Had a seamnless process and they did a great job. I was kept informed during the process. Finished 2 days earlier than anticipated and returned my rental car to Enterprise for me. Loved that!

They took me in same day if my accident and kept me informed throughout the whole process, never met a kinder staff when it comes to these situations as most places will give you the run around or even not tell you what’s going on or if new things come up with your vehicle. They never left me uniformed good or bad news they said it when it happened and took amazing care of my truck. As an added bonus it came back 5x cleaned then when I left it there, Absolutly recommend to anyone in need of quality repairs and service as well as a professional and polite working team, always treat your mechanics right and they will do everything they can to put you back into your vehicle ! I used able body shop for an insurance repair on my truck. Was able to get in for an estimate quickly and conveniently. When it came time for work to start, project was done ahead of schedule and truck looks great. They kept me in the loop as repairs were done.

Not a big fan. If you want something done cosmetically, then these are your go to people. Anything mechanical, maybe not so much. Super nice, just didnt actually fix the issueI went in for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I had just purchased it and wanted to make it look good. It had some paint chips etc, as well as the back hatch handle had been pulled off. I paid for all the paint chips and the handle, roughly 1500. It was a fair price, there were other cosmetic things done as well. Then I received a call saying that the hatch handle was on, but they needed a command module for the motor because the back gate wouldnt open, another 800ish. I would like my cargo hatch to open, so I said go for it.So they installed the new command motor, said it was good to go. So I came and picked up my Tahoe, drove it home and tried to open the back hatch. At this time I found the back hatch kinda worked. Using both my remote and the inside button the back hatch would open halfway, then close again but never completely. Causing it to get stuck in a partially open spot. The button on the handle that they installed didnt work at all.Obviously I took it back to have it fixed. When I arrived they said I could drop it off anytime. So I asked if I could right then, which I was told not right then but anytime after. Didnt really make sense to me why I couldnt drop it off right then, but I returned a couple days later and dropped it off so it worked out.They looked over it, then claimed it was because of the sensors in the back causing the gate to close prematurely. And all I needed to do was not stand in front of the cargo door when I was opening it. That kinda made sense to me, and I figured since they are professionals it must have been me just having a dumb moment and not realizing that.So I went and picked up the Tahoe again. And would you believe it? It still didnt work at all. If I click the remote it halfway opens, then closes, but not fully still. Same with the inside button. The handle still doesnt work at all.I guess I can kinda get it opened if I fight with it for a few minutes as it tries to open, and close, then open itself again randomly. So technically they sort of fixed it. I guess.Nice people. Would of been even nicer if my Tahoe had actually been fixed though. I would really like to get it actually fixed. But to be honest am pretty fed up with having to go there constantly for it to not be fixed.Update Sep 18 2020So I was called a couple weeks ago by Able Body Shop about this review. They were able to figure out that my tailgate needed to be programmed in order to work properly and advised me I needed to get it done at the dealership. I added another star for good follow up, even if it is due to a negative review. However, I still dont like that I was sent home twice with the technicians claiming the problem was resolved when all they needed to do was tell me to go get it calibrated at the dealership. Even if they didnt know it needed to be calibrated, they could have just told me they were unable to fix the issue.3 stars for good cosmetic work and follow up. I would definitely be willing to go back, but only for cosmetic issues, nothing mechanical.

After a seagull blew a hole through my truck grill. I contacted my insurance (USAA) and was able to get in and out fast, with a brand new grill, and a detail that left my truck looking better than new! (They cleaned it better than the dealership where I picked it up)

I scheduled an appointment to have them give me an estimate, they asked me to call when I arrived. I called and it went to busy signal, called again and was told I was1st in line, then they hung up. I waited outside for 15 min and left. If you have someone scheduled for an appointment at a certain time and you have your place of busy locked down like Ft knox, dont you think you should peek out at said time and see if customer now waiting? Seems like common sense to me, but what do I know.

Able had my car repaired almost two weeks ahead of schedule! They vacuumed and dusted the interior in addition to a nice wash job. Definitely above and beyond! I downloaded their app on phone and received regular updates on the progress. I highly recommend them.

