Starbucks in union landing is great.. everyone is really friendly and the location. Is very clean. Its always my favorite stop before I start work.

Usually staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is well kept.

Nothing exceptional or great in service here. Order taking was slow and although I told him what I wanted up front, I had to repeat it a few times for him to punch that in. My name was asked but not called out when the order was ready. No one had a smile on their face and all this with a pretty light load at the shop which is a pretty decent size and was kept up. They have nitro at this location also and entertain you bringing your own cup (on hold at this time due to Covod-19). It is a corner shop to plenty of window seating. Bar style seats by one of the windows and table on other. Bench and square tables in the center at this location.

Excellent service

The staff has always been Great at this location. It’s usually very busy it’s in Union Landing one of the hangout spots and I only hang out spots in Union City. The coffee is always good we are never disappointed although it can get very messy at times is the only reason why we took the one start off.

This is my all-time favorite Starbucks. I was starting to think about leaving Starbucks. The one down the street from me in San Lorenzo is the worst store ever. The staff here is the best, and makes me want to return to the store.

I try not to leave bad comments. I left out to my truck to drink coffee with my wife that’s sick. I ordered a sick tea and small coffee. Not even 50ft away from the building and less than an hour I go back in to get a refill and I’m told since I left out they have to charge me full price. No other Starbucks have done this. I asked what if I went out to smoke. That would be okay. But to my truck that is right outside where they can see me. Now I have to pay full price. I would give 0 stars if this was an option. The excuse is sorry every district is different.After making a complaint to corporate they immediately address the issue and now making up for this store mistake. So not only to report the bad but it’s good to report the good. Hopefully this store review there policy and training. The other review below charging someone for an order they messed up on is not cool.

I always appreciate Starbucks for being everywhere because I travel a lot and often need a place to sped a few hours between meeting, flights, or just to get work done. During this pandemic Starbucks hasnt been helpful for the most part because there is no indoor seating and often no outdoor seating either. I still stopped by to grab a coffee on my recent visit here but I wish theyd open up indoor seating already like many restaurants have.

Busy location. Clean. Staff is a bit ?. Got my drink wrong. Overall it was ok.

Dont recommend this store... first l had to wait too long for my frappe, then it wasnt made right it had chunks of ice that l couldnt drink it because the straw was getting plugged by the ice chunks.... l came back to ask for a new one made right and the filipina girl tried to tell me that that was how theyre made... then she finally (with attitude) made me a new one and now it was to light... didnt taste right and l was so upset that l just let it go... threw it away outside of the store... thats after 23 minutes of total wait... didnt like the attitude and the inefficiency of the employees there... l will avoid this store from now on

These guys are rude and slooooow. Dont know their drinks, cant keep orders straight. 2 experiences in a row, with a lobby filled with waiting customers during a pandemic, and I will never step foot in here again.

This is absolutley the WORST starbucks ive ever been to!! Service was sooo slow even though there were ample staff. A few staff possibly managers coming from the employee doors not helping seeing there was a long line! Just walking around! Then waited sooo long for drink, i literally had to ask what happened! And it was just because they are so disorganized! Would NEVER recommend or go to this starbucks again! Beware!

I went to order my drink right before I was scheduled to work. Even though there were only 2 workers. They were very efficient and I got my drink right on time.

These workers are extremely rude. Seen me walk in and didn’t even acknowledge me... just stare at you.. don’t even ask “how can I help you”... just weird

Similar drinks to other Starbucks. Good service the times Ive been. Main thing for a road warrior like me is that there are only 2 (4 outlets) to plug in and charge. Right by entrance and in the South East corner. Thats it. :/

I am a daily regular Starbucks customer and I went to the Union Landing store today and had a terrible experience. Miserable staff, slowest service waited for 10 mins in line and then another 10 at least for drinks. They were not busy and the staff did not have a system. Really frustrated I popped into a different location and had such a bad experience.... I spend way too much money at Starbucks that was a huge disappointment!

Ill be honest... I will choose a small local coffee shop over a chain whenever given the option in familiar stomping grounds. Sometimes when Im on the road Starbucks is the faster-better-easier option... I know what they have and theyre easy to find.I feel that the customer service at most Starbucks has gone out the window and off the rails. Not so at this Starbucks...the staff here was friendly efficient conversational and happy to please. Thank you!

One of the few coffee shops open late in the area (important for parents of toddlers who need to go on date night after kids are sleeping). This place is open till 11am Sun-Thurs and till 1am on Fri and Sat. Definitely a younger crowd later at night (working on school stuff). Pretty clean and Kyle was an excellent drink preparer. Super fast.

Such a big starbucks at very popular location. Yet, they renovated this starbucks 2 times in last couple years. And still there is literally one or two outlets on the wall to charge your laptop. We are playing hungry games over here to charge our laptops. They removed most of the remaining outlets after the remodeling as well.

The usual cops hanging out no crime in The city just calm look and collective.

