Its amazing the bargains you can get at this store. The staff is very friendly and willing to negotiate on the prices. Plus it helps a good cause...Habitat for Humanity of Smith County. We try to stop by every few weeks as the merchandise changes every day.

Found a kitchen sink I liked so asked price and was told $35.00. We decided to look around for a farm sink instead, but did not find anything we liked at Lowes or Home Depot. By that time it was too late to go back to the Restore, so I went back the next morning to pick up the $35.00 one. When I got there the man we had spoken to the day before was not there and another young man decided to change the price to $100.00. What the heck! The price went up $65.00 in less than 24 hours?

Staff is so friendly and willing to help with your needs. Got a bed and a huge rug from them and we love both. The bed was brand new and it is so comfortable its like sleeping on a cloud and the rug goes with our rustic theme and we fell in love it really sets off our living room.

Horrible customer service, way too overpriced. I willingly go out of my way to visit the restore in Longview over the one in Tyler!

Their prices are so high on furniture, etc.... This place has changed so much over the years and contractors get first dibs on cabinets, etc.....

I have had multiple shopping experiences with these folks and find reasonable deals while helping others. The larger the purchase, the more they are willing to work with you on the price. I just bought ten used windows for $35 each. List price for their store was $50 each. They tend to be more flexible on donated items vs. their retail. We also have had good experience with returns if needed with receipt within ten days. Will do more business with them in the future.

Great place to get used construction supplies at a reasonable price. You can also make an offer on items that seem unusually priced or if you are buying a large supply.

The last time I went here was to buy some 2x4 s. They are under $4 a piece at Lowes, so I figured I could get used ones for around $1. The fellow there laughed at me when I said that and said they are $34 each. Then he went to his buddies and they agreed with him. Needless to say I left empty handed and am in no hurry to ever go back!
