Great staff in the pharmacy. The ladies at this store go out of there way to make sure things are right and cheap. Thank you for all the help with my proscriptions.

I like this pharmacy Ive never had any problems with them. Been with them for a few years. The people are very nice and it is a THOUSAND PERCENT BETTER than WalgreensPharmacy.

Absolute (profanity removed). The staff are so rude and will have you moving around from line to line waiting for 20+ minutes. Ive had a number of encounters where Ive received text message alerts

Certainly the best CVS Ive ever been in.Fast, efficient, knowledgeable staffLittle to no waiting in lines.Great wine selection.They do have a Citibank ATM inside.

The women that work in the pharmacy are wonderful ! They always remember me and are extremely helpful ! I live closer to another store and I would rather drive to the Sonoma Blvd store. Stacy is amazing and the other ladies and great. They work very hard to make sure their customers are happy no matter how many people are waiting.

Nice place, a little pricey, but they let you use the bathroom its big enough for a wheelchair or even another person that may assist a person in a wheelchair.. Its clean and it has lots of space to move around they also always have sales on items,, and the pharmacy is cool as well.

If I can give this store a negative star, I will. Came to this store feeling happy, but now I feel like I dont even want to come back to this store ever again. I tried to buy something and ask the lady from the front desk if she can help me because it needed keys to open it. I have been waiting there for about 10 minutes and decided not to get it, but when I was walking towards the register, she was just there and no customer waiting on her. Guess what? SHE FORGOT!!!! But thats ok... She started to scan the stuff that I wanted, but then the prices are different from the price that are listed on the sign, then she said she can only check the price if there are no customers on the line because she cannot leave the register at all time and told me shes alone and theres no one there to help her, but the problem here was theres always customer one after another, and still shes not doing anything about it. I am a paying customer and I have been waiting there for I dont know how long. It took me about 40 minutes from the moment I enter the store and left without anything on my hands because I didnt get the help that I needed. Very poor customer service!!!

This place sucks so bad. The pharmacy, of all places with urgency, totally ignores the phone.Ive been in the store to witness the workers disregard the phone with calls waiting...bunch of incompetent sub-trogs make a simple thing such a hassle.I now drive out of my way to any other store to not have to deal with these dummies.Pathetic and unnecessary.

Ugly, dirty, empty place. Always looks like its on the verge of bankruptcy. Pharmacy has a couple a few competent people but so many, many times my orders were not ready. I finally gave up after losing hours, no days, of my life on hold. The looped Liberace music will eventually drive you insane. Close that blighted mess.

This store is a dump, every time I come here something doesnt work, I came for passport pictures and the camera was broken, came for moneygram today and what do you know its out of order. Fix the damn store
