I hated the truck buying process but Cody and the guys here made it enjoyable. I was like a kid at Christmas looking at all of those trucks but after hearing all of my wants and needs they helped me narrow it down and got me out the door in exactly what I wanted. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with a great bunch of people. Highly recommend them for your next purchase.

Emailed with questions on a listed truck. Was told I would get a response, but never did over the course of 3 days. Check today and now the truck is listed as pending, still no call or messages. Wouldve been considerate and good practice to let an inquiring customer know not to wait any longer. When youre willing to spend 55k on a truck, youd hope for better service. Sadly, no surprise for what others have detailed in their reviews continues.Edit- After the pending deal fell thru, I finally received an email inquiring if still interested. No, this veteran consumer spent his money at another dealership in which I flew to and drove home in my new truck. They were extremely responsive on email as well as text. The entire deal was done electronically in one (1) day and I walked in, signed papers, and drove home. Alpha, take note, better customer service would result in more sales. Passive aggressive responses show thru to perspective clients.

Place is definitely a joke. Half the trucks are whooped and beat on. Typical used car salesman trying to peddle junk and wash there hands of it!!

This place is a joke. Went to test drive an F-250 and it had all kinds of dash lights on, the brakes were completely worn out and the rotors were warped badly. Decided to test drive one of their Cummins instead and it wouldn’t even start. I was told you had to feather the fuel pedal which shouldn’t be necessary on a 9 year old truck. And while I was trying to start that truck another truck they were selling was pouring smoke and wouldn’t even start. Everything that had was in terrible shape and no problems were listed on their website. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Bought a car off of them last year and no issues with it so far and Ive put some miles on it.

Completely unprofessional..... then proceed to make it out to be the customers fault when their sales rep ignored numerous calls, was told that Ashely would return my phone call 5-10 minutes.... an hour went by called back and same answer. eventually to find out they sold the truck in the process of telling me they would call me back, I guess this dealership clearly doesnt believe in being honest. i drove almost2 hours in that direction to finally have her answer and advise the truck was sold, which is fine and well but you need to follow up with your customers and if your selling the vehicle in question.... say something before someone goes to the bank gets 6000 to put down. I strongly recommend reconsidering this dealership. they are very condescending

Terrible experience call for hours no answer runs your credit then tells you the truck was sold this was the most unprofessional place ever highly wouldnt recommend ashely will never call you back and yes I understand Im not the only customer but what about the others I spoke with they knew the truck was being financed they could of told me instead of leading me on from 10 am which is when you open til after 1 pm Im sorry. Thats unprofessional dont tell someone your gunna call back in 5 to 10 minutes when you have no intention to do so and she never called back this morning to follow credit app so just ran credit for nothing knowing she was selling the vehicle so was it a bait and switch attempt?

Drove an hour and a half to look at a truck for my buddy who was very interested in it and dude wouldn’t even let us test drive it they don’t care about the customer and felt very rushed when we were looking at the truck SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE

These people sold me a $9000 lemon and when I gave them a bad review one of their owners offered to trade me for another vehicle and when I tried to pursue it I was told I need a cosigner
