Wow, did I get great service here! Good location for a store. I was greeted when entering and team members helped me find things and answer questions. When I went to check out, Miguel L. helped me with many parts I needed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He is also bilingual, but I did not need that service! He even offered to help carry a battery out to my truck. Thanks Auto Zone for being awesome. I will come back here for all my auto parts needs. As you can tell, my car needs a few more parts!

Very slow service. 8 employees working and half of them doing nothing. Ask someone stocking shelves where a product was and he pointed to the general direction of what I was looking for. Didnt ask if I needed help just said right over there on that isle! Poor customer service! If you need to go to a parts store go to a different AutoZone or go to a different parts store.. dont waste your time youll end up frustrated or disappointed!

It shouldnt be difficult to get a receipt printed with the correct name. Called in phone order and they couldnt provide me a receipt. Went into the store and they said it could only be done after the part comes in. Wait for the part to come in and they still cant correct the info. Bro, just print me a receipt.

I used to get real good customer care service at AutoZone the last three times I went in there Im really not impressed with their customer care service they could do a lot better.

Need more people working. People you have ate super people. Just takes too long to be able to talk to these nice, helpful, professional, knowledgeable people.

I must say that autozone on 4th has some issues. I went inside to get brakes for my truck. There were 6 employees working but only 2 were assisting customers. I walked up to one employee and and asked for brake pads and he said that I would have to wait in line for assistance. Seriously! He was not doing anything when I asked him. Definitely need to have better customer service.

Thay had what I was looking for and the check out guy was helpful on what I purchased.

Looking for shades for front windshield of large SUV and side shades for small vehicle and I found them.

Maybe another autozone location might be a little less busy?We went in early on a Friday afternoon in Feb. and had quite a lengthy wait in line...perhaps 20 minutes. The staff was competent and courteous, but it was just way busy. Perhaps the autozone on 8th St. would be less crowded.I found the products I needed (some fuses -- had to buy a package of 10 for 10 bucks, and some wire -- 40 ft for 8 bucks). I thought it was a little spendy.

Very clean and nice staff, I had to return a item from another store and they did here no problem and then. I prepaid for a part and it was ready when I walked in.

Its always been a long time auto parts pro when it comes to needing good and reliable tools and parts for your car.

There’s no direct check out line. We have to wait in the very long parts, exchange, return line even though we’re buying a tool that we have in hand. This while each cashier is searching the racks for parts for the parts folks. Extremely inefficient way to do business. One station should be set aside for folks making a direct purchase. Nancy A. is the problem. She is clueless on how the store should be run.

Ordered an ABS control module online got a confirmation email, following day I got a canceled order email and received a phone called it had arrived and was ready for pick up. days later I go to return the old core to get my core fee back. was told it was already returned although I had the old core in the box with me in my trip and told nothing could be done. Thanks AutoZone! No more big purchases with you :)

So grateful that they let me in to buy a car battery when I called and told them I was 10 minutes away when they were closing in 5 minutes. I was in and out of there quickly and able to keep the plans for the following morning without having to stress about finding another ride to get there or to get the battery.

Seemed okay. Didnt have the car covers we were looking for, so we left the store again. Staff is friendly.

It was pretty busy when I walked in and I knew what I was there for so I didnt require any assistance. When it came time to pay however, things drastically slowed down. There was one gentleman checking people out while I observed at least 3 or 4 other employees standing off to the side oblivious to the line that had formed at checkout. That was a little annoying to see. After about 5 minutes did another employee show up to a register to assist.

Got pretty much everything you need to keep your car in top top shape. And if they dont, theyll order it. Takes a few business days but the staff is very helpful and encouraging. I dont know to much about automobiles but they dont make me feel stupid. If Im not ordering online Im in the store.

Typical AutoZone with a good variety of parts and supplies. Clean inside and out. Nice employees except one lady who pretty much ignored me. Otherwise Id give them 5 stars.Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible.Did not use the restroom, though I understand that all AutoZones have public restrooms.

Customer service was poor, prices are a tad high and selection was poor. I had to wait day for a simple radiator reservoir cap to be sent over from another store. Then they lost the cap and had to send another one. Then I had to wait 40 minutes to pick it up as there was only one cashier and everybody waits in the line, no matter why youre there.

I was passing through Yuma on my way back to Phoenix from San Diego. Had previously stopped at a gas station and my battery died due to some accessories that were running in the car. I came to this store fully expecting to buy a battery but asked if they could check it first. Fernando helped me out and tested it. Turned out to be ok and had drained because the accessories were left on. Not a huge deal but I was impressed by the honesty and level of service I received.

Very friendly and helpful staff!I would have given five stars if they had what I needed but, they did not have it in stock and did not offer to order it for me. What I was looking for is full synthetic 15 w 40 motor oil. All they had was synthetic blend. I can order what I need from Walmart.

The 5 stars is for customer service. The customer service at this particular autozone is crazy good. Annoying if your next in line waiting, but these employees really try to help you and dont rush you out if theres other customers. I really appreciate it.

Some of this cashiers need people skills. U cant leave a customer hanging to answer the phone n take care of the person on the phone when ur being taken care of?

I truly love autozone. However, the average wait time in line is between an honest 5 to 20 minutes on average. I have clocked it myself. Fastest was waiting for 5 minutes.

This particular store is terrible in its area of service. Customers have to wait because of salesman on the phone and numerous other reasons. While at the store, I observed an employee empting the cans outside after walking past and viewing all the customers waiting in line. I honestly believe that the trash outside could have waited. The bags werent even close to being half full. About that time I remember why I stopped going to that store

Came in to buy somethings went to the cashier to pay waited 5 minutes for the young man to figure out how to make a payment with a credit card over the phone,never figured it out, I dont know why he could not ring me up, one thing,fast and easy. I left my stuff and left, ridiculous!!!!

The service which I received from a lovely young lady named Daisy was totally outstanding, I give her a thumbs up.

Store was not busy about 5 customers standing in line. About 4 employees walking around. Only one employee helping these customers. He keep asking for help but help never came. The manager on duty was more interested in opening boxes and stocking shelves. Did I mention I was there to return a wrong part that was sold to me by the above mentioned manager. On the count of three,put down the box and help that kid. 1,2,3...

Called ahead of time to check if they had headlights for my car in stock and asked if they would replace as well, and I was told yes. When I went in and bought it, that had suddenly changed to a no because they would have to “remove the entire bumper.” I went out to my car, found a video on how to change the headlight, and did it myself in the parking lot. And what a shocker, I didn’t have to remove the entire bumper.

People working were very kind and helpful.

Rude and talk about personal life experiences in front of costumers and will cuff off costumers in mid sentence.. pep boys from here on out. Do not recommend this store at all. Pep boys price matches.

Very polite employees, helpful, good attitude. They make you feel welcome to the store and that you can asked almost about anything. You dont feel like your question its a stupid question. I was there to see if they could connect the diagnosis computer to my car because it was turning off out of nowhere. A friend of mine that is a mechanic but doesnt have the computer told me to take it there so he would know what was wrong with it. That way he wasnt going to tryed everything that could be instead of going to fix that problem only. And save money on other things that they fixed. Thinking that was the problem.
