I went to use the curbside pickup at 6 pm. I had just been with my son at Primary’s and needed to pick up my medication. I was told that the curbside pickup was closed and when I asked about hours they told me it all depended on how busy they were in the store. While I can understand that...curbside pickup exists for a reason and can’t be open and closed at their convenience. Customers will not know when they can pick up prescriptions and it’s supposed to be open with the stores hours because of Covid. I had a medical reason for trying to use curbside pickup. I’m extremely disappointment in the customer service I received today. I would have happily waited for someone to be available to come out. I could have even keep an eye on my son who had been vomiting all day while getting my prescriptions. If one wasn’t critical to my mental health I wouldn’t have even tried with my son in the car.

Forget the all intrusive needle exchange. Buy your points at Walmart.

Went to get my script, but since they were out for lunch, I grabbed three other items before getting in their line. I asked them to ring up the three items as well as my script, they refused, stating my line is too long. Go over there and check out.So I waited in A LONGER line at Walmart for my three items. The pharmacy has NEVER said they cant ring up a few other items.This guy was just a jerk about it. Its not like I had a full cart of stuff, I had just three small items, in my hands.I shouldve been a jerk back and just left my items sitting on his counter and walked away.

I have had nothing but bad experiences since I switched my prescription here. From waiting 2 hours in store when promised it would be 5 minutes, to dealing with rude employees regularly, it has been a nightmare. I never had any issues before I switched here and am definitely going to be getting my prescription filled elsewhere from now on.

I give this one star because I have to otherwise I would give it none!!!! These people are rude and dont even try to be helpful. I would go to any other pharmacy in the state before I would go back there. I have never been treated so terribly by a pharmacist or technician anywhere...ever!!! Bad bad customer service. Not doing themselves any favors by being mean and nasty and lost at least 3 customers. More if I have anything to do with it.

Go here all the time and never really had a problem til tonight. The girl helping me sat there and argued with me about literally everything. Even when Joanna was telling and showing her that I was right about what I was saying and asking she started to argue with her until they asked the pharmacist. Joanna and I were right so then she got an even bigger attitude towards me. It took almost 30 minutes just to get my script into the system because of her attitude. I would think being in this town and having tattoos wouldnt get you discriminated against but I guess I was wrong. Joanna, you were awesome, heavier girl with glasses, you should probably find a job that doesnt involve actually communicating with people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional (except for the nice, elderly man at the pickup desk). Moreover, the pharmacy area is very dirty. I will never go back.

Transferred all my meds over here and have been extremely happy with their fast service, excellent customer service and Ive gotten to know the techs really well in the last 10 years! Worse time to go is 5pm-6:30! Had an issue the other day with my drs office, and Walmart quickly got it fixed. I was so appreciative due to it being Friday! Thankyou to everyone back there who helped! Shophia, Tony are the managers, but Robert who was transferred was my favorite! He got promoted out of state. I recommend this pharmacy as Ive tried them all except CVS.

Relatively fast when getting prescriptions. Parking lot is busy.

The line can be a little long, but the pharmacists are always informative and nice.
