This review is specifically for Service.I scheduled a service appointment for October 1st online. I arrived on time for appointment and was told to wait in vehicle for a service advisor. I waited probably 10 minutes before being greeted by Jorge Mendoza. We walked over to Jorges desk to discuss the service appointment. He advised that for the service (40k service oil change, tire rotation, etc) it would be about 1.5 to 2 hours. I thought that was long but he explained they were the largest dealer in the area and were extremely busy. I took a seat in the waiting area while the service was being completed. Overall, it took a little over an hour and half. Jorge went over the multi point inspection noting everything was fine, all marked green on the inspection form he gave me. The paperwork noted that the tech, Erick Rios, performed an oil change, tire rotation and checked and topped off ALL fluids.Which brings to my surprise only 26 days later when my low washer fluid light is now in my vehicle.How do I know that any service was actually performed on my vehicle?I will not be returning to Tustin Toyota as they dont seem to be able to complete a simple task as checking and filling washer fluid.

I was at this dealership yesterday for a tire rotation and inspection from my Toyota care. It took them 2 hours with an appointment. Wow right! While I was there I inquired about the new 2022 Toyota 4Runner, the salesperson said the price around $54,000 with a mark up of $25,000. These people are liars and cheats!!!!I emailed them and another sales person said it would be $68,934 with a discount mark up of only $15,000. These people are crazy.DO Not come here or give them your business!

I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I did my application online and when I got to the dealership I asked for Hannah. Hanna helped me, she answer all my question and I was in and out within an hour. Everything went smooth and that’s exactly what I wanted!!!! I walked away happy with the car i wanted. He answered all our questions and we discussed the price of car over the phone and he kept his word when we came to the showroom unlike other dealers wherr thry say something and do something else.I got Rav 4 Prime SE. Its amazing car. I already drove 150 miles without single penny spent on Gas. So if you want to save your pocket and environment, rav4 prime is the car. At the same time it gives you flexibility if you want to take longer driver than daily usual stuff.Again go for this dealer and you wont regret it. Look for Ray.

I had a flat tire on the freeway and needed two new tires. One dealership didn’t have the tires I needed for my Prius.Went to Tustin Toyota the next day. They were very busy but happily agreed to fix my problem. They drove me home on their shuttle and had my car ready at the end of the day - with a car wash thrown in!Dave was terrific in getting everything handled! I learned that on this busy Saturday, the Tustin team hand 260 appointments and served 300 customers! Really a tremendous effort by this amazing team! If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Worse customer service ever. There was a very particular vehicle. I got there and saw 3 sales Associate just walking around talking to themselves (I assume they were on their phones). I respectfully kept browsing and entered the showroom. I noticed most associates where in polo shirts but a couple of gentleman well dressed just walked right by me, even after making eye contact. Later I noticed someone who literally just parked, got out of her car and that well dressed man approached her even before she could walk through the showroom floor. He asked if she had been helped then called someone on the phone and it was one of the associate who literally was the same associate who noticed me browsing the lot while he was on his phone and kept walking away from me. Then the well dressed gentleman literally walked away once he handed the lady who walked in after me, he walked by me and didnt even say a single thing to me. After and additional 20 minutes of waited. A sales totally different sales Associate noticed me and asked if Ive been helped, I responded no. He told me he is currently with customer but will gladly help me or will find someone, he then entered the elevator. After 10 minutes of standing in front of the elevator, he came down with customers. I did over hear him tell them thank you for their business and etc. Then he literally walked away from me didnt even bother helping me. He just went outside to have a smoke. I wasted a total of 45 minutes of the worst sales team. There were at least 13 associates that I see and counted and about half of them were sitting, standing or walking around doing nothing. Worse part was there was someone sitting behind the customer relations desk that kept looking at me, when I semi approached he would get on the phone, apparently customer relations isnt for in person!

A little on the slow side at times. Good facility if you have to wait. Sandwich shop and coffee although there was no coffee as I sat for 4 hours. The shuttle didn’t work for me since I live in Huntington Beach, 14 miles away. Overall I’m happy with my choice of Toyota dealers. I got screwed by the one in Huntington beach years ago so I never went back.

