I have had two sets of collision work done here, one on the front of my car and one on the back. Both times, David was very friendly and gave me great rates! Very nice people are a pleasure with which to do business! I highly recommend this body shop!

On a rainy week in Austin, I got caught in a dark street and ran through a giant formation of water and off went my bumper.. new to the area I was a bit wary of just showing up to a random body shop, but after a couple minutes with David, the owner, I knew i was in good hands. He took his time to walk the car and point out how badly the old bumper had been bent and the damage it had caused to the wiring harness. He ordered the parts right away and I dropped my car off the following Monday. The following week she was as good as new! The paint matched perfectly and while it was there, I opted for them to also buff out and repaint the front bumper that had already seen it’s fair share of poles. They were also proactive and even replaced some parking sensors that went into the bumper. I’m happy to now have a shop I know I can rely on.

David, London and the whole Discount team were very helpful, accommodating and kind and provided great service as well. They went above and beyond to help me with my incident and the quality of service provided was top notch and finished in very short period of time. I would definitely recommend Discount Body Shop to all my friends and family in the Austin area!

I would like to say how much I appreciate Rich and his professionalism in helping and guiding us through our experience. We have been using Discount Body shop for two years plus. Our 2015 Sequoia was rear-ended and the work done by David and his employees was immaculate. Not only was it a great price, it all went exactly as told to me... on time, on budget and mt truck looked good as new. When a gigantic steel bolt left my car with an enormous ding and gouge in the paint, Discount Body Shop made my car new. Most impressively, they managed to match the paint, which is a gloss black with blue pearl and metallic flake. The car looks like new!

Management is rude but tries to turn the table around making the bad experience your fault. I was promised one thing from owner and GM says another. I kept explaining to gm what was promised from owner but he stated hes in charge and wouldnt honor owners promise. I drove down the road to Alfredos Body shop off of Daffodil. They were extremely friendly and accommodating as soon as I walked in the door!!

This is by far the best auto body shop in Austin. I went in after a fender bender with damage that I thought couldnt be fixed. These guys are experts, they assessed the damage and took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. My car looks better than ever and at a great price too! I definitely recommend them.

Wow! Seriously, wow! These guys did an amazing job! They were more than happy to work with me on a budget and repairing my car. Basically, I wanted to avoid spending the $250 deductible for my insurance check comma they were willing to work with that and cut me a deal to do some detail painting that had nothing to do with the insurance check at half the cost of their usual detail painting! They also added the nice little touches of cleaning my entering exterior, not a deep clean but a simple dusting and vacuuming on the inside, plus a nice clean on the outside!

I had a pretty big dent I had been dreading to fix on my truck for almost 7 years. After reading about Discount Body Shop, I decided to give David (the owner) a shout on Yelp. He was more than speedy to respond, and I given a more than reasonable quote. He totally worked with my schedule and did good work! Truck looks great, the job was completed promptly, and they matched the paint perfectly. These guys have my business for life!

Something flew into the front bumper of my new car on the freeway over the weekend, resulting in a 6 inch crack, a big deeply-grooved circular scrape. Bummer! Called David on Monday afternoon, he got me in Tuesday morning and out Wednesday mid-day. His team was able to repair and repaint the bumper, rather than replacing, which saved me a bundle. My car looks great! Really good work, but they charged me 350 more than the estimate and it was nearly two weeks late. I wish Id gone to a nicer shop because I sure didnt get a discount.Edit: Another shop would have honored their estimate and got it done on time. It wasnt a safety issue. They suggested I pick my car up with a tow truck after paying the 2800 we agreed on. They did not realize there was an additional problem until several days after they said it would be finished.

When I had my car accident I was out of town in San Marcos and I was sure who to call or what to do. Thank goodness Discount Body Shop came to mind. I was able to drop off the car and the were wonderful while I figured details with the insurance company. My car looks brand new!!! I wont go anywhere else as long as I live in Austin. I was given three confirmations that my vehicle was going to be ready at a certain time. Showed up and they told me it wouldnt be ready for another hour. I left upset, called back and the owner answers, I tell him what happened and he personally delivered my vehicle to me at work. My car looked great and a staff willing to go the extra mile, 5 stars all the way.

My father was recently in an accident with a hit and run driver. The insurance company wanted to total the car but my father wanted to keep it rather than replace it with a used car with an unknown history. David and his team came to our rescue and got it fixed. The price was right, the service was excellent and the car looks great and was delivered on time. Hopefully I wont need body work again any time soon but if I do Ill definitely be back. My dad had backed into my car a few years back (lol) and left a nice dent. Id been too lazy to take it in for repair but finally found the time and will to do so. Brought my car in to fix the scrapes and dings .Hazel gave a quick estimate which was better than I expected. I brought it in and two days later it was done . Very good work. Washed and they even replaced on the bulbs in tail light. Highly reccomend

These guys are great. Im terrible when it comes to cars, and I get nervous having to go get work done on mine. I had let an accident go over a year I repaired, but here, i was given a great price, and they really did a nice job on my car.

This place is awesome. After getting a $1700 estimate for a dent in the right fender, I tried this place. I told the estimator I didnt care if it was pretty, I just needed the door to open again. He popped the dent out and cleaned it up in 30 minutes for $200 and it IS pretty. You can barely tell anything happened. He did mention that if I ever wanted to get it fully fixed, they will cover like half your deductible if you go through insurance. Too bad I dont have collision.

This place is top notch! They fixed my front end damage for half of what my insurance companies prefered bodyshop wanted to charge--and we are talking several thousands of dollars. It looks fantastic! I was a little distrusting of bodyshops having had a terrible drawn out experience with Calibur Collusion but Discount was patient with me and worked with in my budget.

It is not my case, I am sorry, I took my car until four times and until the date the front bumper is falling and the job is very bad and the manager is very rude not to treat his clients the only kind person is a girl who is in The office I imagine is the secretary. But I would not recommend this place at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
