Great experience!! I love my new trailhawk!! I went in to take my new renegade to get its first oil change and left with the car Ive been dreaming about for years...I have spent 2 years repairing my credit and knew I would be able to get it at some point but I have it now!! I still cant believe they were able to get me a deal!! It was fast and easy, no haggling, and honestly I thought it wouldnt go through but since I had to sit there and wait anyway I told him he can try...I didnt even believe him when he told me I could have it if I wanted it!! I thought I was being punked at first and cameras would come out but no it was all real!! I cried with excitement and happiness which that to I always thought didnt make sense...bit I understand the feeling now!! Thank you so much Harry!! You are the one I will always go to when its time to upgrade in a few years!! Ask for Harry if you need a new car!! He was amazing!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could these guys were really trying to get one over on me- I looked at a 2016 Honda civic priced at 17,000. I had 10k cash to put down but I had zero credit- I never even had a credit card before. They said that they helped me get a loan but I needed another 2,000 down then my payment would be 250 a month for 5 years!!! If I put 12,000 down the loan on a 17,000 car why would the loan total 15,000! That means I would pay 27,000 for a 17,000 car. I said no a few times I was so upset. They insisted i keep the car for the weekend so i could really make up my mind. i kept looking over the weekend at other dealerships to see if i could get better loan terms. I found the same car but a year newer with 10k less miles for the same exact price. My loan in total was 8,200 after putting my 10 grand down. 8,200. Huge difference from the 15,000 they were trying to stick me with. I returned the car on Monday and tried to tell them about my experience at a different dealership and he cut me off and was very rude. Walking out of the entrance a worker was looking over the Honda I had just returned and had the nerve to say to me that I was ignorant and had no problem using the gas in the car for the weekend.. these guys were really trying to financially crush me and were pushing so hard for me to take the car and accept the terrible loan. Im so glad I went elsewhere. Beware of this place buyers!

Ross - 12/13/20 I asked for a price, I got a price. I respected that. 5 starsScott/Isaac - 12/14/20 Order was placed, now the wait began. Still at 5 starsContact is minimal while I waited. Information and updates were not forthcoming. I never received an update that I did not explicitly ask for. I feel like this could have been better. Still at 5 stars though.03/05/21 - Vehicle is built and set to ship. I inform Isaac that I do not want the front bumper drilled, No dealer badging installed, all the stickers to be left on, and for it to not be washed. Still at 5 stars03/16/21 - Ross messages me to inform me that my vehicle has arrived. I ask him to make sure that no one Drills the front bumper, remove any wrapping, wash it. I request that it be left exactly as it came off the truck. I was told Scott is taking care of that. Still at 5 stars.03/16/21 - I ask about financing options and am sent a link to the dealership website to provide my information so they can start getting quotes. The terms to this is that all information is sharable with other parties, for any purposes (marketing) that Tristar sees fit, and I can not limit the sharing 4 stars. Whats my information worth to sell? Like $2? Cmon guys03/17/21 - I come upon a great rate and ask if they can beat it. They can not. I question what the rates they could get were several times over the coming days and am never told. I just know that the rate I got was unbeatable. Still at 4 stars3/19/21 - I go down there in the late evening to inspect the vehicle, spent about 20 minutes combing over the paint, and it is absolutely flawless. I want to avoid paint correction. The car is unwashed (good) The front bumper has not been drilled (good) The stickers are still on the vehicle (good) I did not notice any dealer badging (good). Still at 4 stars03/20/21 - I begin closing on the deal with Scott. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We go over paperwork. Deal is finished. Still at 4 stars03/20/21 +20 minutes - I go to Sheetz and find out that they had snuck a dealer badge onto my Vehicle in a hard to spot area after I specifically requested that they not do that, multiple times, to multiple people. It was on there, driving around, for maybe 20 minutes. I had to remove it myself, It did not help drive their sales up, it only served the purpose to royally P me off. I was going to drive back up there and yell at them, but I already yelled at Scott a couple days ago. If I would have written this review yesterday, it would have been a 1 star review. Im still angrier at that than anything else in my entire car buying experience, 2 stars is a little harsh, but I think 3 stars is appropriate.Consider my experience a 3.99. but it cant be a 4. Not allowing me to limit the sale of my information to 3rd parties is easily worth a full star in itself, and not respecting my wishes on a $42,000 purchase is definitely worth another full star. Those 2 things are huge no-nos, and something that the rating needs to hold accountable. There was a lot of good I experienced, everybody was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very low hassle, low bs buying experience and I respect that. If I had to buy another vehicle today. I would go back to Tristar, even if I am a little grumpy at them.