Where do I start? Tustin Toyota beats every dealership out there in customer care, deals and inventory. My father and I had the pleasure of meeting Jesus De La Luz on Saturday afternoon after visiting 10 dealerships in a single day (FYI: The car shortage is real) from the very beginning Jesus made us feel very comfortable. We stumbled upon my dream car a Rav4 XSE prime while walking across the lot to actually go see another car (Imagine that!) I thought we had found it in Norwalk Toyota but they were rude and disrespectful. Once we put in a deal we met with Johnny Q, and he really cares about his customers. He does not want you to leave there empty handed, and we didnt! I want to give a huge thanks to Johnny Q and Jesus for all of their help, they made this process smooth, comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend this place!

Started working with CODY CARTER about 3 months ago. Took a couple of weeks to know which car I was looking for. Then it was time to talk numbers and lock in pricing ( per Cody if locked in before next month still good for current months rates / rebates). Had no problem communicating though text as he would respond within an hour or so after each text. Waited 2 months for the car to be manufactured and shipped. Past 2 weeks been trying to get a hold of the guy and nothing!called dealer/ texted multiple times and no response! I Would have my friends call and pose as new customers and he would call them back instantaneously ! Called manager and complained regarding issue and he texts 10 mins later saying car won’t be manufactured due to Covid. Checked inventory 2 days later and car is on the lot! All of this non sense just so they can sell car for a couple of grand more!

Leasing a new car from Tustin Toyota is very pleasant experience.Kevin Ngo is very professional staff. Without his help, we would not make decision to get the car early. At beginning, Kevin welcomed me and encouraged me to test the new car even though I just wanted to look around. Then he showed me the clear price list for the possible car. The price was reasonable within the budget. He also offered to pay my old leasing car’s last month payment and rest of fee. Because of nice meeting with Kevin, next day, my wife and I came again to have a further look. Kevin was very patient for our questions. After testing driving, comparing the performance/price ratio, we finally upgraded our choice and have a very satisfied car.After several days, I found the caps of the tire are missing because of they were loose. THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I found a rare MASERATI GranTurismo MC Sport at a completely different dealership across the country in Delaware. (Tustin Toyota has no affiliation with the dealership that had the Maserati and doesnt even normally deal in these types of cars). This specific Maserati was the last of this kind and the only one available in the country! I immediately made a call to Chris and literally within an hour, Chris Lahange (credit), Anthony Pitassi (Finance Manager), CW (Buyer) and Oswaldo collaborated to broker the deal for me, FedExed a check overnight to the other dealership and arranged to have it safely transported across the country to Tustin Toyota in an enclosed transport truck. They received the car Monday and did an inspection with a fine-tooth comb, did safety and inspection and smog and re-detailed it. I showed up to Tustin Toyota yesterday to find my beautiful perfect Maserati waiting for me with a big fat red bow on it! Literally all I had to do was make the initial call, agree to the UNBELIEVABLE financing that Chris got me, show up to sign paperwork in 5 minutes (EXACTLY what was discussed; no surprises with cost or fees or financing) and drive off in my new car! I thought the process of trying to purchase a car would have changed from the stereotypical ways in the past--not at Tustin Toyota--they are unethical. I have also leased and owned other brands--it’s very satisfying to be back at a dealership which makes one feel like a part of a happy and functional family. The facility was clean and observing the Pandemic Guidelines, there was plenty of room for distancing and everyone wore masks throughout the process. I felt comfortable and safe. Leasing my new vehicle at Tustin Toyota was a very pleasing and stress-free experience.

Loren, worked with me to accommodate my schedule, explained the cost and why it was so much and was prepared when I showed. The work was done in less time than had been quoted and I was appreciative for that aspect of the service experience. Loren was sensitive to the COVID restrictions and that was good to experience.

Yesterday was my first time stepping into Tustin Toyota, boy oh boy what can i say about their customer service, they made sure we were helped correctly they also made sure we were satisfied with the selection of the car we were looking for. They have so many variety of selections of car they will guide you on the car of your dreams. You will most definitely leave with a huge smile on your face. Other dealers will have you in there for hours on a empty stomach starving but not Tustin they will make sure while your waiting to sign the paperwork get everything settle they will make sure you are well fed. Bought my first Toyota there last year, and just had my first service. People there are extremely nice and helpful. Not only did they provide A+++ service, but they also gave me a free shuttle ride after hour and washed my car. Even the Tustin location is a little far for me, but I still go there because I had a much better experience there than the other dealers, no wonder they are the best selling Toyota in SoCal.

We have been going to Tustin Toyota for at least 19 years. Their service is terrific and they are very accommodating to our issues. They have a very comfortable and spacious waiting room. We are very happy with Tustin Toyota and our service with Tom Higgins.

