I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and the people I worked with. My lease was running up and I had been looking for a new car for 6 months, only to be strung along and disappointed time and time again. I just by chance drove by the dealership and decided look around. I’m not sure how they did it but I was able to walk out with a great deal on a 2021 Traverse. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me and made me feel like I wasn’t too crazy or wasting their time (even though they secretly might think I’m crazy). They gave me attention, laughed with me and even made my 6 year old son feel welcomed. Jim, Chris, Jim, Barry (and the guy who came in on his day off) were a breathe of fresh air after losing all hope in dealers and this process. I have, and will, continually recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car. I couldn’t be happier with every part of this process with them.

First of all when I made the appt. I made it for Thursday the 30th but when I received my confirming email and text it stated the appt. was for the 29th. This is the first mistake they made. I said ok to the 29th after making another call to them. I also asked if they could check my brakes since the were squeaking, they said they would., but when I arrived at the appt. I was told there is an up charge for checking brakes . I always thought they check brakes for a state inspection. So I had to agree, after all these are brakes, the charge was 69.00. I was very upset. Was never told I would be paying that much for checking brakes.At this point I was very angry and not a happy customer. Then I was told that the brakes passed inspection and that I would eventually need new brakes at a cost of way over 600.00. Now I am really angry and I told them no. I am going to try and find someone else to do my brakes. That is too high for my budget. I am a senior citizen on a tight budget.So now you want my opinion and you are getting more then you bargined for. Also when I took my other vechiles to Crevilles in Mt. Pleasant PA they always washed off the outside of the car as a good customer service. I have never had a car washed at Tri-Star. Not happy about that either. I may not go back there again for service, I have to use them for inspections and that will be all. So as you can see you have a very dis-satisified customer.

My sales experience was met with some challenges and this sales team arose to those challenges. First off, I think it most important to acknowledge that the entire team was exercising every COVID precaution necessary to provide a safe and inviting experience. Kudos for that!! My sales agent Jackson, was really cool to work with. He was conversational, listened to what I wanted, and made it a pleasant experience (despite my issues with sales agents). I had brought my son with me, to which not only Jackson, but everyone in the building was super cool with him and inviting. We worked out a nice deal to which all parties seemed to be happy, but then my trade-in fell through last minute. There really was no easy way to overcome the issue with my trade-in(still working on that actually), but the team honored the previous arrangement anyway to make sure all agreements were met. Jackson and his sales manager were flexible, patient, kind, and honestly just really great to work with. Even after the sale, Jackson still kept in touch with me regarding some keys and their key replacement program. They do have a nice full-service deal as well!! Class act bunch!! Stay away! I called in advance to tell them I was driving from pittsburgh to look at a used Chevy Tahoe on Saturday. I came out and test drove it. I said I was interested. I had to car to trade. But they said, whoops. Sorry, our appraiser isnt it today, A Saturday? Really? You knew I was coming from Pittsburgh and you happened to omit that fact? Then, the salesman said, heres my card, well call you tomorrow. NOPE! They sold it to someone else. No call. No care. Total creeps. Stay away.

Nice small dealership. Really enjoyed the salesman, Marlowe Giles. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. Sales manager, Mark Benoit was difficult to deal with. He lied about the ability to discount the vehicle, alluded to the fact that I was lying about other competitive offers that I saw online. He manipulated the competitive deals to try to make the Tri Star deal seem more cost effective. We were able to strike a deal despite the negative interactions. Mark never came out to acknowledge us as we were finalizing the purchase. I understand the goal of the dealership, to make money, but Mark is unprofessional, combative and childish in his demeanor. The dealership would be better off without him.