JR immediately came out to help us when we stepped out of the car. Tri-Star was the sixth dealership that I had visited and was the first to immediately greet us. We knew what we wanted and he took us to the vehicles. He did not try to push me into something that I didn’t want which was refreshing. I have also reached out after I purchased the truck and received immediate responses from him. He’s fantastic!

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel. The person that I dealt with Ross is a solid guy, I’d give him 5 stars. The sales manager Isaac less than 1. My truck is covered in rail dust, I was told by Chrysler that it is not covered under warranty and that the dealer should take care of it. I have called to speak with Isaac on this matter only to leave voicemails that are not returned. Seems how I do not live close to the dealership Chrysler also said that they could send my truck to a local dealership to have this issue fixed. But Isaac will not call me back to resolve this issue. I feel extremely disappointed in this matter.

I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 bighorn with only 20,000 miles. First day I drove off and my brakes was squeaking so bad. Then I bring it in for service they wanted me to pay $500 to replace them just after I purchased the truck that’s Ridiculous. I said I’m not paying just after I bought it. Now I’ve been in here 5 times over my brakes and they still ain’t fixed! Shouldn’t your customers come first! Not at tri-star. Then Youll be waiting for hours just on a simple fix. I should of purchased somewhere else.

I only stopped to look at a used truck on their lot that I had intrest in figuring it would be cheaper than a new model. I told the salesman up front that I was only looking, but was pressured by sales manager over and over again to make a deal as to what I could afford.I ended buying truck before I had reviewed previous offer from another dealership I had visited earlier that day.I could have bought a new truck for less money with a better warranty at the other dealer.Tri star was more concerned about making a quick sale than building a relationship with the customer leaving me unhappy with the overall experience and poor deal to boot.I will be sure to let all my family, friends, and coworkers know how the deal went down for my purchase. They may have got my sale but lost all the potential customers they could have gotten by not pressuring the customer and giving me a better experience.

Highly recommended. Service was excellent. Called about a vehicle that was not purchased there. They had it in with in the week. The service was exceptional!! They drove me across the street and picked me up so I wouldnt have to walk. The attendant noticed my tire was low which prompted me to remember I needed an oil change, so they offered to do that as well as the recall with no hesitation. The whole experience was delightful and a breathe of fresh air. Quick, easy, and everyone was super nice.

Over the years I have bought two vehicles from this dealership. I am happy with the service I get there. They have a great lineup of vehicles with a great staff of people who are always willing to help you out with pricing and financing. I get free inspections and tbe first couple of oil changes are on them. I also get free nitrogen refills on my tires. The service staff have always tried to get me coupons or good deals on tires or other services. Im happy with the place.

I bought a used 2017 Ford Focus St.... had 25000 miles on it. Not even a week after I bought it the paint started flaking off the bumper and hood. I spoke to the sales personnel they told me there wasnt anything they could do. I had to contact the GM by the name of Matt. He dodged my phone calls gave me empty promises of repair. He even stated for me to wait till they moved in there new facility. Here I am months later. And its still not repaired. I will never by another car from them. They were apt to take my money and as soon as they got it and their was a issue. They didnt want to help me. Very dissatisfied.

