Any time can give best coffee

Very cute location, but parking is at an extreme premium, and every nearby shop is clamoring to claim their own sets of parking spaces for their customers. Theres a good set of spots, towards the back, but its not really enough to handle even normal busy days.

My go to in the morning to see what they are whipping up in the kitchen! Absolutely a necessity now a days.

Everyone at Starbucks works very efficiently. And everyone is friendly and personable. They wait time is very short.

This is my local Starbucks there friendly very nice and have good customer service. What I like is they always say hi to everyone who comes in the door. The drinks are always consistent and I love this place

Always greeting customers and friendly service. sometimes it does gets busy in the morning recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app. Awesome at working under stress/pressure.

I use the app. When Im in the mood for a coffee or iced coffee I order a head and usually its ready by like 10 minutes. Its a great place to come outside and sit and have a cup of coffee or take it to go. I recommend this place.

I really love this location. It’s big and bright, and most importantly, the staff is super friendly. I usually order a customized drink, which I understand can be annoying to some. But I’ve been here 4 times so far and the employees have always been warm and welcoming. They never make me feel bad like some Starbucks have. It’s in a cute location too, in the heart of Aptos. Will def come here whenever I’m in the area.

The baristas are the best. They work well. Under stress during busy times and keep a smile on their faces.

May be friendly to selective people. I Ordered simple grande black coffee. I waited 5 minutes for brewing. They made a mistake. Instead of getting another cup and pump it from the thermo she said she’s working on next order. I waited patiently. Then she was working on fixing nitro brew dispenser. I had to say something after a minute to just get me a cup of coffee. August 10th 9:45 AM. Unfortunate thing is she didn’t say much. Not a good way to start a day. Recommend Starbucks 0.5 miles down the road.

Super sweet and helpful staff. I ordered on my phone and then went in and asked some questions about options that were available that I didn’t understand. I didn’t give it a five star because they didn’t have a basic ingredient available for my order and had to substitute.

I found a way to get Starbucks for three dollars. I asked for three shots of espresso and a tall cup with a shot of white chocolate mocha. It’s delicious and then they fill the rest with ice and milk.

They make a good breve latte here, and they will make it as hot as you ask them to.

Quaint Starbucks location off the main drag. Looks newer. Store was pretty dirty and I never saw a barista enter the lobby area to wipe down a table or clean the bathrooms that were covered in trash. Usually never busy. Nice outside seating area away from street. Service was nice.Parking lot does get busy. Pay attention to signs of where to park and 30 minute spots.

One of the Starbucks locations a bit further away than my normal neighborhood stores. Would have given a 5 star rating, but there is quite a bit of traffic and congestion during the night construction. The addition of a traffic light at Soquel and Trout Gulch helps to alleviate some of the congestion.

Had to wait for decaf to be brewed. Not bad but it is a coffee house. Shouldnt have to wait for coffee to brew at 8:30 in the morning. Maybe there was an issue.

Definitely not my favorite Starbucks. While they have food staff and it is clean in there, it is so packed and no parking. Its frustrating when you cant find parking so you have to walk far away.

When I order coffee here, I always feel like Im doing something wrong...

Usually this Starbucks plays music that isnt too intrusive – but on the last visit the music didnt allow relaxation . They are always out of things . That said the back outdoor seating overlooks redwood trees even though its sunny . So on a nice day its a very pleasant place to be

If you enjoy your coffee over-roasted, Starbucks is your place. At least the coffee is consistent no matter which location youre at and it definitely beats gas station coffee.

Having been to scores of well run Starbucks, this is the best managed. It shows in the friendly effective attitude of every employee.

Spacious, friendly, convenient. The parking lot is the problem, since the traffic light has been installed, the parking lot gets backed up. So if you are in a hurry, plan an extra five minutes.

The usual consistency - nothing surprisingly good.

Staff is great. They are quick and acommodating. The only complaint is that the bathrooms need to be cleaned much more often.

I am anti-Starbucks in theory, but this place has really easy parking, reasonable seating including couple of plush armchairs, lots of outlets to plug into, and a variety of snack and lunch foods. I often end up here by default when I need to work from my laptop somewhere in Aptos or Soquel since I dont need to go anywhere else for lunch and I can get a comfortable chair.

Classic starbucks, always busy, got treated for a free drink by young barista, either I look at it from a single, no kids fellow, but I do believe this to be a hipster type of place, where children should be excluded.... again... just my perspective... either couples are bored with their living situation and they feel the NEED to socialize with their KIDS.... if I wanted to listen to crying children, or see their bratty faces I would have my own.....again... FROM MY PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE

So friendly great drinks

Went there with my wife to get two (2) peppermint white mochas. Both venti in size and we paid for venti. What we received was a grande mocha and a venti plain white mocha. Accidents happen, I know that. However, it happens at this specific store more and more. Rarely do we see the same staff, which would lead me to believe turnover is high at this store. Its unfortunate, as this site is in close proximity to us walking there.

Friends dont let friends go to Starbucks. Prices are too high and coffee tastes burnt. I went there one time years ago and will never go back. I was asked about my experience there but I did not go in. They share a parking lot where I went.

My favorite Starbucks Ive ever been to, basically grew up going to this one and they still recognize me to this day even when Ive been gone for a year at college, theyre always kind, fast and never mess up my orders!

This is definitely one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to. Its located in a posh area; there is plenty of parking which is a big plus.

No trenta cups and they didnt offer to accommodate like other Starbucks by giving a venti and a tall to give the trenta amount since its only a 20cent difference from venti to trenta for cold brew and no chocolate croissants :(

Too crowded. Apparently, SBUX was having a Barista competition. Thats great, except that the 40 + Baristas in the SBUX were taking up every parking spot in the tiny parking lot. Next time, maybe SBUX can have their competition in a Mall shopping center parking lot.
