far for at least 2-3 days). I had it towed, and they had it looked at, diagnosed, and fixed all in the same day. It was wonderful. The issue was my starter, and I thought the price for the new part + labor was fair, and I was so impressed how quickly the work was completed. An added bonus: when I picked up my car, they had taken the extra step to clean both the inside and out so my car not only worked great, but looked great too. Will definitely go back to them for any future car issues.

I was asked to delete/change my review but I dont plan on it. Thank you for looking at my car again, Ill give you a better rating but I am not deleting my previous review so people can also see what happened. My check engine light may not show a code, but it doesnt come on AT ALL now. It didnt do that until the guy reset the code to turn my light off. Not entirely too sure what happened, but a brand new car (2015) shouldnt have that problem.Honestly, this place is a joke. Im wondering if employees were on here writing reviews. I took my car there to be fixed this past week. Literally, dropped it off Monday. It was only supposed to take a day at most, but I didnt get my car back until yesterday! Which was Thursday. Not only that, but when I got in my car my check engine light WAS STILL ON. I asked them to come look at it because I didnt want to leave without making sure my car was completely fixed and all he did was turn my light off and told me to have a nice day. I was fishy about that so I took it to have the diagnostics test run on it again and WA-LA, the code still popped up which indicates they didnt fix my car the way they should have. The receptionist woman rolled her eyes at me numerous times even while I was talking with their new associate. I feel giving them a one star is far to courteous for what they deserve. Very disappointed, I wouldnt recommend.

These guys are a life saver. Not only where they very courteous and friendly, they worked with me to get less expensive parts and sent me text with **photo updates** most days.I asked for it to be done by Thursday, which Amy said she couldnt guarantee but thought it could be done by Wednesday night or Thursday morning. It was done Wednesday morning!!! Not only did they take care of why I brought it in, which i have to say looks GREAT, while they were painting my side panels they saw I had a scratch on my side door and took care of that.I would HIGHLY recommend them to any of my friends of family!

Got rear ended a week after I got my car, was worried a shop wouldnt be able to make my paint as perfect as it was when I first got it. Its a very specific glossy royal blue with paint flake.The paint looks flawless, there was even a tiny little hairline blemish (that I only noticed because I was up so close waxing the bumper) they took it right back no questions asked and had it buffed out in 15 minutes. Couldnt be happier with how the paint looks, and with lifetime paint warranty I have nothing to worry about in the futureThe location makes it easy to run to the shop on lunch if you work near the harbor/downtownAnother plus: if your repair requires a rental you can drop your rental off at the shop after and they handle everything with enterpise for you, you dont have to go back to the enterprise store

Phenomenal customer service and quality repairs. I brought my KIA in for minor collision damage on the front bumper and they fixed up some prior (more important) damage in the undercarriage. I expected just to have the undercarriage done and they were able to fix some cosmetics that fit in my budget. #1 repair shop in the nation.

This was a great experience -- someone bashed me and ran in a parking lot so I got to pay for this repair myself and I was not happy. However, the Bumper Globe folks were friendly and competent and the price was reasonable. They did the work on my time frame (3 days!) and even sent pictures of the car as it was being repaired. The doors now look like new again. And I will never park in that parking lot again. Overall, if your car needs bodywork, I highly recommend it.

Great & Clean Repair, No hassles. Side collision, on the edge of totaled, a real mess, but they repaired the car in about 3 weeks, and it looks great. I was anxious to get my car back, and called every other day for updates. They were always curious on the phone, but it is was also clear they were very busy.

Bumper Globe is a fantastic shop. First, everyone I spoke with was friendly and personable. They treated me like a friend and not as just another job. Most importantly, they were willing to do what I asked and not anything and everything they could think of to hike up the estimate. They were honest about what was appropriate and wanted to work with me to keep my costs down. When I dropped the car off, they outlined their policy that if there was any additional work not on the estimate that would add more than 10%, they would notify me before proceeding. When that did happen, they sent me a detailed email including a picture of the problem and different price points for the parts.When I got the car back, the job done was better than I could have asked for and all at a price much better than I was given elsewhere. I only wish theirs was a service I could patronise on a more regular and less accidental basis since it is very satisfying to work with such a well-run and consciences business.