When I pulled into the service center, and explained, I was immediately taken in to determine if my brakes were safe. Driving in the mountains and to return home that day to Michigan. This place charged me close to $300 for a replacement key fob today. A year ago I went to them because my Dodge Grand Caravan shut off while driving. They said my battery was low and that it would cost close to $400 to replace. I bought a new battery at Napa and changed it myself. Still randomly shut off while driving. Took it back to Tristar. Service manager still said it was my battery. I said I just changed it and had it checked at Napa. He said they don’t believe Napa tests are good. I told him it was the wires leading to the battery. I persisted and they finally relented and said I had a bad wiring harness. I had an extended warranty so the $1000+ part was replaced and I paid $100 deductible. Haven’t had a problem since. They are shady here and they will shake you down.

My partner and I own a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I called the service department on 07/03/17 to explain that once again our vehicle was extremely low on oil again. This time it only had a quart of oil in the engine. So I had to purchase and put 4 1/2 quarts of oil in it. The person I spoke with in the service department was ROBERT. I also let him know that I would need a rental vehicle cause when I pulled the cover over the engine I noticed that there was oil all throughout the spark plugs, etc. Robert told me that there was no openings until next Friday and that there was no rental vehicles available as well. Now after explaining that my vehicle just reached 25,000 miles and that I had the extended warranty I was placed on hold for a few minutes. Then Robert got back on the phone and told me that I could bring the vehicle in this Wednesday and a rental vehicle would be there for me because I had the extended warranty and that it would pay for my car to be fixed. I have never dealt with a dealership that lies all the time, and does not care about their customers.

We went to test drive a car listed on the internet it needed brakes the windshield wipers didnt work. The lights didnt work the tires would not have passed PA inspection. We came with the intention of driving it home with cash in hand to drive it home. I guess your response of what you could do to improve is not list a car that is not able to pass inspection. Not take someone out in a car that does not have breaks. ( a very scary ride I would not like to repeat) or list the car as needs repairs before it can be test driven. The vehicle had not even been cleaned out from previous owner it still had personal property in the console and glove box showing poor business management by the dealership. A bit of professionalism the saleswoman just shrugged Ill of the things off like they are normal happenings not a one time or the car just came in and they had not had gotten to going over it yet. ( we saw it on line a week before we made arrangements to see it with a sales person driving 5 hours to see it)

I inquired regarding a truck via their website. I received an email response followed by a phone call. I gave them the information (including the VIN #) for the vehicle I was considering trading. They called back with a very insulting offer for my vehicle. I honestly cannot believe they even had the audacity to call me back with such a low offer on my vehicle!!! Just in the past few days I was offered more than DOUBLE the figure in CASH they called back with and even more than that figure toward another trade elsewhere.Somehow, I managed to keep my composer, to a certain point, and went on to ask about buying the truck outright - taking the “trade” possibility totally out of the equation - and have yet to even receive a return call...not that I’m expecting one!By the way...I HAD to give this review 1 star to be able to post it. After a truly HORRIBLE experience with the service center at Jim Shorkeys on 51, I finally found Candy and Wilbur at Tri Star. Sweet, caring, and ready to help, both of them went above and beyond what I would have ever even asked them to do. They were the kind of people who were personable, honest, and undeniably trustworthy. While Wilbur masterfully tended to my vehicle with a smile, Candy chit-chatted with me and never made me feel like I was waiting for my car to be worked on. They even let me see under the car and explained exactly what everything was to me! I went in with a simple request and low expectations, and left with my mind completely blown at how excellent they both were. I first have to say I wish that I could give more than 5 stars, because tri star deserves more. We have been looking for a used truck for awhile, and after searching we found the 2017 Toyota Tacoma at tri star. I first contacted Ross and I will say he is top notch very professional, very honest, very friendly. We drove over a hour away from our home to look and drive the truck, after we decided to buy it from start to finish, Ross the internet manager, Rick our salesman, Matt and Jessica in finance were all amazing ! We got a amazing price on the truck a fantastic warranty, truck undercoated, and a great payment. The whole process was fast and easy. We bought a 2014 dodge dart. Brand new. After the first month the car has broke down repeatedly. They keep telling us they dont think anything is wrong with it. The service ladies are completely rude. The managers just shuffle us around. They gave us a rental car for over a week just to find out they didnt even pop the hood in the car! I would strongly suggest to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to look directly across the street from tristar and go to Ford! Ill never buy another dodge after this experience.

