I needed some body work done and a repaint. They took great care of my car, with quick turn around, stellar results, and at the best price I found. My car looks brand new, you could never tell there was damage.

The value and quality these guys provide is exceptional. When you find an honest and good mechanic/shop it makes using them an obvious choice. Plus, theyre straight-up Good People - highly recommended.

One of those rare, quality businesses tucked away in a nondescript strip mall in Manchaca, Tx. An honest, reliable and friendly full service facility. I have used this business on two separate occasions for repair of my 2000 GMC Jimmy. The first service was replacement of a leaky radiator and this current time repair and replacement of all four brake units and repair of driver side door hinges. The service was top-notch and reasonably priced. I was completely satisfied with the professional and courteous service which has not always been the case at other garages, and have recommended this business to my friends and neighbors.

Grady and his team are one of those mechanics that is hard to find--reliable, honest, and fair pricing. Highly recommend him. Went in dreading to have to order several brand new parts for an old car, walked out with my existing parts in working, and good-looking order. Also was able to get worked into the schedule quickly.

We took our Pathfinder to Grady to replace a hood and fix a problem with the battery connectors. He provided an estimate quickly and then when the bill came there were no surprises. The work was done well and we were very satisfied. We will definitely return and refer friends and family to Roadrunner Paint, Body & Auto Repair.

I couldn’t not have asked for better customer service and politeness from the roadrunner auto team. I wrecked my car in the ice storm and they were amazing about getting it fixed and communicating with me throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Grady (owner) gave me a free estimate, which was the best around. He got our van in-and-out in a day-and-a-half, which was half a day faster than the other quotes. Roadrunner did a fantastic job. Looks good as new (literally)! 😀 Very happy!!!

The manager initially seemed like an alright guy. I went to have me car repainted, and was told they do not have enough time to repaint my whole car. I asked if he could repaint part of my car, and he agreed, saying it would take a week to do.After a week, he had not even started working on my car, I was taking off work for the week without my car, and taking Uber to where I needed to go. I called back on Friday, my car would not be ready for another week, which forced me to get a rental car as I could not take anymore time off work. Finally, I went to pick up my car and they had missed painting a part of my car that I had paid for. I asked them to paint it, they reluctantly obliged, insisting I only needed to buff the part. All said and done it took them 3 weeks to pain only part of my car.I asked if they could cut me a break on the price for holding it an extra week and forgetting to do part of the work. The owner insist he couldnt do it because it was a big job. He said he could however give me a good deal on finishing the rest of the car in the future.I called the shop back recently and said I would be out of town for 2-3 weeks, and if he would be willing to finish the job like he promised at a good rate. He said he would get back to me (he never did, I had to call him back, which was a trend in the whole experience). He said honestly he just doesnt want to do the work because its too much and not worth it for them. This shop is very dishonest.

My car brushed up against the hose connector at a gas pump. After I got three estimates from three different shops to remove what I perceived to be a minor dent and scratch (through the paint) from my front fender--ranging from $900 to $2,000--I was referred to Roadrunner by my Nissan dealer. Grady did the estimate, which came in at a great price below my insurance deductible! Then he was able to knock another $50 or so from that when he innovatively thought about taping around the headlight versus removing it for painting! A great example of thinking about the customer. It all took only three days, which was the same amount of time as the other shops, and he was conveniently open on Veterans Day--while other body shops are typically closed on holidays. When complete, it looked good as new, with no visible evidence of either the dent or the deep scratch! He even threw in a bottle of touch-up paint, for a chipped spot by the tire, for no additional cost.To sum it up, Roadrunner has the three things most businesses can only achieve two of: the best price, fast service and great quality. Thanks!

Since I’m relatively new to Austin I was grateful to hear about Road Runner Body and Paint through friends. For me that has always been the best way to learn about established businesses offering excellent service. I simply could not be happier with the prompt and friendly service and especially the perfection of the work.As a retired widow on a fixed income I greatly value the more than fair pricing, respectful staff and, again, the perfection of the work on my car.

I have nothing but great things to say about Roadrunner Body & Paint. I had a minor accident in my car and some bodywork was required. I took my car to Roadrunner and received nothing less than top of the line service. They quoted me an extremely fair price, handled the insurance company and made my car look good as new!!! I would highly recommended them to anyone.