Stay away from this place. The quote I got online said I was qualified for the college grad program but when I showed up in person, the salesman told me I was not even though I brought my transcript and all related document. I was in need of a car for my new job and didnt want another inquiry on my credit report, otherwise, I wouldve come to other dealership. This is just another bait and switch play. Im so sick of it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I ordered a Mirai in April 2021. We told the salesman when we could pick up the car, which at the time was not on the lot. The car arrived early and the calls to come in sooner than the agreed upon date began. When we did arrive to pick up the car, the salesman only spoke to my husband, completely ignored me. When we sat down with the financing guy, he for some reason insisted on calling me Mom throughout our time in his office. Lastly, as a part of the package of offers we received, we are entitled to 15 days of free car rental. Despite leaving messages for over a week, no one will return our calls so that we can arrange for our needed rental car. The ONLY positive thing in dealing with this dealership is the car itself, which we love. The people, the service...we will never go near Tustin Toyota again.

Worst experience with Toyota Ive ever had. I bought a used certified vehicle and found out that there was damage to the windshield wiper hose when I drove it off the lot. Turns out it was chewed up by rodents. Guess what? Not covered under bumper to bumper warranty and dealership wouldnt fix it. Then find out the car I traded in for my new vehicle is being used by the dealership to drive around on the toll roads and not paying. I get a letter from the toll road company saying they are putting a hold on my ability to register this car as well as sending the 1000s of dollars of toll violations to the credit bureau. I will never refer anyone here, ever!

Traded in my old F-150 Truck six months ago. Tustin Toyota never completely paid off my trade in, now I am stuck with the bill and is going to collections....no one returns my calls or responds to my emails in this place. I will never do business again in this dealership. Worst experience ever. Tried contacting the GM of the dealership to address the issue, I was told he is never there and he never talks to customers directly.Ford finance is now threatening to take me to collections and ruin my credit due to the lack of follow up from Tustin Toyota staff.

David (Sales Manager) went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a new Toyota: he was super responsive over text to work through the numbers and land on a fair price before I stepped in the door. At the dealership, there were no surprises - all the paperwork lined up with that price, and with his associate Brandon’s help, I was out the door with the keys in just over an hour. My 2020 Camry with 1400 miles on the odometer failed to start as in the starter motor no sound and all electrical was dead. I got it jump started and made an appointment with Tustin Toyota for a check up. Got there at 10:00 am. The tech writer said it would take up to 3 hours to test the battery and electrical system. After 3 hours sitting in the waiting area he came to me and said it would be another hour because the diagnosis was a software/firmware update. He was accurate in this estimate and my car was ready in less than a hour. In reading the printout of the repair there was a total of 45 minutes charged to warranty. Why was I sitting there for 4 hours. The Camry has been fine since.

Walked on to the lot to look. Saw a Tundra I loved and Mario turned my dream into a reality. Not only was the deal completed in under 2 hours, the staff was nice, we ate free lunch and got a deal I could not believe. What a great dealership and experience. I am a customer for life.

Dont recommend this dealer. Tommy Trapp was a pushy sales man, tried to convince me to buy something I didnt want. As part of car deal, I had them fix some scratches. Job was not done correctly whatsoever. Car never even left their parking lot to go to a proper auto body shop. They ended up doing the job in the parking lot of the dealer. Paint was not even close to original. For some reason, they delivered the car without the factory floor mats. I would recommend to go elsewhere.

The treatment I received from the so-called Director of Sales, Mario, was terrible. He was making it seem like he was doing me a huge favor with the deal we were trying to work out for a vehicle I was interested in. He came off as aggressive and rude not only towards me but the guests I was accompanied by. At the end the numbers just didnt seem to add up for me and I decided I would try elsewhere. As I was pulling away from the dealership he chased us down to give me one last chance to rethink his offer. I told him No thanks and he said that I would never able to get the truck that I wanted and that was my only opportunity to get it. Less than an hour later not only did I find a better deal I found the exact model and color I was in the market for.

I had an extremely pleasant experience purchasing my Camry here from Cody Carter, Abid Mohsin, and Sam Jin. Ive done a lot of research comparing prices from Longo, Moss Bros, and other dealerships, and Tustin Toyota has beaten all their quotes all the time. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. This dealership is HUGE and theres even a Subway inside, but the place is kept clean with plenty of places to sit and I had excellent customer service here. Thanks!

STAY AWAY from this place! They bait and switch. They made my family wait 2 hours only to add 5k on to of the sticker price. They could have told us when we were looking at the car. Complete waste of time.