Horrible! Purchased a Hyundai Satan Fe vehicle two years ago with extended warranty. Last week the engine blew at 77,000 miles. The warranty company made my mechanic tear appart the engine at a cost of $500 labor then to tell me that they wouldnt cover the cost of the engine replacement! The said it was a pre existing condition I told them thats the point of the warranty, because I didnt know what care the previous owners put into the vehicle. They just hung up on me. So I got scammed into a $2000 extended warranty that doesnt cover anything. And Im stuck with $5000 for an engine replacement with $500 that I could have saved if they just said no in the first place! And I still got three years of payments left!Also, in two years I had to replace all four tires, shocks, struts, ball joints, breaks. Im sure they will say its my driving habits. Just about all the speakers have blow out, and Im not listening to loud music. Tri Star sold me a lemon and I will do my best to make sure no one gets ripped off like I did.Terrible dealership! DO NOT GET SCAMMED INTO THE WARRANTY! They will push it on you!!

Bought my truck there an was lied too they screwed up my credit went through 3 diffrent finance managers when i bought my truck an messed up my 1st payment an never told me who i was financed through,an refused to help compensate for there screw up,had to fight for maps to be put in my truck navigation an when they did they are out dated, also had to fight for them to fix rear brakes that they said they did a full inspection on, an didnt an after sell had to fight for them to put new tires on it like promised. IF YOU WANT A I DONT CARE ATTITUDE AFTER THE SALE AN A ILL TELL U ANYTHING TO SALE U A CAR OR TRUCK THEN LEAVE U HANGING AFTER THIS IS THE PLACE OR YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING CAUSE AFTER THE SALE ITS TOO LATE AN A I DONT CARE ATTITUDE.

The Service department was outstanding and honest as well as trust worthy. I could not ask for better service from them... Now!! when u get into sales with management then that was definitely a different experience. I always loved Nissan i have owed 4 Nissans. I finaly came to the hard decision to trade in my 09 Murano. But with the chaos and confusion that sales had with upper management Tom i swore that i was NOT purchasing from them or walking in there every again. The hours of time that i spent there and lets not forget the Lies. I could not even get a courtesy call to tell me if i was approved or not. They just toke me for granted. I should have not had to go to the dealership to understand there decision to the disapproval. When i offered more money i was not taken serious the management treated it as if i was a danm joke.. Well Nissan the danm joke is on you. Because of Tri Star i swore i would never buy or walk into that establishment ever again. When that happen i came to a very hard decision to step out of a Nissan. So i toke my several thousands of dollars and went to Jim Shorkey dealership were i was treated with the utmost respect and the kicker here is I WAS APPROVED IN LESS THEN 20 Min !!!!! With a Awsome interst rate.. Yes!!! Tri Star Nissan in Uniontown.. a brand new 33,000 $ car. With leather 3 rows and wonderful warrenties. And lets not forget the WONDERFUL interst rate again. And they added extra goodies for me.. the experience At Jim Shorkey was just awsome with awsome ppl. And no CONFUSION!!!! It was hard coming out of a Nissan speacialy since my husband and i have only bought Nissans... One thing i will say Tri Star Nissan you should never judge a book by its cover .. Lol !! The Check book cover i should say. cause under the cover of the check book there was several thousands of dollars to be spent. Soon as Toms first danm lie came out of his mouth i had a bad taste of him.. i will never buy from there or go into there dealership ever again. That was the most chotic and confusing experience i have ever went through.

I dont even give it one star really...purchased 2 cars from them...this last one has cost me a fortune to fix and i have only had it for 5 years.. from computer problems to sensors..u name it i have replaced it...yeah it was used but i have never had a car do this...our salesperson who no longer works there was a jerk and harrassing...i even wonder about the car fax i got..when i took it in for service at my local shop the guy told me he had never seen that much corrosion on wiring..all grounds ..i took a look under the seats of my car and they were rusted..he says it had to have been submerged in water at some point...big mistake dont go there!!!!now i have a car i paid 11k for that is now worth nothing thanx alot
