Staff has little automotive knowledge..prices are high there.counter persons seem to care less about helping customers..I wont be back there again..sorry but Ive seen better stocked,more courteous and friendly staff.how do I know? 25 yrs experience at six locations and at 73 yrs. Old I know automotive, motorcycle, truck,big rig and heavy equipment...I recommend Womwell Automotive if your in kentucky..

This place is how I remember NAPA from the 80s. Machine shop. Paint mixing shop. Big inventory. Cool old dude that knows what hes talking about. I wish there were more of these stores still left.

They have always have had what I needed. If it wasnt in stock they would order they part. Quality parts. Cost a little more sometimes, but worth it. Personal always have been helpful.

Aways a great experience . I usually go right before they close due to my work schedule, even 30 minutes before closing staff is always friendly and happy . They have a great selection and reasonable prices. If they dont have it usually they can get it next day. Only once I have had to wait two days to get a part. Management should be proud of their employees they do a great job every time.

Love this place, my husband always goes here for his sandpaper and vehicle part things.. the staff are very kind and work with you every step of the way.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had to buy an inverter in Kingman, ended up not having to use it so came to return it here. They dont take returns!!!

This is a FULL SERVICE facility. I received the greatest help and advise. The friendliest Service Manager (RC) who really knows his stuff.I had front hubs and bearings removed and replaced. The speed was so quick that by the time I got home, they called me to say they were done already. My old parts were even cleaned and painted!

Staff very friendly & helpful. I had been told, by phone, that they had the exact tires I needed. They did not. But the clerk felt so bad that she had misinformed me...she got on the phone & called three competitor stores until she found my tires; had the store hold them for me so I could get right in & out without having to wait in line. That was definately above & beyond expectations.

Very friendly and informative staff. They were the only place in town that had the oil for my jetta. Google stiffed me on the directions tho but I finally got it figured out.

Huge store with amazing staff, I call them anytime if I need a part and if they dont have it they work with me to get it as fast as they can. Also the staff was very knowledgeable about helping pick they best part for my application.

The place is big. I bought a fuel filter there and I know its higher quality than the other places. They moved into the old Goodwill building over off of 4th Street.

Our Suzuki Sidekick needed a new front wheel bearing. The Machine Shop at NAPA removed the old bearing on the hydraulic press and pressed in a new bearing while we waited. The service was quick with friendly advice and the price was very good. We will definetly be back and we will highly recommend this business . Dec9/2015.

Good place for auto parts or tools but way too expensive! I dont recommend buying parts or tools from this place. Go to autozone or oreily they are better

07/20/2017 This place is great I needed parts for my rear axle they hooked me up and even pressed them on it 30 minutes. Great customer service and knowledgeable about the parts they are selling

They went to a lot of trouble to find an inexpensive part for me and to make sure it met my needs.

Nice guys. Tire rotation yadda yadda gratis, the only place I found open on New Years Eve!

Had an engine block honed and hot tanked. I hope they wipe their asses better than they cleaned my engine block. Returned it to me in an unacceptable shape and still charged me the cleaning fee.

The worst NaPa I have ever experienced in my opinion. Did not know when order would be in store from Phoenix or LA. Was told over phone it would be in on Tuesday. Will not use NaPa at any time in the future. They havent a clue. Should be labeled NaPa dont KNOW HOW!!

I tried calling them for a part. I was put on hold, for longer than I was willing to wait, and gave up.

Horrible first impression! I called searching for an oil filter and it was not in stock. They would not place my order or accept payment over the phone. I would have to physically come in to the store TWICE, once to place the order and a second to pick up the filter.THIS IS 2019 NAPA, take my money over the phone and order the damn part. Enough said.

Very professional staff. Not sure how other reviews claim the people here are rude. Ive been here multiple times and have had nothing but quality service. Their counter people know parts. When you go to the other places stores here in town, they dont know as much. I now only go to this napa store as my parts store.

For a big store it has horrible service! The smaller store that used to be on Pacific had great service.

If I could give this location a 0 for service I would. They do not respect the lifetime warranty policy. Do not buy at NAPA, or at least not at this location. Buy elsewhere, might be pricier, but it wont have you replacing the parts every 4 months out of pocket. Ridiculous.

Checked their website, looking for a part. Website said they had what I was looking for in stock. Reserved it through their website. Showed up at the store, and they had none. Basically website and reservation option are worthless.

Ordered two sets of rotors and they lost one set. After a week we picked the rotors up and they gave of 3 of the same rotors and 1 different.

RC is the best ..most professional employee at Napa.

Worst service ever they dont respect the internet advertisement plus their prices are way more expensive than any other commercial store.

Theres paint that sells itself and then theres paint you have to lie about to sell.

Yuma is a little weak on auto parts. If you go in ask for Sam hes the man.
