They handled the insurance company and they matched my paint perfectly! They are the Very best . And just great honest people!! My Lexus looks amazing! Thank you Cynthia and staff. I love it!!

After going back and forth with USAA insurance I was finally able to get my truck to a body shop and decided to bring it to Masters after reading a few reviews. It was the best decision I’ve made!!!!! I was extremely excited when I saw the final results. I haven’t seen my truck look this good since I first bought it back in 2015!!!! So if you are needing repairs DO NOT hesitate to give them a call.

After going 4-wheeling in my Jeep a number of times with side steps instead of real rocker guards the rocker panels got tweaked and I couldnt install new rocker guards for better protection. After going to a couple of other body shops and my regular repair shop thought I was going to have to drop a lot of cash to get seams straightened out and be able to install the rails. Fortunately, 4Wheel Parts referred me to Master Repairs and Miguel fixed me up. He was able to straighten out the seams enough and installed the rails for a lot less that I would have had to spend for a full body repair--which I didnt want or need since Im going to keep going off road and could beat them up again! Miguel saved the day and Im super grateful. (Cynthia was great, too). Will definitely use them in the future for any body repair needs!

Is hard to find a quality and professional shop now days. In the past I have always find defects or things not done. My Mercedes GLS looks like nothing ever happened. Everything matched perfect. Very professional shop 👍👍👍

Amazing!! I was in a fender bender and was referred to this Body shop. From the very beginning, Master Repairs was great. They gave me a fair estimate & worked with the insurance adjuster so I didn’t have to. My car looks brand new and they detailed the inside and out in addition to repairing the damage. The ladies inside are so personable and professional and even helped me get to enterprise to pick up my rental.From beginning to end, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing work done.

Additionally, I put them in a tricky spot as I needed my car quite suddenly, and they were able to put the work in to get my car ready on time and still deliver impeccable quality of work - I am so happy with my vehicle and will not bring my car anywhere else for repairs!(I was rear-ended on my drive into the city on move-in day and my bike/rack was embedded into the back of my car. Essentially everything on the rear end had to be replaced.)

I took my Dodge Ram pick-up to Masters Repair for some body work after calling around a few places and getting the best estimate from them. They did a great job making it look exactly like it was before the accident in just a few days. The paint job blew me away, you couldnt tell the difference from the original paint at all. I highly recommend Master Repairs. They replaced the whole front end of my SUV that was all smashed to hell, including a side panel. I was really concerned about the paint matching on the side panel because I have a real deep color with silver specks and at first I hadnt realised they painted the whole panel because the paint job was matched perfectly! Their paint guy is awesome. They even cleaned up the inside of my truck, which was nice to see when I picked up my truck. They made sure I was totally happy with everything before driving off and were very personable. Id recommend them to my friends.

They did a wonderful job fixing my car. Worked with insurance to get me a new rear bumper when they felt it could not be repaired. Friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. Love that it is an Austin family run business.

I Completely ruined my driver side door... Miguel and his team were AMAZING!! They replaced the whole door and made it look like as if nothing happened! The owner is a man of his word! He promised me the repairs on my car would be perfect and they are.! When my husband and I first arrived he welcomed us and was very attentive walked us around the shop so we can see his ptojects and I guess to make us see that he does quality work. Even though we found the shop by accident. We decided to leave our vehicle with him that same day. He even gave us a ride home.Three days later the car was ready. Affordable great quality job.