Last Friday I took my car in for an estimate. It was much lower than expected. The following Tuesday I dropped it off in the am and the car was fixed by 3pm same day. I cant say enough about the outstanding customer service Jess & Amy provided. I loved getting texts throughout the day showing me pics of the progress of my car repair.

Dealing with Bumper Globe was easily the easiest part of getting my car fixed after being rear-ended. They got the work done for the price quoted by my insurance company, had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car, and took the rental back for me. They also finished the work on my car a day early to boot! The photo updates are a nice touch. If I ever need body work done again, they will be my first call.

Ive been to Bumper Globe a few times now and have had a great experience every visit. Most notably was a large repair to my passenger door rocker panel. It met with an abnormally high curb corner while parking at the beach last year. Rather than buying a new panel, Kary, Amy, and their team felt it could be repaired and painted at a significant cost savings. Pictures were emailed along the way as progress was made, but I couldnt believe the end result when I saw my car waiting out front (freshly detailed). The panel looked brand new and matched the driver side exactly.Almost a year later, after a summer of sun in OC and a Baltimore winter full of snow/salt, the repair and the paint color/match look just as good as when I picked it up. Other shops in the county had wanted as much as 50% more for the job, but instead I was able to bring it to a neighborhood business just blocks away from my house. They are friendly, professional, and exceeded my high standards for quality and attention to detail.

This place is sketchy. After I went in and asked for a quote, the woman asked if I really wanted to get it done. I honestly have no idea what she was talking about, but she complained it was going to take her 30 minutes to write out the quote. I left and went to another place (A1 Auto Three Brothers-- much better). The next day I called in to talk to the manager and a woman claiming to be the person said maybe I gave the wrong vibe. Very sketchy!

They are ignorant and not about good customer service. They stole out of my car, I told the lady in charge she specifically said this is not a loss we will find it if not replace it. 3 business days and the weekend goes by I hear nothing from them. I called their laughing on the phone and blonde head girl was not trying to put amy on the phone, the person who dealt with me. I left voicemails no respond until I got tired and called complaining about the way they do business. I had to call the police and go down there to let them know this isnt ok. You dont steal from people period. Now their saying the detailer got fired and this has happened 3 times before is what the police told me. Go somewhere else if you can.

I brought my Acura TL here after a van side swipped it on Fort avenue. They were very professional and gave me an estimate right on the spot. I dropped the car off on a Sunday night and picked up on a Wednesday. When I came to retrieve the car it was backed in and I examined the front fender, headlight and bumper that were replaced and re sprayed. I was satisfied with the repair, signed off and called it a day.No sooner did I return to my house and walk around the rear of the car and noticed the rear bumper was scrapped badly. I returned immediately to Bumper Globe and made an attempt to explain my case to the very nice but deaf owner of the shop. To no avail I decided to return when the estimator was back in the office. When I returned the following to a packed shop the adjuster agreed in front of MANY potential customers that the someone in the shop or parking lot must have hit it after the cars front end was repaired and they would gladly make it right.He said drop it off the next Monday and they would fix it. I dropped it off before work and got a call before I even ate lunch that day saying it was done. As expected the 1 hour repair looked like junk, I could have done a better job with a bottle of touchup I implored that is it be fixed correctly but the estimator then accused me of trying to pull a fast one on them to get the bumper repaired for free. (As a note any estimator would have hit me up for a cheap respray while the car was already there if the damage were there when he did the estimate. )About 6 months after the repair the clearcoat on the repaired bumper began to peel and the used headlight they replaced has been constantly full of moisture.All in all I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone PERIOD
