I own a a few Polk audio devices, my Subwoofer failed with less than 20 hours of use although it had been plugged in for 7 years. It turns out the failure mode was sum what common.Polks customer service offered a replacement amplifier for my subwoofer but the cost was close to the cost of a NEW comparable subwoofer.The problem with my Subwoofer is so common that you can find repair videos on youtube in addition to alternate replacement parts.I am a retired electrical engineer, very few of my electronic designs were flawless, but we NEVER asked a customer to buy a replacement part that obviously had a design flaw. In addition we wanted our customers to keep buying our products and we did what ever was necessary to assure that this was the case. I feel bad that I no longer have respect for the Polk brand.I hope this feedback finds its way to someone in the Polk organization that has the ability help shape or improve your brands in the future.

I ordered speakers from polkaudio.com website and have not been able to contact their customer service since placing the order. I’ve never received information about tracking and have been on hold for more than five hours over the past few days trying to contact their customer service department. I started researching them and found that they were sold to DEI holdings and that customer service has been lacking or nonexistent since! What an absolute shame to do that to such a great company. Some reviews talk about the decline of the value and quality of their products. I have been trying to cancel the order to no avail. I guess I will refuse the order and dispute any charges.

You pay for what you get... some of their products can be a little pricey but you definitely get your moneys worth... Excellent quality speakers and other audio options

This is a review on the Polk audio service and repairs shop. I sent a couple amps for repair and when I got them back, only one worked correctly. After sending it back, they said it was damaged in transit. After inquiring several times and 2 weeks of wondering if they were going to fix it, I sent an email stating that I have not received any word. The response from the guy from the repair shop was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. He was extremely rude and defensive. The day after, he said he “got it working” but was charging me $55 for fixing the damage. He never said anything about having to fix this damage and went ahead and did it without my consent. Long story short, the person I dealt with in the repair shop was extremely rude and earned himself and the company he works for the lowest rating I can give. Love Polk audio equipment but will never use this particular service ever again.

I sell the Polk soundbars for a company I work for, when I orderd one from Polk through the company point system I was sent a faulty model and could not get in touch with Polk during their regular business hours.

Speaker Artists ! On the rare occasion something goes wrong they work it out quickly.