I purchased a new 2015 Chevy Equinox here when this place was Day Chevrolet, and recently received a notice in the mail stating there was a problem with the windshield wipers. I called the service department yesterday to see if I had to make an appointment or just stop to have them checked. The female employee who answered the phone in the service department was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said if I would have read the letter I would have seen it wasnt a recall it was an extended warranty for the problem. I told her evidently there is a PROBLEM or I would not have gotten the letter, and I didnt want to be out in a rain storm and my wipers quit working. She was very smart mouthed saying we cant fix something that isnt broken.(How do you fix something when it is recalled and isnt broken). I am in the market to buy a work van when my Equinox is paid off and was going to purchase it there, but I AM NOT NOW! NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Day Centennial is your typical car dealership that is just worried about making a sale. Right after Christmas I bought a Crew Cab truck from them. They were reasonable with my trade in value but when it came to the purchase price of the newer truck. The Sales consultant and I had an agreement on a specific price and he had me sign a paper stating the negotiated price. But when I got home with the truck I realized the purchase price was significantly higher then the negotiated the sales consultant and I agreed on. I kept trying to call the sales consultant, but he was always busy or in meetings and would never return my calls. And when i finally got through they stated that the never had any records of the paper I signed at his desk. Also there was supposed to be a gas reimbursement check in the mail to me for the truck not having a full tank of gas and that check has still never shown up. Just make sure you do your homework with the dealership and vehicle before purchasing and vehicle from them. Like I stated earlier your typical dealer who is just worried about a sale. They got one sale from be that will be the only one also.

Fantastic service!! My car broke down yesterday and my boyfriend and I needed a car today to get back and forth to work. We showed up and it took a few hours but Kenneth Holt was amazing and got us into a great car that suits our family and our needs! I highly highly recommend coming here. I had been shopping for a while and at most dealers I had to practically hit the salesman with my car door just to get out. Everywhere else I was chased around the lot as if I was Indiana Jones and I had just stole the dealers talisman. Centennial Chevrolet was welcoming and friendly without being overbearing and disingenuous. I actually made it out of my car and into the building before being met - not accosted - by someone. This in itself made it worth driving past three other Chevy dealers to get there. The staff actually listened to me and retained the info and generally cared about what I wanted and thought. They helped me find a vehicle that met all of the criteria on my must-have list and was within my budget. They did all this with a soft sales approach which is another reason to travel to this specific dealer. I was given ample time to explore the vehicles that they pulled up for me to see. I felt like I was being allowed to make my own decision rather than being led to it. I left in my new Silverado confident that I had made my own, right decision. All of the dealers have the same cars. Choose a dealer for their staff and how they treat you. Choose Centennial Chevrolet. Bought my truck December 26th my radio needed updated after being there three and a half hours they told me my truck was current and up-to-date after talking to service rep about what update I needed the truck went back down into service for another half hour and mechanic brought it up said the update is going to take over 3 hours that I would have to reschedule because they would be closed it is now been 3 weeks I have called multiple times still have not gotten a call back every time I talk to service rep they tell me that they dont have no lender cars so I dont have to wait I have asked for a service manager and still no response

Went to dealership and told them what I wanted, knowing ahead of time that they didnt have a manual Cruze on their lot, and Nate Biddle was able to locate one and have it delivered within a couple of hours. I personally will never return to this dealership to buy another car. I came in feeling confident because I heard good reviews. I honestly believed I got ripped off on the price of my car after looking on their website weeks later, which isnt surprising. Well, I have had nothing but trouble with them ever since I bought my new car. My BRAND NEW car has needed a new front drivers seat already, It is already having electrical problems, and few mechanical issues. Sure I do have a warranty but you should not need to have things repaired already when the car is brand new, for the working man/woman you shouldnt have to have that inconvenience with a brand new vehicle..The car is less than a year old. I felt pressured into buying the entire time. I was shown vehicles that I didnt like or ask to see. I sold cars in the past and I could see they have typical scripts. When I had the electrical issues, none of my gauges worked at all, not even my turn signals, the car drove but I wasnt sure of how fast I was going. I called the service department, told them the issues and they seemed to have no care or concern at all. I told them my work schedule and they kept trying to give me an appointment during my hours of work as if they werent even listening. They gave me a hard time repairing my front drivers seat, the left side collapsed and was worn after 2 weeks of purchasing. The service department then said, oh it will do that and we can fix it only one time. A brand new car with a purchased extended warranty should NOT have an option to only be fixed once. I finally got in contact with Chevrolet themselves and it they helped solve the issue with my front seat, after this dealership, that I invested $25k and 6 years in gave me a hard time. All and all just be aware when buying here. They have good reviews and bad ones. Do your homework first and if you feel uncomfortable then its best to leave. Good luck to anyone in the vehicle buying market.

