I had quite a serious issue with my iPhone last week. I booked online and was able to get in within one hours time. I dealt with several members on the team all of which were sweet, knowledgeable and respectful. Cameron, Fred, Travis, Mike and manager Abbey were able to rectify my issue as a team which saved my business dealings. Since it took awhile, I really got a feel for this facility and was pretty wow’d with the collective employee authenticity. Good people that I am so grateful for.

This store is hot garbage! I went in to see the geniuses to have my wifes laptop fixed. This was about 12:15 pm. I was told by one of the folks in a blue shirt that my wait would be about 20 to 30 minutes. The store looked busy, so I gave them some leeway. I sat outside for an hour and a half. Went into the store to see if I was anywhere near being seen. Im then told that my appointment was at 5 pm. At NO time was I notified that my appointment was at 5. Thanks for wasting my time!

Staff is very knowledgeable and most of the time helps you out or stays with you to find a solution that is best for the customer. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt but at least they try. One time however I felt very marginalized.. so I guess it depends who is working and who you get to see. Wncironment and surrounding Location is great even though there should be one more centrally located in Tucson.

Useless store! Steve Jobs would roll in his grave if he knew how his products and services were being handled by the degenerate millennials. Ms. Ochoa was useless. She calls herself a mgr. Nothing but incompetent. I purchased a beautiful new desk stop online because they have no product in house. What a disaster! Chris was the worst. He calls himself a mgr. but clearly Doug the associate was the real MVP! Al, totally rude. I was told my computer included a free pair of Air pods. Buyer beware, my card was charged even though an associate told me those pods were free. This whole situation turned into a nightmare. I will never return. And Chris, you should not tell your customers to leave. You just lost a customer and a $3,000.00 sale. Idiots not geniuses!

I have been here twice. I really like this apple store they are super efficient and super helpful. I bought my Apple Watch and traded up an old iPhone for a newer one of my favorite color. They really helped explain the process of trading in and buying the watch and the iPhone. They also were really helpful in explaining how to set them up when I needed it. They also made it super easy to get into the apple store due to being able to get appointments online and schedule through there to make the wait less time for me when I got to the store. Overall a super nice store. Really nice staff and given me great customer experience every time I have come in.

So, today (Sept 25) I went to the El Cantada Apple store with the intention of purchasing a new MacBook Pro 16” . . .And I realize that the new iPhone was released yesterday, but it’s VERY poor policy to not have a walk-up and purchase (& leave) queue. .The only assistance I required was a person to ring it up. . . But because off their current policy. . . A $2000-3000 sale walked out the door. . .(((Who goes to a brick and mortar store to make a purchase only to be told they need to schedule an appointment to make a purchase. . . Poor policy)))

Apple has gone to new levels of hooking their customers. They’ve got all the psychological data they know every angle for extorting and exploiting their customers and all major regions of the world. Nothing is reigning them in, they’re too big with too many dependents and they’re working in concert with major infrastructure to manipulate us all. Not sure how to shake the dependency on this company being how interconnected they are, hoping some bone of conscience comes over them and they awaken to the idea that our shared mission is to care for and create quality of life for the whole of humanity and all sentient life.

My MacBook stopped working. So I went to the apple store in the La Encantada mall. There were people outside helping and asking about the reason of the visit. I told them my mac is not working. They told me it is by appointment and gave me an appointment the same day. I came back to the appointment and they checked me in and one of the specialists help me. He checked the mac and run a diagnostic test for it. And then told me they can fix it in the store or send it out which is faster. I decided to send it out and return it to the store not home. The service was fast and the mac came back in 3 days. This mac had a special warranty and it didn’t cost me anything. I am really happy with the service I received. Thank you!

During these unprecedented times, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain a true social distance at stores with a normal large volume of customers. Apple is always clean, efficient and gets you in and on your way. Sure, the line and appointments can be frustrating but it is all in good intention on keeping everyone safe and following protocol. Good job Apple! Can a store get even cleaner and more efficient? I think they just proved that.

Customer service is not consistent. Some days you will be treated like a peon, some days you will get treated like a human. The associate I had been set up with had barely any concern for my situation and didn’t mentioned any of the help that I apparently was qualified for. Current store manager has slim to no intentions to better the environment for customers as long as you buy and get out.

We were visiting and my sisters phone messed up so they went early to get it fixed first she was told that she had to make app. Being that were from SA. Tx visiting the Casino she asked if they could please help she really needed her phone she was very grateful for Isabella that took the extra time to assist her and for this reason my sister and brother in law were very grateful ! Its employees like Isabella that make your company great!!!! My sisters name is Rose Juarez and we were so happy it got fixed we heard her all day long Now a days who can go with out a phone.

