We walk in to get our second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and we actually make it to the pharmacy counter at 7:08pm only for the gentleman to simply turn us away by telling us that the pharmacy is no longer taking walk-ins for the day to administer the vaccine and that we would need to come back tomorrow. Way to go Walgreens!! Thats the way to get more vaccines in our arms to combat this pandemic.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and the shelves are stocked. I’m here about once every other week, and there’s never been an issue. Ordering photos is easy - and they’re always ready for pickup the same day. Same goes with prescriptions.

WORST PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER1. ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE DOES NOT SPECIFY OUT OF STOCK. HOWEVER, THE ONES THAT STATE AVAILABLE, UPON RECEIVING IT (SAME DAY DELIVERY) YOUR ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS!2. NO ONE TO TALK TO. I CALLED TODAY AND AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN PICKED UP AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO, PLACE ME ON HOLD AND HUNG UP AFTER 3 MINUTES.3. CALLED AGAIN AND MY CALL WAS PURPOSELY HUNG UP TWICE TO BE EXACT!!!!4. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

If you want nasty employees and horrible service, you have found the right place at the Walgreens at Wellington Green Mall! Need I say more?If you ask for a paper receipt, you get scolded by the nasty cashier. If youre not careful, they will charge something more than the stated price--and without the receipt, how will you know?Find yourself another drugstore...

A month or two ago, Chris (tall gentlemen in the Pharmacy department) went above in beyond in doing something unadvertised to help me tremendously with time as the registers were extremely backed up with 8/10 people per lane. He was super friendly and discreetly got me out of there quickly, and while it may seem minor, I wanted to acknowledge the kind gesture for he really saved me when it comes to the event I wouldnt have made on-time to without him.

I overheard the manager and another employee loudly making fun of people with COVID 19, laughing at others, saying “I hope they do catch it! That would be the best place to catch it!” I did not mishear or misunderstand. The manager said “it was just a joke.” I guess dead loved ones are considered a joke at Walgreens.

I called the pharmacy to get a price for the Tdap vaccine after being processed through my insurance (which they have on file). The pharmacist told me I would have to come in person to have them process the paperwork. That is a lie.

Stay away. They dont care! I was hospitalized and my insurance company authorized the brand of a particular drug so that when I get out of the hospital Id have my medication. The pharmacist fill the prescription the same day and cancelled the order . A one time 24hrs approval was given since it was Dec and my insurance expired on 31st. The team at Walgreens to include the pharmacist, store mgr accused me of lying and I never got the my medication for a week I had to be back and forth and when the insurance company finally provided them with their system # that processed and cancelled the transaction, the store manager had the nerve to ask the insurance company to give permission to fill the drugs for $1700. I was weak unable to move because I didnt have my medication and the manager had me on the phone for hrs, accused me of lying, illusions and frankly refused to give me my medications. I reported the matter to their call center. My complaint was forwarded to the same store mgr. Called again got a guy you asked me to send him an email. He never responded. These ppl dont care about ppls health and well being. They covered for each other and I had to suffer for an entire week without my medication and emotional stress from them. I had to get the drug from another country. The old insurance that covered that month supply of medication expired. You are all evil in that store! Black ppl stay away. They are disrespectful, ruthless, and inhumane.. A star was given because one had to be selected. That location needs to be investigated and closed...I am still trying to get to CEO for my matter to be heard. Anyone who can provide that info let me know.....

I found this Walgreens to be particularly friendly with great customer service. The atmosphere is very inviting and welcoming. The staff alone makes shopping at this location quick and very easy.

Drive through pharmacy is supposed to be a convenience. It’s not. Each vehicle waits nearly 10 minutes for service. How hard is it to grab a prescription that’s already sorted in alphabetical order and charge the customer?

Hey guys how about you dont go to the pharmacy LAST MINUTE. These employees arent there for you to walk all over them. I show up around 7/8 pm at the latest to ensure they fill my meds without any problems. If you are last minute, than you deserve what you get and dont be a little cry baby b*tch

Today had to be my worst experience with Walgreens that left me extremely angry. I went up to the register to pay for a simple water 1 bottled water and the lady named Kris at the register told me that she couldnt scan my Walgreens card that was on my Samsung pay app this left me extremely frustrated because first of all I didnt have my physical Walgreens card which basically is the whole point of Samsung pay is for me to carry less cards she wouldnt scan my Walgreens card and told me that its new protocol that every Walgreens isnt supposed to scan my Walgreens card on my phone. I have been to this Walgreens hundreds of times and I always use Samsung pay for her to tell me that left me extremely mad and has me wondering if I should go to CVS from now on. We are in a new age with fintech technology offered to us on a daily basis to make it easier for us from not getting scammed Samsung pay Apple pay Google pay these are the safest ways to pay for things nowadays and for her to refuse my payment left me extremely angry I almost felt like I was discriminated onthis was a horrible experience and I hope that they trained her better because she was extremely rude to me

Awful, Went in 3x on a Saturday @ 2:00 and verified that no issues were going to happen. Girls said no probs. I even offered to have my Dr psychiatrist call but he needed to be calles only until 4:00. All 3x they wouldnt fill Rx Xanax.Each after I asked if any questions please let me know now not after my pharmacy which I think Ill continue Driving 40 mins away to closes at 3:00. After being told that itll noy be necessary to call psych.1st x was told I should fill all meds 1 Walgreens. Not filled plus wrote flagg causing me to get new RX from Dr2-Told Dr needed to be called at 6:00 after again asking but they didnt flag Rx as per my last comaint.3- I stupidly didnt drive to other pharmacy and pleaded .I Told both issue I had above after asking pharmacy wasnt going to hach issue because I was going away tonight I even said I would drive to other pharmacy if it was an issue but had to go to other pharmacy by 3 . Offers to have my pstch call but by 5.At 5 told come back soon and at 5:40 -:-;:AMY (refused to give last name and position)...Laughed in my face,treated me like a drug addict and threatened to arrest me for no reason. STAY AWAY!!!!

Aetna is now requiring you to use their home rx and at first I was not happy because you have to WAIT for home delivery, but after over twenty years of loyalty to Walgreens they make it easy to give into Aetna’s. No customer service skills whatsoever. My son has 103 degree fever when we drove up it was only 102, but the pharmacist and technicians as usual were so busy blaming the doctors they made us wait 45 minutes. By the time we got home it was 104 degrees. This is not the several different doctors, this is really poor service. It’s been consistently Walgreens errors over six months with several different doctors. They must be hiring cheap employees and skimming the fat for a merger because they have gone down hill so fast.

Worst pharmacy! They are not helpful at all. The pharmacy manager, Gene Kelly is rude and unfriendly. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking them to do their job.

My whole frickin eye is swollen and the woman at the pharmacy wouldnt even wait an extra minute for the prescription to be sent ..... When we got there she said they had 4 min to send the prescription (because they were closing at 10) and she was very rude overall. Rude and unhelpful

Horrible attention for people who do not, we can express ourselves well in English, I do not know if all the employees of this store have that attitude, I speak particularly of those who are today in the afternoon, terrible attention, no empathy, with that attitude, I felt like someone who says, Its not my problem, fix them as you can,, not even with a voice translator the man was in a bad temper, Ill never come back.