I was a little disappointed that it cost me almost $80 for an oil change and tire rotation! I only pay $45 + tax at Washington Chevrolet for that service. That was a bit astronomical. Im also still waiting for them to find out if they are going to fix my OnStar Module which is bad on a brand new car that I purchased there and that only had 47000 miles at the time it stopped working! They want to charge me $800 to fix it! Im just not impressed with GM at this point or the service. An OnStar module going bad is an electrical issue, not a car owner issue. And I should NOT have to pay to have that replaced! Thats one of the reason I bought the car..for OnStar and the safety of knowing I have it...now its useless! This is my second car I purchased here brand new, I think Ill look elsewhere after this.

Just drove round trip 17 hrs to pick up my 2015 challenger, it was detailed and inside the showroom, Ive purchased alot of cars in the past mostly new, but the presentation, blew my wife and I away, at one point three people were working on our behalf, they made the experience fun and exciting, Eric, and the guys wrote down directions for us to get home faster, this was so worth it, we have Eric searching for my wifes next car,were far away distance wise,but these guys earned our business, long distance or local, give these folks a chance,you wonton be disappointed.

Took my vehicle here over a month ago for front en body work, fender & wheel needed fixed from an accident i was in.. If it wasnt for the nice people that work in the office i would say 0 out of 5 stars.. They call and tell me my truck is finished i take it for a test drive and the wheel is humming & pulling to the left.. Now IF they did there jobs correctly they would see it wasnt done right but they still tried to pass it off to me. I cant believe it took over a month TO ALMOST FIX IT!!! I have only used Centennials service and have never purchased a vehicle from them. They have a huge selection of cars trucks and suvs. Lots of vets which makes me want to buy a car from them. The dealership appears to be new and everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and inviting. The service department is #1. Fast friendly efficient and competent. We went to several other dealerships and none could get us anywhere close to the payment we wanted (and one of the Belle Vernon dealerships was even very rude!). 2-1/2 years ago Ken Holt and the staff at Centennial Chevrolet went out of their way for me during the purchase of a new 2014 Silverado. They gave me a fair deal on the price of the new vehicle as well as good value on my trade, and went so far as to drive to my house 30 minutes each way at 10:30 PM to complete the deal before some good incentives expired at midnight.When Ken called me a few days ago and told me they were having a big sale for Labor Day, I decided to stop in with my wife and 2 year old daughter. We were able to make what I felt was a very good deal on a new truck, and while we were there the staff treated my wife and daughter like family, giving us lunch and allowing my daughter to play receptionist. She had a great time there, which is an amazing thing to say about a two year old spending several hours at a car dealership.I am very satisfied with the experiences Ive had at Centennial Chevrolet, including the warranty work and recalls I had done there on my previous truck. I give Ken Holt and Centennial Chevrolet my highest recommendation if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Friendly staff. All went well. Didnt wait too long but also wasnt very busy. Granted I went on one of the coldest days of the year. I have a 2016 Silverado and Im leasing. I have all my servicing done at gm dealers to ensure no warranty issues since I leased my truck beyond the manufacturers bumper to bumper. I just wish it didnt cost almost $70 for an oil change and tire rotation but I understand I have other options and am also paying for piece of mind. With all that being said every service appointment has gone well with no issues so I will still be returning until my lease ends.