It was busy and all the employees stopped working to celebrate something for about 20 minutes. Im also pretty sure they were over capacity on people in that small space and would probably violate some sort of fire code. The hard concrete was uncomfortable to stand on and they had no seating.

Worst service ever! I have brought my Mac down 2x now and have been turned down. Today I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and they would not help me. I just paid over $1k for this Mac and can’t get a person to help me. Worst service lady was very rude I’ll never buy another Apple product as long as I live.

Worst Customer Service EVER.3rd time we attempt to purchase a phone, they keep canceling the order without notifying. The first time we got to the store just to be treated by the security guard in a very rude way. Later the “specialist” told us that they didn’t have the product that I had to wait for a confirmation email that we never got. We went the second time after calling and being informed that we didn’t need an appointment, again the lady at the door was extremely rude and ask us to gat an appointment. 3rd time we order on line (again) and the canceled the order again! No notifications….

Will never go back again. Had a super rude and low class greeting at the door by a woman covered in head to toe tattoos. Told to wait outside for my appointment. Its odd how they are worried about customer safety when half the sales staff and customers are not wearing masks. When I did wait outside, people were being taken out of order. They took a guy in the store who had an appointment after mine. I left and will never be back again.

Brought my phone in for camera repair. They said itll take 1 and a half hours and its covered by Apple Care. Cool. I come back, they said 5-10 more minutes. Fine. I wait around outside, no updates, go back up 20 minutes later, they say they need more time. 20 minutes later someone said they replaced the camera and theyre running final diagnostics, just another 10 minutes. A half hour later someone comes out saying they replaced the batter (without giving an explanation why) and they replaced the camera and somehow the touch screen stopped working and other things apparently were broken, and they had a replacement for me. The replacement of course was not charged so they had me wait another 20 minutes before i went up to the line again to see what was taking awhile and they didnt even bother making sure it activated fine or helping me with restoring my phone info. And now Im spending the rest of the day and night restoring the phone. Terrible service without being clear of what happened and why they had to do what they did just to end with them rushing me out with a replacement after they wasted my afternoon. Honestly seems like they broke my phone and were relieved i had a warranty so that it can be replaced. Didnt even give me other options like if I wanted to trade it in for an upgrade or anything, just rushed me out with the replacement.

Apple just told me sorry I can’t help you recover your “APPLE account”. I need the receipt from your deceased grandfather that gave it to you or your memories are all lost. So if you lose you Apple ID or account and don’t have you receipt, that apple device is useless. Beware don’t spend to much on apple products it might be a waist if your human and you might forget you information.

This is the second time since Covid-19 that I stopped by the Apple store only to feel extremely uncomfortable when greeted by the females at the door! They are very rude and prejudice and does it in a discreet manner. This is the second time and it’s unprofessional. Management needs to monitor the way they treat certain people.

Made an appt with the Genius team as my iPhone battery was not staying charged - was fully prepared to purchase a new battery. My Genius was exactly that - he changed some settings to reduce usage and when I got home, I uninstalled an app that was being a complete pig. A week later, I am still amazed that I am not having to charge my battery nearly as frequently as before. Thanks for the great service and not selling me something I didnt need yet!

Went to do a return of an item that was accidentally sent to me. I don’t live particularly close to this store so it was a bit of a trek to get there. When I got there, security told me to wait to go inside (because of Covid-19 safety reasons, I get it and it was fine). But then the employee outside helping get people checked in told me that there was a wait time of 30-45 mins just for a return. I was trying to let the employee know that the item wasn’t a return for problems but because it was sent to me in error. It didn’t help. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and every time, there are wait times that seem unreasonable (even years before covid). This store has the “rude, snobby” vibe and I’ll probably go out of my way, even more, to go to a store in a different city. Pretty disappointed.

I was sitting there for a couple minutes and I don’t know if it it’s because I am a Mexican or transgender women but the manager made me feel not welcome and not safe . the manager name is CHRIS M . He saids he’s the manager but I did not see a drop of empathy or respect towards me .It’s like if he was ashamed of me even sitting in one of the chairs. He let me se sit there for the longest time and no one even approached me . Employers are just standing around not really helping anyone . This has never happend to me and I’ve been an apple junkie since iPhone 4 . This people’s customer services skills are the worst. I am totally gonna change to Android APPLE LIES AND IT MAKES U Pay for a service u cant even get . They make it very difficult for people to even want to go back .

I was slightly reprimanded by the young lady working at the store today in Tucson. I took a sip of water and she said “Please don’t take your MASK off. We don’t allow drinking water in the store ....” as per Covid (I have both my shots.) How woke . It was a bad customer experience. Apple - you’re sliding - had a ten grand budget to spend today. Very difficult to work with at the Tucson la encantada location.It is the only apple store in tucson, and the employees treat the customers like such. We all realize there are covid rules to follow. My wifes mask was well over her nose and the service rep kept correcting her to raise it further (even correcting her as she was on a call to get the information she needed, because the store wouldnt help locate product from other apple locations. It felt as if the rep enjoyed treating people poorly because we had nowhere else to go. At this point we will not purchase anymore apple, just so we dont have to be treated poorly again.

