Horrible experience with Baskin Robbins. Placed an order of a birthday cake only to tell me they didnt have it on the day of the pick up. I called 2 days, a day and the same day of the pick up date and no ones answered theyre phone. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not go to this store nor any Baskin Robbins again.

This place is a combo Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and my wife ordered an iced coffee. The sundae was so-so. The snickers topping tasted stale. My wife was pleased with her iced coffee. I should have ordered an iced tea instead.

I have tried to order from them on DoorDash and Uber eats whenever I do they cancel my order if it’s close to closing or after 7:30 I can never get an order. It’s like the 10th time this has happened. One time recently I thought oh maybe this is the day I’ll get my order. Welp to good to be true, A rude associate called and said they didn’t have one of the ice cream favors and when I said “ok, so what are the options”? He gave me 3 options I picked one and he immediately hung up on me. Then he called back and said we don’t have your other item either so I said I’ll just cancel with the app. I guess I’ll just support another business that appreciate people still trying to support in this pandemic 🤷🏻‍♀️

This facility is located in combination with a Dunkin Donuts location and has some of the friendliest staff of any of the many locations Ive been to. The order consistency is typically spot on which is something I do not usually find at other locations. Staff here has either been better trained or just seem to care more. I have other locations closer to me but will intentionally go out of my way to this place for better quality of both products and services.

Establishment was clean but when 1 crew member makes a mistake all crew members start to help the 1 crew member placing all others to wait it took me about 15 mins to get 1 donut, 1 snackin bacon and 1 Coolatta. Horrible.

All I got say is if you love sweets, This is heaven! My favorite place of all time for a nice dessert.

My wife got chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge and I got a soggy/stale waffle cone. I think that some employee training would help. The ice cream was good however.

If I could give a zero review I would.I ordered a cake online and called the day of to confirm and they told me call in a hr for the manager who wasnt there.....i waited an hr....then when I called back the manager told me call back in 15 minutes because the orders were locked in the office and they locked the keys in the office.....behold......because they just didnt have my order ....he could of just said that....then he insist I screenshot him a picture of my order from the website so he can make it....next up he tells me its no problem I go in at 12....and the cake isnt what I ordered....and to top it off.....the store is out of candles???I took the cake because I needed it but this was the most unprofessional establishment Ive seen in years.

Really nice staff. I came in last night like 15mins till closing, which I didnt realize because Google has the time wrong. Anyway I came in craving ice cream and could see they were getting ready to close up I could tell because the ice cream vaults were closed, so not wanting to making them open their ice cream vaults I said ok Ill just get a doughnut. Im not sure of the guys name but he offered to open the ice cream and take my order. The sweet cashier Samira even gave me 2 free doughnuts since they were throwing them out anyway. I will be visiting this place again! great customer service goes a long way! Plus the ice cream and doughnuts were good!!!

This place is fraudulent!! I purchased 2 cones at this location on 10/31 when they were on sale for 1.50 each. Total of $3.18, my debit card was billed at $19.57. I tried to resolve the matter with Farouq who attempted to search surveillance but did not see me at the location?? But my debit card was billed. He took my number and stated hell call back but never did! I spoke with Rafeek who asked that i brought in proof that i was over billed, perhaps my bank statement?? Ok, i brang it in to Farouq and waited for resolution. After 1 week of no response i called in and spoke with Rafeek who stated Farouk never showed him anything and basically told me that i wasnt being honest. Rafeek contacted me back with Farouq who swore i never gave him any proof of my charge yelling and over talking me. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Something isnt right with their service and i hope no one else gets charged erroneously and not notice.

Not clean! The staft lied about time of closing they stoped surving items almost 2hrs earlier than closing time due to what they said was cleaning when asked to speak to manager i was told there wasnt one available and there was no time to call and speak to one, restroom can be smelled from order counter (thats what they should have been cleaning) very unappetizing

May go to place for ice cream. Yummy!

This store is both a DD and a BR...no wonder they had so many options to pick from...from ice cream to donuts and more. The ice cream stall closes early...
