Loved it Ryan great salesman

At first they seemed decent, Ryan was polite and helpful. I mentioned an issue with the front brakes when I test drove the vehicle and they fixed it but I also mentioned the catalytic converter and exhaust which was never addressed. I was told to call their shop to look at it but never received a response even after leaving numerous messages. I also thought that they were supposed to test the emissions before they sold it but nope, when I took it in, it didnt pass because the check engine light was on which I didnt see because the bulb is either missing or burnt out. I then took it to have it tested for the codes and it just happened to be the catalytic converter. The rear drivers side window quit working, after they fixed the front brakes, my wheel weight fell off and I believe theres a bad bearing on the front passenger side. The 4X4 acts up. I havent even had the vehicle for a year and its falling apart. I dont bother trying to contact them anymore because they are condescending when I try to deal with them. When I would contact them if I was short on cash and asked them to wait on taking out the payment, I got no response and they tried taking the payment every day untill I got the cash in my account. I will NEVER deal with them again and I will NOT recommend anyone else to go here. They take advantage of people and its horrible.

I purchased a car in December 2017, they were awesome and when I lost my job and needed some flexibility, they were cool. HOWEVER, I was sold a car and the alternator was going out. The car also had a dent in the back and when i asked if their dealership could buff it out, the guy stated he wasn’t going to do it.2 stars is all I’m offering because the sale and financial service was good but the car is being returned AND their shop is horrible.

My original review was a great review, I had nothing bad to say about this dealership. Now a year and a half later and 2 vehicles later, it’s a different story I understand the world of used vehicles. With that being said I had issues from start to finish with both vehicles I got from this place the first SUV had transmission issues that would never get fixed each time I’d drop it off to service at one point they had my car for 67 days only to get it back with the same issues. Now on to the second vehicle I got swapped into 2 days after having it I noticed the front end making loud hash noises and the engine light came on that was in December. Finally in February they got my car in for service only to fix the so called issue I get it back and attempt to get the emissions test done it failed. At this point my engine light is on again my car thinks the driver door is open at all times, If you push the defrost button all of the interior lights come on and the dash reads driver door ajar. Also the power side steps no longer retract so kids and shorter adults have issues getting out and in. I call up talk to a mechanic who tells me to bring the car back they’ll fix it remind you this is now March. 2 weeks go by I pick up the car only to notice that it’s still having the issues and now the oil light is on even though it’s not low nor due for an oil change I call back and drop off the vehicle and get it back late April to my surprise the only thing they fixed was the front end noise, meanwhile I still can’t pass the emissions test I had to tell the DOT that my car is kept in a county that doesn’t require emissions. I find out they didn’t fix any of the electrical issues never fixed oil light as that’s still on along with the check engine light. It’s been 4 months and my car gone back 3 times with no fix. They will reset the engine light tell me to pick it up and half way home it comes back on. I’ll called over a month ago only for the mechanic to tell me it’s computer related it’ll be ok. Now the car misfires and shuts off and I can’t get anyone to call me back to fix this issue but I’m still paying for this car and the rental I’m driving bcuz the 19k car I’m financing isn’t functional. So my opinion on the dealership has changed and I’d stay the absolute **** Away from them not mention I referred my bestfriend to this place and they bought a vehicle I had high hopes for this place but now I realize they are another JD Byrider. I tried to give it no starts but they one by default of google.
