Chase is great. He knows what he’s doing and is probably the most reasonably priced mechanic in Anchorage. He won’t haggle you and is very honest I if he is comfortable with working on a particular vehicle. Definitely would recommend to anyone...plus ladies he’s quite the eye candy 😊 😉

FIRST, I want to point out that this business did not work on my vehicle so my rating is based off the customer service experience. I do not know what the overall rating would have been if they had worked on my vehicle.I was calling for a quote, whether they can do a virtual one with images or if I had to drive the vehicle in. When someone answered, all I got was a Hello which made me question if I dialed the wrong number. I asked if it was Boniface Auto Body and I received a Yeah for a response. I remained open minded, knowing vehicle shop employees tend to be very busy but as the conversation kept going, there was no professionalism throughout the conversation. You may not need my or want my business but always treat customers with courtesy and the more you make them feel like you are concerned and sincerely wanting to help, youll definitely have more business and/or better reviews.

Ive had my truck worked on here several times and got some nice tires from here as well. The guys that work here are hard working men with personality that I can sum up as real Alaska men. You are going to get your vertical worked on by mechanics and auto body specialists, not sales men. You get quality work done and they aim to do things the right way, no short cuts that you end up paying for in the long run, but a job done once and done the correct way. Ive always been happy with my truck getting worked on here.

Called to ask if they could fix an issue with my bumper, I didnt even get the first sentence out before he interrupted me and said We do auto body, were not mechanics. I said, Okay... uhm... and he hung up on me. Dont waste the drive, dont even waste the phone call.

I had to switch the transmission on my car so he order it for us and he said he would have done by some time in AUGUST but when I called he still didn’t have done. Fast forward to NOVEMBER and he still doesn’t have it done. I call again and he said he would have it done last week at the end of it. Call at the end of that week and he is in Las Vegas. As i’m writing this my car STILL needs a fixed transmission. the most SHITIEST AUTO BODY EVER.

A few years ago, my 2006 Dodge Durango driver door was damaged and Cecil put a new door on my durango that I bought from NorthWest Auto. He also took my tinted window from my old damaged door, and put it on the new door for a very fair price and got the work done very quickly too. He was so nice and understanding. And just a few days ago, he replaced a broken window on my 2006 Jeep Commander and got it done ASAP and priced it fairly.

THEY ARE TRASH, lazy, incompetent, and definitely don’t know how to deal with customers. If I could rate these idiots negative stars I would. I foreal don’t even know how they’re still in business, looks like they’re struggling to make ends meet.

The service is rude. We called and my wife asked do you guys change oil? The guy responded with if we are an auto body shop, what do you think? First off I know plenty of autobody shops that change oil I was trying to call to get ahold of the manager to let him know about the rude service we had but no one answers the phone I called 7 times. I do not appreciate the way he talked to my wife

Wow!! If I could put a negative star, I would!! These guys must have a bunch of money and not need any costumers. I just called this guy to ask about my cars trim, and was told that he doesnt work on euro-trash, and that Im un-American for buying an Audi. I had no response!! So, if you want to be insulted and disrespected before you even walk in the door, then this is the place for you.

The guy who answer the phone was so rude. Call him for an estimate for my hood to get paint and he said cant do it and hang up.I don’t recommend them for any job.Bad customer service

Dont buy tires from this s-hole. All they do is get single and pairs from the used junkyard. Plus there morons.
