I was at Sally in Royal Palm and after I pay she ask me if I want a bag. I said yes and the employee said is 15 cents. Because they went green. So they still can give you paper bag. That will be my last purchase

I picked up an online order for my dad on December 22nd, which he opened on Christmas morning. Upon opening the clippers we discovered hairs in the blades so i called the store to let them know and Jamie (manager) rudely told me that this could not be possible because the store does not accept returns on clippers and all their products come directly from the warehouse. She proceeded to hang up while i was speaking and after calling back, her response was that she thought i was done talking. I contacted corporate regarding the issue and i was informed that all the clippers are tested on manikins prior to sending them out, therefore if could be a mix up on the warehouse end. The customer service representative was respectful, professional and knowledgeable, however the manager at store 10428, in Wellington was uniformed and discourteous. Unacceptable for business and i will never return let alone refer anyone to support Sally Beauty

Very knowledgeable on hair products that I cant find at other locations. Clean & organized store.

STORE IS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. A LITTLE OVER PRICED AND WOULDNT HURT FOR STAFF TO HAVE MORE TRAINING IN REGARDS TO HAIR CARE.

I called this location inquiring if they carried a certain product. The woman who answered, whom I believe was the manager, replied quite curtly. Good thing I called ahead instead of wasting my time driving over there.

I love this place. Its close to my house everyone is always nice to me and sooo helpful.

The manager and the staffs needs training. The only friendly and respectful person is the assistant manager.
