My oil change was fit in between appointments, but was taken in for servicing right away. I requested synthetic oil which they used. Being a veteran the oil change and filter (not synthetic oil) and labor ( not tax, oil removal) were no charge. My cost was very low.The service department also found and installed a recall update for the computer.Their service was fast and well done. As usual they washed the car for me. Best experience of buying a car ever. I have felt like a literal hostage in past experiences. Not here. They were very accommodating and answered all questions. The time went by quicker than past experiences. Our salesperson, Jairo, sped things along quickly when I said I was getting tired. Dave, the finance person gave us one of his protein bars (delicious) that was very helpful. I definitely will go back for my next car.

Hyundai of Yuma is the BEST! I had a terrible experience at Yuma HONDA, took my vehicle to have service done and found out though my dash cam that they were tempering with a safety feature in my car. I shared on social media my experience and Hyundai reached out to help me out. They made me an amazing offer i couldnt refuse. Everyone treats you like family there and are really nice and genuine.

I wish I could give zero stars based on the experience I’ve received from Hyundai of Yuma. I have been waiting on an A/C part since April of 2021, they said they’d call when it came in. We didn’t get a call until end of June/early July saying they would be giving out part away since it had been there for months. We NEVER received a phone call that our part was ready. Since then we’ve called several times. It’s taken nearly 4 months & NOW they have finally decided to get me a rental while we wait for ANOTHER part. I’m tired of dealing with this. I wish I didn’t have to deal with Hyundai at all, but because of warranty, we have to go through them.

We appreciated Angel, the General Manager, greeting us when we arrived. He hooked us up with Felix Mendez who was very professional and personal. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our selection process based on our wants and needs. Domonic in the service department provided fast, efficient, courteous service on the warranty work done on the air conditioner for my Veloster. When I picked up the vehicle the AC worked great and they had even cleaned my car including the wheels! Very happy customer, Hyundai of Yuma will get all my business going forward. :)

Brought my Palisade in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also wanted them to look at my left headlamp, and media function on the heads up display. Dominic, my consultant, was very patient and thorough, both prior to, and upon completion of the work. He notified me regarding a recall due to wind noise, and ordered the appropriate parts for both front windows. The work was promised as about 2 hours, and the vehicle was ready before then, and freshly washed. Oil change and tire rotation, done. Dominic and the mechanic researched my concerns about the headlamp and heads up display, and answered them to my satisfaction. I even got bonus information regarding the vehicles clock and a possible mismatch with DST. I will test that theory on my upcoming road trip eastbound. Excellent service, and Dominic was unfailingly polite and professional, even escorted me to my car. Nothing to complain about at all!

Had a great experience with this place last month! I actually live in Southern California but found the car I wanted online and asked if there was any way to get it. To my surprise there was! They delivered it to me the day after we made the deal. Not only that but they got the smog paperwork, went to the dmv, and shipped our plates to us when they got them! Not only was this appreciated during a pandemic, but I may never buy another car a different way. The guys were super nice and I definitely recommend them, even if you’re not local!

They answered some questions we had about our rental car and replaced a plug in the front bumper that had fallen out. They were very helpful and didn’t even charge us for the service. The service was quick and easy. I love that my car gets washed. This time there were black finger prints on the inside of the drivers door and steering wheel. Glad I had wet wipes to clean them off.

The sales service was top notch. The salesman, Luis Viramontes, asked questions and LISTENED to us. We were buying the car, but I would be the primary driver. The salesman did not ignore me. The experience was much more pleasant than our experience at other dealers in Yuma. In the end, after the sale was completed, the salesman went out to the car with me and went though all the menus and control panel. He even took the time to make sure that my phone was connected and I knew how to make a call. I felt important and respected by the entire staff.

I had to take my car in for its oil change. Scheduling was very easy online. I was greeted once I got there. They asked if I had any concerns which I didn’t. They had my oil changed and my car all nice and clean in a very short time. I also was able to see Our salesman, Jiro. Jiro is an excellent salesman.

As always Hyundai of Yuma is the best and only dealership to work with. Everyone is professional and friendly and even though I don’t want a new car it is fun to see what they have to offer. Great job Yuma Hyundai I will keep driving the 165 miles to have my car serviced.

As usual I cannot say any thing but great service. Chris took my car and I took my time in the costumer waiting lounge (which I love) had a cup of coffee which I never have any other place, grab a goody and watch TV. The work is usually done about the time I finish my first goody and cup of coffee. I realize if I had a major repair I would either wait or get a ride home. Having worked as a dispatcher in a Pontiac dealer I can understand long waits, but I will say our service dept cant hold a candle to Hyundai

Hyundai of Yuma will go out of their way to give you the best deal on a great new car. My Hyundai gets great gas mileage and has one of the longest warranties on the market. Their service department is great but after a year Ive only needed to take my two Elantras in for regular maintenance.

Went in for oil change in a Saturday and the mechanic heard a noise in the engine said not to drive it. On Monday I got a call and Thankfully my car was under warranty. Doninic in service made arrangements and they rented me a car for the 3 days. Dominic in service was very helpful.

I have an issue with my 2019 Santa Fe that did not get fixed, but they tried. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and a shuttle service was available. I rated them 4 stars only because the problem still exists. The problem is the car not the service.Update 10/27/19Took the car back for the same problem, plus found a hole in my door panel from last time it was worked on. They decided the hole was from an outside source meaning I must have done it. Well I know I didnt do it, and I dont like being being call a liar. Also the original problem is still not fixed, but they said there is nothing they can do about it. Ill send Hyundai a letter on that issue.So... Im disappointed in the service department. Call me a liar and your done with my business. Just letting you know what happened, its your choice to use them or not. Its to bad, because they seemed like nice people.

As usual H of Y lived up to my expectations for professional and attentive service upon my arrival from a 9200 mile tour of the USA. Of course I had a change of oil and an unexpected need to replace a windshield washer motor while in New Jersey, however my 2012 Sonata performed well covering 25 States we visited since leaving Yuma Aug 31, 2019.I arrived before anyone at opening time, just an oil change. I was surprised that a five year employee, Daniel in service had left the department. In parts another employee had retired, bound as he stated for a life in the tropics of Costa Rica. This did not impair the service that I received. I was in dependable, safe hands with a newbee who assured me that his aim was to continue the goal of customer satisfaction. In 45 minutes I left with my vehicle, SMILING!

Transmission out with only 33000 miles on it, get it back after almost 3 weeks and its still not working right.

This dealership is my go to service department. I travel to Yuma fairly often and I try to make sure whatever service I need is taken care of during that trip. I thought I was only going to have a routine oil change and inspection. As it turns out I needed more and I was on a tight schedule. Hyundai of Yuma was able to take care of my needs and even though the part was incorrect initially (a superseded part which did not fit) they were able to get the correct part and install it and I was on my way and on schedule. Besides having the service done quickly, the people in the service department were excellent in keeping me up to date and were very professional and friendly. What more could I ask? All I can say it a big Thank You!