Took a classic car to get the fenders worked on along with the trunk lid. I asked them to strip the paint, fix the dents and just primer it. They almost fixed the dents but they ended putting bondo over holes that actually needed to be there for the fender. They only primed one side of the fender, the inside wasnt touched and still had paint, tar, and a little bit of rust. On top of that they never stripped the paint, they painted over several layers of old paint. I told them about it and they said they would talk to their paint guy and that this should have never happened. They told me to bring it back so they could redo it. Im not sure why they didnt do it right to begin with and I have no plans to bring it back to them. They also painted around an emblem that I asked them to remove. Now I will need to take these body parts to another shop and have them stripped properly. Im disappointed to say the least that I wasted $800 on this.

They told me along with fixing my bumper they would buff out some very light scratches . When I picked it up they had put on a cheaper bumper than I had requested and charged me the same amount. Did not buff scratches they said the scratches were to deep. I took it to another body shop and they buffed it right out. Also charged my insurance company thousands more than my quote was and would not give me my vehicle back because the insurance wouldnt pay there made up supliment. My insurance said that they are known for jacking up the price for no reason. The work they did is OK but they have no problem with telling you lies!

Used Body shop - never had any problems.Used Mechanic last - horrible experience. Took car in to fix gas tank problem. Quote was $200-$400. Picked up car and charged me $450. Then found out problem wasnt even fixed. Took car back in and they took 2 weeks and then charged me close to $370 to fix the same problem. Wouldnt let me take my car until I paid. I will never use this shop again!!! Be extremely cautious about dealing with these people.

Grady and Derwin took me under their wings. We related among st country living and fishing. Kinda felt like they were my uncles taking care of a poor girl in need. I paid out of pocket because I was dumb and hadnt caught up with insurance. A car ran a red light and smashed into me, leaving my beautiful Toyota Tacoma a hot mess in the front, let alone the damage it did to the interior. They dropped Apollo body and paints quote about a grand ($1,000). I must say, they are really cats and I highly recommend them. Thanks fellers!

Walking I felt very welcome and didnt feel as if there was a very deceitful man behind the counters. OH BOY HOW I WAS WRONG! He gave is an estimate on the first (Wednesday) which was 3x more than expected he told me my car was totalled and offered to buy it get it off my hands. I told him no, I wanna fix my car even if it takes a while. He said no problem told me he would need to look for cheaper parts and come back when he calls. The next day I came back ( he didnt call) he never gave me my second estimate instead he took me to the back and showed me my car and told me everything wrong with it as he finally told me he needed more time for the estimate. So I left and was told he would give me a call when he got a cheaper estimate. On Friday I waited and never got a call, the whole weekend went by and. On MONDAY I got a very unfortunate call from the owner! The phone call was him informing me that there had been a robbery at his shop on THURSDAY EVENING, and on Monday morning he had realized my car had been STOLEN. He told me he would need me to bring in my TITLE So he can make a copy of it for records. I did not bring my title cause you do not give the title to your car to anyone. Once I got to the shop he had told me my car got stolen from the front of the store. Once my father came to the store the owner had already changed the story of where my car got stolen. He also failed to report a robbery until Monday evening and had refused to release any footage from his 14 cameras. Once the police came to check it out and check the owner out the cop pulled me to the side and said no doubt in my mind this was an inside job.after we got all the reports done I asked the owner when he was going to file the insurance claim he told me he would be doing it that night as well as having the camera guy come down to get the video evidence. I left the shop around 4:30 and called him from my home at 6:30ish. When I called he told me the camera guy was not coming due to a football game on tv and he wasnt expecting him to come at all. Then I asked when he was going to file the insurance and he told me get off my back and immediately hung up. The next day I got a call from the police saying my car was returned to the shop. The weird part about that was once I got to the shop after work my car was nicely parked in a spot infront of the shop with more damages them when I brought it in... When I asked the shop what they were going to do about it they said nothing and left me with more damages and more money to pay. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN BE SEEMS LIKE A FAMILY MAN BUT HES GREEDY AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! HE IS A SCAMMER AND WILL STEAL YOUR CAR.

WORST SERVICE!They gave me an estimate to fix my car and as soon as they felt they could get more from the insurance they had sort of excuses of why the work that was suppose to take 2 days took more than a week. Every time I called it was something different. They didnt have the part and then they did but not approval from the insurance when i had already given the estimate they themselves made and now they wanted more money because it didnt include other time. They would hang up on my mom who spoke Spanish or would leave her on hold for almost an hour. When I called I was told that they would call back and they didnt. It was by far the worst service I have received and it honestly felt like they just wanted more money from the insurance company. I usually expect this run around from the insurance company but they were great but this Body and Paint service had the worst customer service and did not have an ounce of professionalism.I write this because I want to warn people about the shop since a lot of people dont write negative reviews and just let it go but they are needed to help other people who may need services.
