The local Vallejo dollar tree store on SONOMA BLVD has seriously gone down hill this use to be a great store to shop it no longer is youve long lines and today I was there on Sunday around 1 and the poor guy behind the counter he was the only cashier with an extremely long line. He called for the other cashier four times after he patiently waited for her to return from who knows what she was doing in the back,. So she comes from the back like she just walked out from a beauty salon never apologized for ignoring the other cashier pleas for help. They need to fire her and get people in their who really cares about the customers because it is obvious that she dont care.

Its little bit messy but rest for sure theres a security there. The people are nice and understanding when I was trying to find earrings.

The prices were great and the merchandise spreads very far great selection

Not friendly. Workers seemed depressed. Store was a mess and in tough part if town, do is expected. I hope they do better,but will go to a different location.

This Dollar Tree gets a lot of business. So you will often find the kids isle a mess and the seasonal items really shopped. They do a good job of trying to keep up and the lines move quick.

They don’t really have much things like other dollar stores but they do have a really nice staff they’re always friendly when I come and they have no problem helping you find what you need.

Always well stock with art, party supplies and toys. I spend about thirty minutes in the store, which isnt a big store. The staff is also friendly and helpful .

The store is pretty messy right now. Wish the owners would fix the front door where some drove through it like 2 months ago. I love the girls who work here. They work hard.

Great selection. Just wish they had people to put out all the new stock coming in that is stacked up around the store. Please keep an eye on the lines and bring more cashiers up. The manager is AWESOME!! Always a smile, always running 60-mph...

I love this Dollar Tree! When I worked in the plaza, I used to get my lunch from there almost every day. The staff is great and the Manager is always pleasant and engaging. The only drawback are the long lines, but the awesome staff they have working there power through like champs. To a Capricorn, you cant beat a dollar.

This one must really be short staffed. There is always just 1 cashier when I go. They are polite and customer friendly though so it helps me forget that Ill be standing in line forever! Lol

Great Ive tried Berkeley the to Berkeley stores I tried El Cerrito before they close. I tried San Pablo and finally Im in Vallejo and I finally got some God during Dollar Tree cologne for men for men thank you glad I was in town

I usually shop at this Dollar Tree and normally have an okay experience other than really long lines. Today when I went in there was just merchandise down the aisles work was hard to walk through then there was a sign some of their signage on the floor where a boy that was wearing sandals tripped over it and then another elderly lady until my son grabbed her and help her. I picked up the signage off the floor and put it up high so nobody else would get her, I was really disappointed and then lines were really long like always. The 99 Cent Stores in Vallejo or way more cleaner and on point.

Very clean, well maintained and I love the quality and variety of items here. I got a nice heavy duty phone case for my iphone6s. Love it! Showed my hubby, couldnt believe it was only a dollar.Ive gone to both Benicias and Gateway Plazas dollar tree, neither are as good as this store. Due to either lack of lack items or maintenance. The variety of different items at this location are awesome!

I went in today at maybe 930am 11/18/17 and there was one cashier I felt bad she was trying hard to get the line thru she was older African American very sweet there was two guys stocking they didnt help and a lady named Vivian grabbed a phone call yelled at the cashier and didnt help with the line .... I always come in there but I mean I wish the employees cared a little but I still am spending money even if its just $30 buck

I went in looking for a calendar for the coming new year. I found a beautiful one with pictures of beautiful beaches around the worldm i bought it and then I left.

The store is always full of unopened boxes and lines all the way down the isle. Many items we need are probably there, but the boxes are stacked all over unopened. I have several friends who complain about the same exact thing.

Employees stand around and do nothing when theres only one register open and long line. Also they just stand around and conversate at the front of the store when homeless people walk in and walk right out of store steal products without paying

There was only 1 cashier (Seetha) who was very nice and helpful in spite her longggg line and the other lady was at the another register kept telling customers Im closed! What kind of customer service was that from the other lady? Im on this business myself! 👎

It has a lot of good variety of items for a great price I found anywhere from stickers for my grandsons Too Close items for me

When we first moved to Vallejo this store was always stocked well. always at least 3 to 4 associates ready to open a lane to check out patrons. now selves, refrigerators are almost empty. 1 associate to check out the people that formed a very long line. obvious sign of poor management with very little concern for the community that it should be serving. at this rate i wouldnt be surprised if thei store gets shutdown.

Its ok, but ghetto. Lazy employees & missing products in some areas. Its better to actually shop at the Dollar Tree, in El Cerrito. They stay on top of products needed.
