My appointment was at 11 AM. Very professional staff - from the Service Department to the Cashier to the Cleaning staff. I was impressed. And, after being told my car recall would take 2-1/2 hours I was out in 1-1/2! I was ecstatic!!!

Used to be that there were hundreds of Subaru Parts websites that would let you browse the parts catalogs.... RK Subaru is the only one I found during a recent web search. Found the obscure part I needed, and apparently it was in stock, as I received it a couple of days later. Will use them again, for sure.
