I went in to get coffee, wash my hands and use the ATM. No bathroom, not very nice servers. I left without my purchase. I truly love WaWa, but this one is terrible! They seemed annoyed because I didnt know no restroom. Crazy!

Normally this is the best store in town. Lately this has been untrue! Cant seem to keep the drink station stocked. Along with that and the sandwiches! They used to be good! Now the bread is always stale portion not quite right. Ive been going to this store for years. And now you want to make cut backs on food? I understand you guys have nothing but a new staff. I get it it! But train them so I might enjoy the same reasons I came here for years! Otherwise just close and let a store do it correctly!

Place gets pretty busy. Good location across from campus. Sometimes it seems like they need more people working to make orders faster. Very friendly people working in this location.

Never in my life have I seen a wawa that doesnt have bathrooms or gas. How do you serve food and not have a bathroom? Absolute trash.

Tonight a wawa employee tried to hit me. His name was Sam. The manager on duty did nothing. I have video but I can’t load it here.

Would be nice to have them make the food you order. Have to pay for extras and get zero of them. Staff even forgot to make the rest of my food. Cashier was friendly but kitchen group need help. Possibly spend more time on the orders and less time on your own food or talking to off hours employees popping in for a chill session and food discount.

I love wawa but in this location they just straight up dont call you half the time. They called for my sandwich but not my drink, which is given in a separate window. I waited for minutes only to notice that one of the two drinks on the counter is mine, and the other drink had been there for just as long, with the other customer clearly not getting called either. Fix it, guys, dont ruin Wawas good name.

Great place to visit and I really like their coffee and specially when they have 1 dollar any size cup deal on coffee:) I am addicted to Wawa and service is amazing. I would like to recognize Kristin who does an excellent job and always smiles and welcomes me and my family. Place has some cleaning opportunities but still 5 star for the price and service.

Friendly associates that are well trained and generally always in a good mood. The premises is kept clean and well stocked. And even the busiest of rush hours are handled with courtesy and timeliness in mind. Its no wonder theyve won so many awards year after year.

Check out the size of this apple fritter in the photo, it was good but a little dry. Some shady sketchy people shop here and i don’t know where they come from because I thought it was all college students- not crack heads in disability scooters buying cigarettes.

Associates are wonderful. But how is it ok for employees to get fountain drinks but customers are not? If the associates can make our coffee then they can get us fountain drinks.

Great employees, who are almost always friendly despite having to put up with a lot (i.e. drunk college students at 2 am). The food they make to order there is also great. Fantastic for a convenience store.

The worst Wawa experience Ive ever had. Im a Wawa fan and it is my familys go to stop on road trips. We stopped at this location on a toaster to use the restroom and get some sandwiches. First, there is no public bathroom. As for the sandwiches the didnt have pickles, tomorrows and other common toppings. The bananas on display were way past ripe. The chip display by the sandwich bar was empty. I could go on. Spare yourself the headache and go next door to the deli.

They have you drive 3 miles from 64 West! The sign should not be on the highway. Do not try to find this if you are low on gas hungry or it os late at night.

Meatball sub is really, really good. Other sandwiches are great, too.

This place used to have great employees. Some of the new employees are very rude and they serve cold coffee. Also this place is not clean as before. I give them a chance today again and the coffee is still sucks and coffee ground in it.

Always our goto spot for weekend coffee. Nice friendly staff and clean store. Yes it dont have gas or bathrooms but its more of a convenience store catered to the collage next door.

Its a hit or miss... either food is fresh n delicious or stale n not so great. I prefer the one on 143 much better. Usually crowded its right by bars and college.

Drove here from qeens lake thinking its a big store surely it has a public restroom. Nope. So if you need to use the restroom this Wawa does not have one. I repeat does not have a public restroom.

Clean store, good service, gets really busy but even when busy the wait isnt that bad. Only problem here is the small parking lot that can be hard to get in/out of- especially when busy.

When I confronted a female employee about why it took 20 minutes to make my drink, she tried to fight me. Not kidding. It happened 5/29 at 11:08pm. She definitely needs to be fired.

Overall very good. I was getting a Smores drink and the stream took an odd turn, spilling on me. While its not hot enough to cause serious burns, its still seriously hot. I couldnt find the napkins which was very frustrating. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with Erica. She very politely showed me where the napkins were and then checked on the machine. Once she ascertained that the machine had malfunctioned and it wasnt user error, she apologized and comped my drink. Thanks!

Great variety in sandwiches, bowls, prepared salads, hot beverages and soft drinks . True philly hoagie sandwiches. Great club sandwiches prepared to order. Reasonable prices for a convenience store.

Its a smaller WaWa but it serves mostly to the William and Mary College students. Great hot subs!

This is a million percent the worst Wawa Ive ever been to. For the busiest Wawa in the country without gas Id expect a lot more. There are always a million college students making messes everywhere and ridiculously long wait times. Also what kind of Wawa doesnt have a bathroom. They serve food it should be illegal to not have a bathroom.

Pulled in from a long drive to grab some food the other night. They were closed even though it is a 24hr store. Came back through a few days later and gave them another shot. I needed to wash my hands before eating and they dont have a public restroom...what place that serves food doesnt have a restroom for their customers?

OMG, the staff are so unprofessional and rude. As I went to the front desk to check out my stuff I said how are you to the front desk girl she didnt reply and she didnt even say goodbye at all. She gave me so much attitude I dont know what was going on with her. And I came from Richmond, was just there for a coffee or an energy drink to make me stay awake..... I would never stop by again..... this is the first Wawa I have ever been to which does not have a restroom remember everyone.

Google Maps is wrong. This site does not have gas or bathrooms. Came all the way off the interstate for this. Thanks guys.

Should make it very clear this location has no gas. If you just search Wawa on Google maps it will come up and you won’t know you can’t get fuel. Spare me the comments telling me I need to ‘research more’. This is the only Wawa in Hampton Roads I’ve been to without pumps and it should say so without having to dig through location descriptions or visiting the webpage.