All I needed was a new charger since my genuine Apple charger that was 2 months old was no longer working. I pay monthly for Apple Care it’s under warranty! I drive 30 miles one way with my completely dead iPhone to the Apple store. I’m met at the door by two security guards that inform me I have to have an appointment! For a charger. I explain that I just have my iPhone and it’s completely dead. I can’t call or go online to make an appointment. I’m standing outside the store now. Can’t someone just get me a new charger?! Nope they can’t! If I could leave negative stars I would! My new genuine Apple charger shouldn’t have failed after 2 months of use! And I should have been able to just get a new one. I ended up stopping at a Verizon store, I don’t even have Verizon service. The lady took my dead iPhone checked the port to see if it was clean used the stores genuine Apple charger to see if it worked and tada! It did. Then she goes in the back gets a new genuine Apple Charger hands it to me free of charge. It took her literally minutes to solve the issue for someone that’s not even one of her customers. That is how customer service is done! I understand not letting every walk up customer into the store but an Apple employee can easily do what this lady did while the customer waits outside.

This store’s manager seriously needs to come up with a better system for walk ups/ins. I just went to this store to buy a charger. I did not know it was by appointment or online order/store pick up only. I was directed to make an appointment or try store pick up. The next appointment they had was in two days. (I’m 20ft away from the store and only 3 people in line, twice as many employees as customers inside and there wasn’t a lot of people inside). I tried to order online for store pick up and would have had to wait hours. During my time outside researching all of this, I heard several people walking up needing products also and being in the same situation I was in. In the end, we all walked away. Your store just lost a lot of money and customer satisfaction in a very short time. I can’t even imagine how much you lost in a whole day. Multiply that by however many days you keep this failed process up. Super easy to maintain Covid safe procedures while allowing for walk ups/ins too. Could have just had a separate booth for people who needed products, order at the booth outside, apple employee walks inside, gets product, walks back to booth, and you pay for it right there. I love Apple products to death but what’s crazy to me is how now you have to schedule a 1 on 1 shopping time with an Apple tech and still learn nothing about the product you’re buying. I was better off ordering online instead of scheduling what I thought was going to be an educational 1 on 1 experience. The only thing the employee seemed to be interested in was me buying my $850 product, asking no questions about it and leaving.

Couldnt really call in advance since I had no service so I had a two hour wait to talk with someone. Never fun but Cris was so nice and made my frustration go away. After driving 20 minutes to the store I was approached by one of the sells people that let me know otherwise. I shouldn’t have to waste my time to come to the store because of employees inability to know basic information. Do better.

Sales woman was horrible. I told her that I was here to buy a new computer. I brought in my crashed MacBook Pro and seagate external hard drive and told her that I needed to transfer my data from the external hard to the new computer. She said that it would require another appointment, or I could just call 1800myapple and get step by step guidance to do it at home. That was fine. I asked her twice: What do I need to know about this computer? What can you tell me about this and how is it different from my MacBookPro? I wish she had told me that scrolling was different and wish she mentioned that there are no USB ports.I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes, new computer in hand. At home when ready to transfer data from my external hard drive back up, was when I discovered no port- and I had VERY SPECIFICALLY TOLD her and SHOWED her my intention. She was not the least helpful and I had wished for someone more competent .

Its the only Apple Store in the Tucson area; and as such, its always crowded. The staff-members you encounter upon entry are generally very friendly, but rather ubiquitous in the sense that theres at least three or four sales associates congregating on the floor, but its nearly impossible to get anyone to help you in a timely manner. Walk-ins for Apple service rarely happen on the same day at this store, and its best to make an appointment in advance using Apples service app.The saving grace for using this Apple Store is the fact that the tax rate in this shopping center is lower than anywhere else in the Tucson metro area, this is something to consider if you going to make a large purchase over the Internet (using your home ZIP code as the billing address). The sales tax rate at this store is 6.1% versus the regional average of 8.7%.Sprint phone customers purchasing unlocked iPhones historically have activation problems, but this isnt an Apple imposed issue and shouldnt be viewed in anyway as a knock against this store. If you wish to avoid the crowds, plan on visiting or shopping at this store during the weekdays before 1 PM - you can usually get your business done within 30 minutes. Weekends and the week before Christmas are notoriously crowded at any time of the day.

Disappointed. You can not shop in store, the only interaction I had was with a security guard who told us to go to their sister store Best Buy. He said Best Buy had all the same items at comparable prices. Wish there was a notice on the Apple website to tell us the stores were not open for shopping, it would have save a 2 hour round trip.

