Theres an Autozone about a mile up the road with a little more parking and a little bigger selection but I try to go to this one because the service just cant be beat. Was just there earlier today and the manager (didnt catch his name) helped me pick out oil for my old car thats constantly leaking a little bit. After helping me pick a brand of oil and, hearing that my car has been leaking a bit for a while, he recommended an oil additive that might be able to stop the leak. Looking forward to trying it out but either way the staffs dedication to helping out every customer that walks through the door is very much appreciated!

Some of the best customer service Ive had at a parts place. The manager Ken will go above and beyond for his customers. As with all parts places some of he staff is more knowledgeable than others and they have a lot of employees. I always see them helping customers out to their vehicles.

Ever every time I go into this location manager Ken is so awesomely nice and helpful! he always has given me answers to any questions and mechanics numbers and told me where I can possibly go ...and told me specifically what I dealing with and he always knows where everything is and shows you too! or if he didnt know and what other options were and hes just really smart and willing to help all the time it seems like thanks Ken u deserve a raise

Great customer service provided at this store, especially from Luis C. I went in not knowing exactly what to use, and he took time to ask me questions on type & year of my car. This way he was able to provide me the exact product I needed. He carried himself so professional, respectful and with a great smile, even with the mask on. Phillip was the epitome of GREAT customer service. I was almost thought I was at Chick-fil-a and had to remember that I was at Auto zone. We didn’t know how to change our windshield wipers and he happily came outside IN THE RAIN at night and demonstrated the whole entire process to us. I had a recent excellent experience with Ken, the manager, who helped us fish out a misplaced brake light bulb instead of having us buy a new bulb. They really took the time to help us out and avoid the extra cost. In addition Ken was finished with a shift and on his way home and still took the time to help us out. Excellent service here will definitely come back here the next time I have any auto needs!

I went for some parts, paid and they told me that they had them in 24 hours, I went that they did not have them and that the warehouse was in inventory and they did not know exactly when my order was, what a disappointment.

I just got off the phone after speaking with Ken, he was amazing. Im attempting to fix my break for the first time myself and he was giving me lots of advice and extremely helpful.I am grateful for his customer service and this will be my go to store in the future.

Today I came in looking for a headlight bulb I needed for my 2005 Toyota Corolla Le. Joaquin saw that I was looking confused and offered to help me what I was looking for. He also asked if I was currently driving the vehicle too see if I needed assistance changing the bulb on my car. He saw thought my other bulb was not as bright and recommended I switch them both. So I bought the other one as well and now thanks to the great service I received from Joaquin I’m back on the road with new working bulbs. I would highly recommend this location and If he’s there ask for Joaquin.

I don’t leave reviews...even bad ones, however every once in a while you come across an individual that brightens your day. Ken the manager is about as cool as the other side of the pillow. I owned my own hotrod shop for years and I’ve learned to hate these shops. However I can vouch for ken that not only does he know is trade he also goes above and beyond to help you (which is rare these days). Anyway...i would give ten stars if I could:)

Convenient store for auto parts

Im not great with cars, so I decided to come here for some assistance. I needed help with replacing both of my break lights and got the best help that I needed! Had to go around the parking lot three times to find a parking space but it was worth it. I walked in, received immediate help from an associate named Juan, even received his help with replacing the light bulbs and was out in less than 10 minutes. Small store, but awesome service and awesome staff

I needed to change my windshield wiper blades so Phil asked me the make and model of my car, looked up the sizes of my wipers, guided me through the different choices rang me up, went out to my car with me and changed them for me. It all took about 5 minutes. Phil was so pleasant and helpful. I had a very positive experience at this AutoZone.

I went in to have my car scanned to determine the cause of my check engine light being on. The employee that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable as well as professional. He answered all my questions and even gave me a detailed printout.

There is one individual that was following me around the store profiling me I think his name was Michael. I have been coming to this store for years and I never have been treated so poorly.

This was my first time at this Autozone location and my experience there was amazing! Joaquin went above and beyond what I expected. He knew exactly which battery I needed for my car and took the time to help me replace it. My terminal was so corroded and tightly screwed on, it took a while to get it out but Joaquin didnt mind getting down and dirty with the battery terminal. I would definitely recommend this Autozone to everyone.

I used to live by the AutoZone on garden Grove boulevard and harbor. is very convenient for me to go there but the customer service was horrible!! I lived in the area of Tustin for 2 years and every time I go to this AutoZone customer service is phenomenal. Highly recommended