Convenient (close to restaurants, hotels, shopping, theaters and the freeway.This Starbucks is not far off the freeway (I-880) and open fairly late (11:30 pm Sun thru Thu and 1 am Fri and Sat), but theres only one bathroom and its almost always filthy.That said, this is a busy, vibrant store with a great vibe. If it werent for the regularly negative bathroom experience this store would deserve at least a Four-Star rating.

Always pretty crowded,but its because theyre the only starbucks in the area that stays open till midnight. Service here is quite fast, and friendly I might add. I give it 3 stars due to the fact that for how busy the place is you would think it would have atleast two restrooms, and the restroom is quite filthy most days 5 days a week, so cant expect a clean restroom for an overcrowded place. I suppose 🤷🏽‍♂️

A nice quiet place to have coffee and work on the net. They have outdoor seating and are open late. This, for me, is the pull to come at all hours. Their snacks are good too!☺

I had a very bad experience. First of all the person taking the order seemed tired or uninterested in what she was doing. She mixed up my order with another person. Then she never called our name so we are waiting for our coffee. Finally I asked bc there were 6 coffees sitting and she could not tell me which one was mine. It did not have a name. The one she said was mine was not what I ordered. So I had to order another coffee and paid again!I told her that I was paying again bc my order was wrong and she charged me anyways. Two girls very young with no customer service experience. Will not come back to this location.

This is a very busy Starbucks! But the good thing is its open late and has free WiFi for 2 hours if you have a Starbucks card. I was in the neighborhood and had to kill about 2 hours. This place worked perfectly well.

Would it hurt to offer a non dairy or vegan alternative? Even the banana bread and pumpkin btean, formerly non dairy are off the table now.:-(

A very nice, well run and friendly Starbucks. Slightly more food outlines than ice sun in the past and the coffee was great.

Cappuccino was fabulous. The baristas are quick and accommodating.

I appreciate coming here before work to get a nice caffeine boost. The coffee is not the most delicious Ive ever had but it does the job. The employees are also nice.

Awesome for smokers. They let anyone smoke right in the seats in front. Those that want just the smell of smoke should find the indoors area perfect.

The baristas are usually friendly but this location tends to be very busy from 10am until 3pm -- expect to stand in line for 10 minutes, and, difficulty getting a seat. Always clean and well- maintained (incl. the restrooms). Parking can also be a challenge.

It was a great Starbucks, and there was plenty of parking.

The old white man were super rude! I ask him if they stil have strawberry acai and his response was what size in a low voice. Didnt hear what he said so he repeated him self with a rude voice, made a payment and inserted the credit card thru the machine while he walks off and made my drink. After he was done making the drink he called out strawberry acai twice and looked at me..story short i ask him did the payment go thru and he said no! With a rude voice he told me that i need to follow instructions on there and i said i did, it says card unexcepted. Did the process one more time and this time i had to swipe it..it went thru and he didnt say anything just looked at me and then walked off!

Basic Starbucks nothing special. Stays clean because employees keep it clean. Always crowded probably because there is a large movie theater plus many other restaurants in this awkward strip mall. Awkward because of the maze of parking lots. Somebody should have planned or fixed this yesrs ago LOL. Only one bathroom for men and women. Its always been that way not because of new movement for gender identity.

This Starbucks was strange. They didnt have any large straws for my venti and so I had to use a tiny straw that got lost in the whip cream. They also did not call out the order loud enough so my whip cream melted. The cashier Brittany was being rude and was obviously annoyed with the customers.

Warning this Starbucks restroom condition is serous public hazard for customers. Went over there for morning coffee and I lost appetite and interest in their coffee. I will notify Starbucks headquarter about filthy condition they serve to customers.

Nice stuff, quite busy so getting a sit with the charge spot isnt very easy. The main concern: wifi is still from AT&T which cant even pass latency test. Thus, useless location.

Its a hit of miss on coffee. Was here September 20 and frappuccino had no coffee flavor. It tasted more like a watered down hot chocolate with swetneer.

This starbucks is great. Mostly just because the staff are really friendly, helpful, and tolerant. Ive been here several times. Ive watched some crazy stuff go down here -- like people throwing full cups of coffee at the staff -- and they dealt with it very professionally. I mean, they didnt follow the person out, threaten to murder their parents and/or kids, or case them down with a baseball bat, so I guess they took it better than I would have. Aside from that, its a large starbucks with lots of seating, late hours, and a good atmosphere. Theres lots of parking. It can get busy, but that feels par for the course at starbucks. Overall, they have a good space and seem very concerned with getting your drink right. That earns this place 5 stars (or 5 of whatever this funky rating system is).

I had an awful experience and I was totally surprised. The cashier on the particular day was so rude. I said hi when I reached the counter and he was like uh-huh what do you want to order.... I just couldnt believe how rude he was being. Ive been back after this incident and havent seen him. I hope he quit or got fired😊
