I went there with my son to purchase a tenor Sax - Aaron helped us, and was very patient. My son was able to test out a couple of saxophones, as well as a couple of mouthpieces. Aaron really helped him articulate what he should listen/look for in his mouthpieces - We were in the store for 2.5 hours, and never felt like we were taking too long. Aaron and the rest of the staff was very understanding that one has to take ones time when choosing an instrument. Thank you guys for your help. My son is really happy with his sax.

Purchased a used Bach Stradivarius trumpet for my son at a very reasonable price. SDCME provided a week for my son’s instructor to test/assess the instrument - they were willing to give me a full refund if it turned out to be faulty or not the proper level instrument, etc. Teacher was very happy with the trumpet, but determined a little red rot was in the lead pipe that should be removed. SDCME quickly took care of it (at no additional charge) and will provide a one-year warranty. I am very happy with the overall experience - friendly and informative staff.

Luis rocked my very challenging guitar repair. He rewired my hollowbody basically from scratch, got my new pickups working, dropped in 500k pots. And completely fixed my disaster of an attempt to do all this myself. So happy with the results! Last week I called and asked what they charged for a guitar setup. Price was very fair, so took my Epiphone SG Pro in as it wasnt playing the way it should. Just could not keep it in tune and was getting some fret buzz etc. The staff was polite and friendly, told me it would be ready in two-three days. Two days later they called to say it was ready to be picked up. Again, they were friendly and professional when I picked it up. Plays better than new! The setup they did is spot on and I am very pleased. Other places in the area that Id checked out were $20-$55 more and I am very pleased. Ill be back anytime I need work done on one of my guitars. It also looked like they were well setup with lessons and a good selection of music, etc. Check them out!

These guys are great for renting instruments for middle school band. They are helpful and super accommodating. Would highly recommend them.
