Luke warm coffee.This is a comment not just about my recent service this is about every Starbucks I’ve used up and down the mid Atlantic and southern east coast region of the US. Coffee I purchase after 10 am is not hot and I am tiered of having to ask for hot coffee. Why doesn’t management implement a requirement that warm coffee is never the default. Baristas should check temperature and at a minimum inform the customer before they purchase that the coffee is not hot and we can’t make fresh so that I am not telling them it’s not hot? Upper management needs to fix this. .....and I know I don’t have to buy Starbucks

Great service cashier gave me a complimentary cake pop just because said I never tasted them. Kudos to that cashier

I come here multiple times a week. Normally my experience has been good but as of last week, it’s been less than par. Earlier this week, the espresso machine was down. Today, an employee named Emily was SNIPPY. Her attitude was awful. However, Alexis is phenomenal! I love getting her.

Friendly staff who prepare items as quickly as possible.

The service at this location has been borderline absurd each time I have been here. Two times I have come here and waited, and two times I have left without coffee due to poor or absence of service (the employee had their head down on a table near by; when I walked up, they turned their head away to pretend they didnt see me, and stayed put). I dont think I have ever written a negative review before, but I have never been so thoroughly disregarded by a business employee. I just want to buy coffee for my wife; I dont understand why that isnt happening at the local Starbucks.

Great place for a good cup of coffee

Nothing special for what you pay. Better coffee elsewhere. Most buy it just for the logo on the cup. I highly recommend aromas in City center.

Although Starbucks is located within a supermarket of the few times I have been there the staff is always happy and more than willing to go out of there way to explain the various types of coffee and they do it with a smile. I am not always the easiest customer as I have been in customer service for over 30 years and hold every retail store to a higher standard, but this Starbucks and everyone I have visited understands the value of customer service.

Got my dose of caffeine before shopping. Got a free refill with my gold card on the way out. Both young ladies were great. I couldnt ask for better service. I will be back often.

Too pricy. Dont like the coffee. Staff is always nice. Used to like the frappuccinos but now they are eitherwatery with no flavor, or the ice isnt ground all the way & its chunky.

Great employees, but, need more baristas making drinks during peak times. Long, long waits. Too long. Need to pay attention to all the trash etc. outside. Looks slimy quite often

I order 2 caramel macchiato I asked for specific amount of syrup and they made it regular I had to throw it away so disappointed.

They were understaffed. There was only one worker. She was trying to keep up with to go orders as well as in store. She was really sweet, but shes trying to keep up with orders and it caused a slow down.

I didnt gave any issues. Got a mocha and was out!

Its a great little stand for a starbucks inside a grocery store! I was happy to have it there just to beat my cravings.
