I will never use this gas station ever again! Every time I’ve come here I left feeling DISRESPECTED & ANNOYED! The Employees here are so rude and disrespectful I just don’t understand how the SHELL COMPANY allows people like that to work a customer service job…. Seriously disappointing!!!!!! There is already enough ugly and hate in the WORLD as it is, no need for you ladies to create more.

Spent $45 and received a VERY BAD customer service. Both restrooms are out of order for unknown reasons. Offered help if they need something to fix and was sent to Safeway if I wanna use restroom. Very rude lady cashier. Will not stop on this specific location for gas anymore. One star is too much for this gas station.

Two restrooms have been out of order for several months now. I guess employees dont have access to a restroom for their shift, and respire anaerobically. Likely this technology will be used to colonize Mars in the near future. Bye Shell, hi Tesla.

Poor customer service. An older Latina lady is very unprofessional, rude and lazy. After she took my money for gas and lottery tickets she asked to me to switch to other line to get more lottery tickets because she is going to lunch

Employees are lazy & don’t pay attention to their job. Young Woman takes my money for my gas only for me to walk back inside because my gas wasn’t pumping, for her to tell me she turned off the pumps & my money will get back on my card in a few days & I can just give them more money for my gas ? No, your crazy. The transaction went through on my account with no reversal from them.

New gas station! The pumps actually work and the convenience store, Shell Loop is well stocked and clean. Location though could be better because getting in and out of the station could be difficult during traffic hours.

Fairly nice station. My only complaint was the lack of toilet paper in the restroom. Good place to stop if you are driving from Sacramento to the Bay Area.

Horrible customer service worker was changing her til in the middle of customer service apart from that she needs to worry about her own safety and not recommend what you think is necessary for the customer

The workers were kind of rude. Was filling up motorcycle tank and they just walked up and asked me to move right as I finished filling up so they could work look at something on the pump. I mean, I was going to move but they just were low-key rude about it.

This Shell station has the most expensive price per a gallon than another Shell in the area or any other gas station. The ppg is easily .20+ more on regular, and more on other grades.

Recently remodeled and looking new, doesnt stop all the illegal immigrants from trying to solicit work. warning, if you have a truck and wearing high visibility colors theyll approach. vallejo pd needs to step it up, and sweep out the loitering lames.
