The experience there was not good, the attention from the Latin lady leaves much to be desired, she did not have the best disposition to serve me, even so I made my purchases, I decided to go to this sephora because I was close to him. But I will not return ... I usually shop at Sephora from Gardens Mall and Aventura Mall and I have no complaints ...

This Sephora location is really nice for how tiny it is. Rachel assisted me with my foundation selection and even sent me home with some skin care samples with a written routine. I’m looking forward to coming back to the store!

Brittany helped me and was so kind and helpful!!! This is one of the best Sephora’s I’ve been in. Clean and organized. Someone is always available to help if you have a question. I really liked how Brittany offered advice on products I didn’t have much knowledge in.

I am writing this review because I was very surprised how nice & helpful everyone was even thought the store was slammed over the holidays. I would like to say thank you to the 2 young ladies who helped me pick out the perfect items for my wife with only showing them a few photos, I can’t thank you enough..!!!

I was followed around the store for my ENTIRE visit. Yes I am a man, but I was repeatedly followed even AFTER saying, “I’m just going to walk around now” I guess the woman thought that was an invitation to stand 3 feet away from me and stare at me anywhere I went in the store. Never coming back to this location. She made me feel like a criminal.

Absolutely pleased, very welcoming place ! Such a great team, all very beautiful, sweet and knowledgeable! Sunny helped me and my sister ! She also made sure to make me and my sister laugh our butts off !! Made us feel as if we were bestie it was super fun, it was like a girls night vibe ! Very professional but VERY fun !

Love this store. Brittany helped me and was so sweet. I usually go to Boynton but this store is worth the drive. It’s a bit larger (or so it seems) and always well stocked. Never have an issue getting questions answered. Seems more organized than other Sephora’s I’ve been to.

I’ve been coming here for years made an account just to write a review after my mini facial I got today ! Love how the store is full of knowledgeable workers who are so bubbly and sweet and actually help ! They did get rid of some who weren’t so nice so they are a bit under staffed but they have it under control ! They are humans not robots ! Have paitence this store is always packed and busy ! Went today to return the Farmacy Clean bee Cleanser. I have only used it 3-4 times unfortunately can not use it as it broke me out horribly. When I went to return it the product was 7 days past the exchange/refund policy. The lady who was helping me called her manager who came and told me they could not do anything about it. I told her that I was ok with a store credit she said she was not able to do that. I explained that it was ridiculous that Im spending the money at Sephora if I get store credit and that the one time that I try returning a product I get declined. Manager said she was sorry and offered to give me a sample of a product, dont know how thats going to help. I asked for corporate and she said that the number was 1888 something. I called corporate talked to the supervisor and he explained that they have nothing to do with refunds or exchanges that it would depend on the store and that I would have to talk to them. Explained to manager that they had told me no, and this was corporate that I was calling. Manger said that they only dealt with online orders. I said thank you and hung up. Ridiculous that they cant give me store credit, Im spending money on the company. Im not asking for cash on a $100 product thats half used. Honestly considering buying anything from them agian. Horrible customer service.

The makeup artist, Javier, did an amazing job with my makeup. I received compliments on it all night. He was so fun, nice and engaging. He didnt make me feel awkward or anything. He is skilled and I would definitely be booking with him for any other makeup I need done.

I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend and I don’t know much about make up. So, Rachel was so helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect gift for my friend.

I understand that this is a very small Sephora so theyre only going to have a few brands. However with the few brands they have they never have anything in stock and I mean ever the testers are always empty or broken the colors are always in the wrong place theres not enough help if you need help trying to find something its just horrible youre better off driving an extra 10 or 15 minutes to a free-standing Sephora not worth it at all ..and their return policy has been updated and it is absolutely crazy dont even ask its just a mess.

I have to say I always read reviews before entering a store, never have I ever written a review myself, some on here said workers here don’t help or approach, but then again the reviews were written a while back, also heard they got rid of a chunk of there workers ! ( I’m guessing the ones that don’t help or were rude) I have to say I had the best experience here ! I came for the products they didn’t have but they made my drive worth it, they gave me free samples, free Sephora big bag, gave my grandma and I mini facial and mini makeover ! They went above and beyond, also recommended me products like the one I wanted and it works even better ! I was helped by a girl named sonnie she was great !! I’m so happy I came here and I’ll be coming soon !

My wife has been trying to figure out how to do her make-up for weeks, especially with my companys holiday party approaching. She went to a different Sephora (not this location) and came home very frustrated. After deciding to give it one final shot somewhere else she went to the one here in the mall. Not only was the staff helpful, they were kind, honest, and genuinely cared. As a regional trainer for a major corporation I know how hard these qualities are to come by in employees. I know now the only place shell be going for help or to shop is this location and its all thanks to Jelly, Sunny, Haley, and one other gentleman whos name she cant recall. Those four saved her (and me) from a miserable night that will now be very enjoyable.

A week ago needed a good moisturizer and I was Just thankful to find Tatcha 👍who recommend a real good moisturizer I’m so thankful.