We have used Able Auto Body twice, and they have been outstanding to work with. They are friendly, professional, and they go the extra mile to make sure that their customers have a wonderful experience. When I got my Ford Expedition back, I didnt even recognize it. I expected them to fix the back bumper, and they not only fixed it, but cleaned the inside of my car, and washed and waxed the outside. Their service was quick, the car rental process was painless, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

Service is friendly and efficient.They finished the job much earlier than expected.They even waited to close for me to come collect my vehicle. Much appreciated.The only issue I have ...why they didnt fix a dent on the back door. The right front end was practically replaced realigned and repainted. But this particular dent was not touched.I was happy with my rental car. Expected the repaired to take longer. And paid my 500$ insurance deductible.Now, Im going to have spend more money and do it all over again.Its just inconvenient.

It’s hard having to have my car in the shop after a little fender bender while juggling a full time job and young kids. They brought me my car when they were done and cleaned it up. TL/DR amazing shop, choose them.I chose Able Body for an auto body repair claim as a recommendation from State Farm. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process through Able Body. They scheduled a time to look at the damage and called me back after receiving authorization from State Farm to schedule a drop off time. They provided a very detailed, multi-page print out of what repairs they would be making. They sent texts the entire time they had my car with updates and my car was ready to be picked up on the day they said it would be ready. The repairs looked awesome and every staff member I came in contact with was awesome. I would highly recommend Able Body and would use them again if I need auto body repairs.

Able body was thorough and precise with my Jeep when I got in a hit and run accident, the gentleman even went as far as making sure anything near or around the area was connected and paid for by my insurance and went above and beyond keeping me notified on timeline. Only con would be when they told me through text my car would be done on a certain day and when I showed up the girl at the front said “oh we called to tell you it would take longer and you didn’t answer” but I got no voicemail or text letting me know of the delay.That being said it was still a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

However, my experience with Able Body Shop on Gamble was so much above average, that an honest, detailed review is more than warranted.I have had body work done at other shops in the lower 48 a few times over my nearly 40 years of driving, and each time was painful: long delays, wrong estimates, terrible communication, you name it.THIS TIME WAS REFRESHING. Both Shane and Sabrina in the front office there on Gamble were the nicest people, proactive, and detailed. They showed that they actually cared about my experience as a customer, and I felt good about going there (initially, during, and after). From the initial interaction through the entire process with regular updates as to the status of the work and estimated completion date.Shout out to the shop guys as well. The quality of the work was great. I honestly dont think I will use anyone else for body work in the future. I’ve used Able on several occasions. The work is always top quality. The office staff is very good at keeping you updated on progress. On this occasion there were numerous delays which was very frustrating. Most were not Able’s fault however, and they were very good about keeping me apprised of the situation. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do I would use Able again.

The part ordered was not the same as the damaged mirror, despite a call before the repair to confirm that the same type of mirror would be installed. Weve been told that the problem can be fixed, but it will require another visit.

Everyone showed me respect and was very helpful with answering all my questions, the receptionist Kim was also really sweet

Took several months to get my car back to me when all I had was an 8 hour repair, no update calls, the only progress updates I received were when I called them. They fried my body control module which dictates window controls, after fighting to tell them my vehicle did NOT come into their shop with the defect I was told the part was on back order and that they would call me when it came in. I just called them today (almost a year later!) And I was told that I need to call insurance to have an agent inspect my vehicle to make sure it was accident related!! Its ridiculous to me that after they make a mistake they think Ill forget and file another claim so that they can profit off of THEIR mistake! Absolutely unbelievable, take your business elsewhere.

Honestly I wouldnt even give them one star absolutely terrible they have had my car for two months when I was supped to receive it over a month ago. I am supped to pick it after two months and I get a call saying that they found something else wrong and they do not have the parts so it will take another few weeks. ALSO I got a call saying I need to bring in my summer tires to switch them out my car does not have studs on it at all... I am not happy at all with their customer service and Im quite irritated. Dont waste your time
