Contractor-oriented, but the sales clerk was VERY HELPFUL when I asked for assistance picking out colors for my home exterior.

The ladies have terrible attitude.I always buy paint from Dunn Edwards because I like their products but lately they’ve been having terrible service They are running out of product and they still keep you in the store for an hour I don’t know what they do back there, You guys should put your butts to work or quit the job if you guys don’t like it simple as that

They were very nice. I was able to recycle my paint here. The customers in the store seemed happy with their service.

Color consultants are great! Im so happy with the help I received in picking out my colors. I would have chosen the wrong whites and trim colors if it were not for the color consultant. When the store is busy be patient because the staff is trying hard to give each customer that personal touch.

I knew they had the best paint. I didnt know about their professionalism and product knowledge. They have outstanding customer service. I worked with Sandra, but the other women up front were just as wonderful. Dunn-Edwards in an impressive business.

Best service ever. Not sure why anyone would buy paint from a big box store.The time Maranda spent helping pick colors, Doing renderings of our home and samples were why D-E makes you realize why some retailers will be in business and others will not.

The employees at this location were extremely helpful, and fostered a comfortable, pressure-less sales environment. Without their help, I would have purchased the wrong product, and the paint I purchased seems to be a quality product. Additional details about my buying experience are below if anyone cares to read.Detailed Version:I recently was fined by my HOA due to the previous owner painting the garage door the wrong color, so I was given a paint color by the HOA and sent to Dunn Edwards as they carried that particular shade.I was well taken care of over the course of two visits. The first visit consisted of me being ready to just walk in buy the paint. When I requested an oil based paint, as directed by the HOA, the employee that I spoke with urged me to check the existing paint to see whether it was actually oil or water based paint that I need by using some rubbing alcohol. Instead of pushing for the sale, I was encouraged to ensure that the purchase that I made was the correct one. Sure enough, I needed water based paint, and may have been in far worse shape had I been blindly given what I initially asked for.Upon return, a separate employee was again incredibly helpful as I recounted my first visit and the new information I had gathered since my first visit. I was sold the correct paint, and have already successfully completed my painting project with what seems to be a quality product.There isnt enough of this type of service in the world today. Instead of walking into a sales-greedy environment, I was provided information that I needed and had no idea that I needed. Needless to say, I considered this buying experience extremely positive, and I would love to give this Dunn Edwards Paints location additional business in the future if Im ever in the market for paint again!

Not sure they even deserve one star. But that is the lowest rating available. I had an appointment with the color specialist. I was 5 minutes early. She was with another client. I advised the cashier of my appointment time. I waited for 15 minutes after my appointment time. There was no acknowledgment of any kind. Not once did she say she was sorry for being late or she would be with me shortly or ask if I wanted to reschedule. Nothing. Not even eye contact. And I was sitting within a few feet of her desk. I was in customer service all of my career and this was unacceptable so I left and went to a competitor. Just no excuses for bad customer service.

Its ridicules an hour and 30 minutes of waiting for 3 gallons of paint with there formula its always like this called customer service same deal!