As a transgender it’s so hard to get help and treated normally anywhere ! First time going out in public as a women and It brought me to tears on how sweet everyone was to me, complementing me and making me feel great not only on the inside but outside as well ! I got dolled up by a girl with a scarf Sunni ! She was such a doll, her personality gave me warmth ! Britany was so sweet as well she gave me samples and didn’t make me feel weird for asking for some like other Sephora’s used to . Love this store and it’s diversity with who they hire ❤️💚

Ive been to this Sephora several times before, but never had such a bad experience. A tall blonde worker was very rude to us even without listening to my questions properly she replied if something is not there I am not going to make a new one for you and when I repeated my question because this not what I was asking her ! instead of being apologetic she just just walked away, as she didnt want to help. We left the store without buying anything......

Rude customer service. Worst than WalMart! I wonder if those sales associates think that theyre going to be famous make up artists one day. Most of them looked as though they are on some type of drugs. Im thinking some of them are abusing their Alprazolam 2mg and/or methadone. Theyre zombies with tons of makeup. I read a comment stating that the manager is also rude which is very sad.

Carolina was amazing! Carolina helped me with all the products I was interested in. Anytime youre at sephora ask for Carolina, she is a very kind, and knowledgeable person who is quick to help! I hope the manager at Sephora reads this because I was stunned at how amazing my experience with Carolina was!

I did a survey yesterday in store for sunny because she was amazing and deserved a recognition for her hard work and great service, I came in today, super packed but sunny and sam had it under control, me and my daughter came in, sunny took care of me while sam had my daughter, we were in and out quick thanks to their help !!! Hands down the best Sephora I have ever been to. I wasnt excited about going after a bad experience at anothet location, almost wrote the company off completely, then I came here. Jelly, Haley, Sunny, and a gentleman helped me. Yes, you read that right, 4 people were helping me. Not only did they show me how to do my eye makeup but then let me sit and do the makeup while they helped me step-by-step. I have always been terrible at doing my make up and never had any confidence doing it. I had basically given up on trying when I walked in. They gave me the confidence to keep trying. This will always be my go to location for makeup from now on. Absolutely amazing!

Had the best experience here today, I didn’t buy anything sadly so couldn’t write a survey ! so thought I’d make a review on google ! I was helped by an employee named sunny ! She approached me in a way where I felt so comfortable, I came in for a chapstick so showed me a lip balm that was soooooooo goood I was obsessed! I couldn’t afford it today so she made me a sample of two of the flavors !! She also gave me tips and sample to help with my acne prone skin ! She shared that she suffers from acne and gave me great advise I left Sephora sooooo excited to try all the samples and I just wanted to cry from happiness !! I even called my mom to tell her about the experience ! Gosh she’s so sweet thank you for having an employee like her !! She’s the bestttttt!!!!!!

I never post reviews but this time I just have to. I went into sephora today to try and find a foundation match and maybe get a few free samples. Not once did any of the employees come over to me and try to help me. The whole point of customer service is to make sure the customer receives adequate service! I literally stood in line waiting to be helped and this young lady with a hijab (not being racist) just looked at me and looked back down at the cash register pretending to do something. I was waiting for about 10 minutes for at least ONE person to come over to me and ask me if I needed any help finding anything. I tested a few products by myself and just walked right out. Will never got back to Sephora. I will continue spending my money at Ulta Beauty where they actually care about their customers.

I don’t normaly write reviews on google, I usually always write surverys for Sephora but thought I’d share my experience here for all, I love this store so much ! My daughter in law and I come here almost every Saturday !!! This store helps out so much more then any Sephora or Ulta I’ve been to ! I normally go to sunny for help she is super sweet, very quick and always on point with color matching ! Very knowledgeable I definitely recommend going to her ! Staff in general are very sweet and greet me everytime I step foot in !

Very very rude. My husband got me sephora makeup for Christmas and he went to the one in city place. They were very nice and helpful. I went to the one in the Wellington mall.I went to get a brush and blush . I walked around for about 10 mins before I found what I was looking for. NOT one time was I asked if I needed help. When I got the check out I asked 2 questions about what I saw on the app. And they snqped at me. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO THERE and I will also post this on Facebook to let everyone know.

So tonight I drove 45 minutes with my daughter and niece for my first time to the Wellington mall. When we walked into sephora we were greeted by a lady that had black faux locks in her hair. She asked if we needed any help and I was pretty excited to say yes. We wanted to know everything about Rihanas new line of makeup. Needless to say as soon as another older woman started to talk to her, she ignored us and even started reaching in front of us and over us as they tried the different shades of make-up we drove so far for. I have never had such horrible customer service. Tis the season to be jolly and I hope they step it up with their service. I only gave 1 star because I had to leave this review so no one else gets treated like this.

Would like to start off my saying I live in gardens and much rather drive here, better costumer service, they make sure they help you and always add in free samples without me asking ! They have amazing staff ( they did get rid of the rude ones and it’s because they take costumers complaints serious, which made me appreciate them because most companies stay blind about that ! Will most definitely continue to come here !
