They do not know what they are doing and they try to get more money out of you better of buying a new tv then going with them

They fixed my TV is in a week and it works great! The price was reasonable and I highly recommend AAA to anyone who needs a TV replaced or repaired.

I tried to call to request service and was told that my screen is cracked and that is unfixable - while i tried to tell the gentleman repeatedly that the screen is not broken and he insisted on interrupting me and talking over me so that i couldnt explain, and he refused to listen. All of this took place over the phone, without him ever looking at the television in question. I tried 4 times to explain that the *diffuser screen* behind the glass screen is what has a problem, and that its a different part, and his response was just whats that?Lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism coupled with a disinterest in listening or understanding spoken language doesnt serve this business well.I believe i noticed a previous review stating that this gentleman is not interested in new business. I would tend to agree. His manner was rude and definitely didnt encourage patronizing his business.

Drop tv off on November 27th. Been trying to get a hold of them since then, no response, no call back and message box is full.They cashed our diagnosis check for $35. Worst of the worst going to take them to small claims court for the 75” Samsung. Drove there many time business is shut down. Horrible

Sam is an excellent repairman. He worked quickly and effectively (with a fair price) to fix my Television. I couldnt believe the TV was fixed in just a few hours. So he is not tied into a big corporate delay thing that seems prevalent in this trade. Two Big Thumbs up for AAA Universal TV Repair.

I visited yesterday with an issue involving my TV and its original stand. I phoned the store ahead of driving there to ensure they were open as it was Veterans Day and caught the gentleman just as he was about to close for an early day. After describing the issue and that I was about ten minutes away, he stayed open for me and was able to address the issue very quickly once I arrived.The store is small and not very well marked from the outside, but if you can find your way there, this gentleman is full of knowledge, has parts for all types of TVs, and will take great care of you.

This was a great experience for me they fixed my TV in a timely manner and they where great at explaining everything I recommend you bring your TV in so that you can get the great friendly customer service that I got

I needed someone to program a new TV that had been installed by a handymen. I had gone to Home Advisor and Angies List and nobody contacted me. Sam was not able to answer the phone when I called but with caller ID he called me right back. He came to my home the next day and took care of my problem. His price was competitive and his service was exceptional. Nice guy and I would highly recommend him. Thanks, Sam!!

Tiny little shop crammed to the rafters with electronics. While you wonder how Sam can find anything there, you are oddly comforted that he probably has any and everything he will need to fix your TV. Very pleasant proprietor and his $20 diagnostic fee (applicable to repair if needed) is very reasonable. The problem we had with our TV magically fixed itself in his hands so we did not need a repair afterall. He was very prompt. I would not hesitate to use his services again if the need arose.

Someone answered phone and was short with replies as if I was an inconvenience to them, unprofessional, and didn’t even acknowledge my request to speak with a manager. Just asked in broken English what I called for, and again where am I calling from..... not sure why that is important and certainly not a good first impression, you clearly were not listening to me. And then I was brushed off as my reason was not important. Guess business is good and new business is not needed there....C’est la vie

Not so happy with the service I received. First time I hauled my 60 inch to his store to get the bulbs repaired. It was repaired within a week. I took it home, turned it on and there was white spots all over the screen. I just dealt with the spots. Two weeks later the tv did the same thing I originally brought it in the store for. The whole screen went black. So I had to haul it back to sams shop for a second repair since it wasn’t repaired the right way the first time. The only thing i didn’t mind was I didn’t have to pay again for the repair, considering I paid the first time and two weeks later the tv went out again. I got my tv back and the screws that were in the stand weren’t the original screws I left him with. the mounting brackets on the back that mount on to my wall were gone as well. I called him and told him about the brackets and he said he would look for them. He said he had some and didn’t know which ones were mine so I went to his shop again to see which ones were mine. Ended up taking some brackets that weren’t even mine and aren’t the original brackets for my tv. I only give him a one star. I feel like the service could have been WAY better and more professional considering how much money I spent fixing the tv and how many trips I took to his store. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and I will take myBusiness else where next time.UPDATE *****Have had the tv back after 4 days of getting it the SECOND TIME from this man and now the sound went out!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY$$$$$$$
