I decided to give this business a second chance. I needed a piece of glass for a wood stove. The girl on the phone did not have the answer to my question. She took down my number to call me after asking the guys in the back. That call never came so I went to the store. I should have learned my lesson after the first time visiting this store. The man I spoke to was knowledgable and friendly but I just ordered what I need online for half the price. Customer service needs improvement. If you say you will call back I will expect it.

I’ve called for a month now trying to get someone to check and measure the chimney for an electric vent and I get a call and says they will schedule me for an appointment. Waited and waited and nothing. I can’t remember the number of calls I’ve made I know a lot. So I’m going to find another company who will be interested doing business with us.

Called service department talked to a service tech he said hed get back with me and he did 3 weeks later after 3 different calls to rude receptionist

About 15 years ago we bought a wood-burning stove from them and had them install it. They did a super job at that time. Now I need some maintenance on the collar around the stove pipe on the roof of the house.I called them and they as true to their service creed for customers which is good stepped up.They are contacting someone that can solve my problem and rectify the situation.Not a bit surprised because everything has been top notch that they have done over the years

We bought many items from east Texas Brick and all the employees where great. They referred one of there contractors and he was terrible he did a very bad job and didnt even finish. We contacted east Texas brick and they said they where not responsible for contractor. If that is the case they should not refer them .

I regret Beverly had such a bad experience. But I just completed my second purchase with this company and had a much different experience. Knowing what I wanted (a wood burning stove) I called them on the phone. The salesman was attentive to my needs, found it, and circumstances (clearance) let him find and give me a discount price on my item complete with a price out the door. I got there, got loaded and was on my way with no dragging of feet. My previous experience was much the same.I have no reservations in recommending this company to whomever needs their products and/or services.
