Just walked in, no appointment, to see if the tires could be rotated and balanced, I think the employee told me that they were 2-1/2 weeks behind on work and Id be better off to come in when they open, they seemed nice, but they didnt rotate and balance the tires. They were too busy.

If I could compare my car buying experience to anything it would be Chic Fil A. It was smooth, no hassle and no trickery. The maintenance plans upsale was palatable and not pushy AT ALL. My saleswoman, Gabby, is a Rock Star. Before I spoke to her verbally or met her in person she & I corresponded via text. She was thorough, responsive, patient and courteous. Robert, in the parts Dept is my main man, a wealth of knowledge. I own and run The Bughouse (VW parts and service) We specialize in the old air-cooled VWs, we also work on the Newer VWs after they get out of warranty.

They give you the run around in there techs dont even know much about vw period

She even got me to work on time by using the their shuttle service. Car issues can be an inconvenience and headache but with staff like Chassidy she made the experience as pleasant as possible.
