Very large one scoop ice cream in large waffle cone at a bargain price of $4.66. efficient servers. prime location in Colonial Williamsburg. will always go again when I return to town. And I am a very big ice cream fan and hard to please!

Delicious ice cream, though not the best that I’ve ever had. I’ve heard the shakes are mostly really good, but I wouldn’t recommend getting the mint ice cream shake—the texture didn’t really work well, which is unfortunate. The staff were great though, and the place was very COVID friendly.

Wonderful place to get ice cream. And its in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg! You cant find a better place to get ice cream! Reasonable prices. You would think that they would increase the prices for the location but thats not the fact the fact is its actually a really good deal. And the staff is very kind and courteous. Super clean inside. 31 flavors sorted by nuts and no nuts for ease on allergies. The gentleman working there could not have been friendlier. Icecream was delicious. The kids ate every bite. Not a hometown shop, but its been there forever and there is definitely comfort in familiarity.

Being unable to wear a mask and not wanting to wear a mask. Calling and bringing your order outside or using a delivery service is not alternative accommodation. Those are alternatives for those that dont want to. However those that cannot be able should still be enter complying with governors orders. That is discriminatory practice.

Baskin Robbins has been around here for a LONG time. Its our go-to place for a sweet treat when walk around Merchants Square. The staff, typically college students, are really friendly.You can always sample any of the flavors.Make sure you take the receipt as there is always a coupon on it.My birthday cake ALWAYS has to come from here. Its not my birthday without it 😉

OH MY GOSH!!!! I just ordered ice cream for delivery, thru Door Dash, for the very first time.. I was nervous.. but really wanted some dessert. So very glad I did. The customer service over the phone, when I called to make a simple change to my order, was excellent.. the young lady was so kind and happy to assist me! (Around 6:15pm 4/21/20) Give her a raise, YES!! hehe. We have this good sized 24 oz Diary Free Vegan ice cream.. let me tell you, this is the BEST chocolate chip cookie dough diary free ice cream I have ever tasted!! lol Really!! To add, the fact that everything was packaged so neatly and even received spoons, without asking, I will definitely be a returning customer!! Thank you!! This really brightened my mood. :)

My wife and I took a stroll in Colonial Williamsburg and stopped by for ice cream. Not especially notable good or bad. Tried the chocolate almond, vanilla, and orange sherbet. The young people staffing this store were upbeat and friendly.

The staff here are very friendly. Theyre generous with the free samples, and the they dont kick you out immediately when theyre getting ready to close. The flavors here are varied, and they taste pretty decent. Its not Italian gelato, but its still good. Price is reasonable too. My only complaint about this place is there isnt a lot of seating.

I have enjoyed going to the Baskin-Robbins icecream shop. I think that it has a very good selection of ice creams to choose from. There are also other selections that you can choose from such as milkshakes, sundaes, and I also believe that they have smoothies to choose from.

The best thing about Baskin-Robins is that you can taste test any ice cream in the store to help you make up your mind. They have decent prices as well. It is the only decent priced ice cream shop in Williamsburg that has an indoor seating area. This is the perfect place to go on a hot day for a sweet treat in the air conditioning!

This is a cant miss if you want quick, hand-dipped ice cream. A friendly, smiling staff moves the lines quickly. The only slowdown is for people who understandably cant make up their minds.

Some of the nicest staff in town and you cant beat the selection of ice cream. Kids of all ages enjoy coming downtown for an ice cream!

Ordinary Baskin Robbins, in the middle of colonial Williamsburg. Stays fairly consistent with customers, and has a decent sized indoor area and a few outdoor seats. The staff were really polite and outgoing.