Purchased the new iPhone 12 Max Pro on release date and picked it up this morning. Traded in my IPhone XS Max to receive credit for it. Then drove 30 minutes back home because I needed WiFi to update and restore my new phone. Waited almost 2 hours for everything to update and restore, just to know that I don’t even have cellular data because the specialist at Apple completely disregarded giving me my SIM card. Now I have to drive back another 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional and unsatisfied with their service.

I would like to give this apple store zero stars. I would like to give the apple store employee who is currently working and determining which individual gets to go in and who is turned away negative stars!!!!! I went to the store today hoping to have them evaluate my apply systems storage issue that has been bothering me for months, even after I bought apple icloud storage. And if it turns out it is a problem with my phone, I was going to trade in my phone and upgrade it. I knew the apple store is always busy so I was willing to wait few hours to get my phone checked and a solution to my problem that I was having for months. I show up to the apple store. The lady who is working ignores me and talks to the another individual who came in after me. I heard her tell the individual to wait in line, they will be helped. After few moments I get the ladys attention and she asks me why I am here. Try to explain my situation to her, she barely gives me 5 seconds and says I need to pay for the icloud storage. I told her I am already doing that, and then she is like well it sounds like an issue you can handle over the phone, here is our tech support number. And she basically pushed me away and started talking to another individual, who she gave a time estimate and told to wait in line they will be helped. I call the number the lady gave me, they said they couldnt help much because they cant see the issue my phone is having. they suggest I go to the apple store if fully clearing the phone and restarting it doesnt work.I am very hurt and upset that this lady didnt even consider to understand my problem. I understand I am not polished, well dressed, wealthy looking, fair skinned as the other individuals who were visiting the store. But I still deserve the respect to be treated fairly and have the chance to go in have my phone checked and buy a newer phone if need. They sold me a defective phone which has to be replaced three different times within a year. When the third one started exhibiting the same behavior as the first two I attempted once again to get a replacement. Apple only would honor the warranty on the original device which is now a few months past one year. So now I’m stuck with a defective device which I paid over $1000 for and Apple turns their back on me. I will NEVER spend another penny on anything this unethical company peddles.

I called the store three different times to get a hold of somebody there you get nothing but Recording. Then I walk in a half hour before closing and they won’t take my items to be repaired I live miles away from any Apple Store and would have save me a lot of time driving over here to get my equipment fixed had they answered their phones I did not realize a business could get so big that they no longer take care of their customers. Very comfortable, clean environment with higher end shops that I am so thankful are here in Tucson such as Lululemon, Athleta, Madewell, Free People, Blue Mercury, etc. During the covid pandemic, Ive noticed that there are no lines to get into stores during the weekdays, but weekends can be more hectic and lines to get into some stores can be quite long. I would recommend going during the week if at all possible or have no time constraints on the weekend. Most restaurants appear to be open and offering outside seating.

This store has the worst customer service that Ive seen in a very long time. The staff and the management are some of the rudest people that Ive met. I was trying to help a senior neighbor with his phone and they were no help. They lack empathy at his lack of knowledge of their procedures. They treated him horribly and his phone still doesnt work. I am glad that I dont own any Apple products.

Great store, for the most part. But, you do need to be proactive in planning when you go there. Most of the time its super busy. When I went in yesterday, it was bustling. Good for Apple, but hard when youre trying to talk to an Apple Genius about what I needed!He was a genius, as he recommended we step over to a quieter part of the store, to get our of the overwhelming din that nearly drowned out our conversation.I had gone there a day earlier and my Apple Genius seemed a bit indifferent, as I was only exchanging an Apple Watch band. The majority of Apple Genius staff there are younger, and Id encourage the leadership team at that store to do some advanced customer service training.All in all, I love Apple products and the store is great, just not quite 5 stars. But, alas, for us here in Tucson, its our only choice...unless we want to drive 90 minutes to Scottsdale!

Organized chaos...they really should expand their footprint to separate the learning center from the retail/support. I would strongly recommend ordering online for in-store pickup. Their checkout process is very good!

ABSOLUTELY ALL THE STAFF THERE ARE INCREDIBLE. The woman that checked me in for my appointment was so enthusiastic about her job. I liked the way that my technician connected to me personally, and said we lived in the same neighborhood. He complimented me and he was very outgoing. The environment isn’t stressful as I expected. 6 stars from me.

If I could give apple 0 stars, I would. We took my phone in for a repair, it was a lemon from the get go. Because it was sent off, THEY DID A FACTORY RESET CAUSING ME TO LOSE ALL THE PICTURES OF MY BABIES. WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD DO EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO SALVAGE THE PICTURES AND I LOST EVERYTHING. Went there today and never felt so unwelcome and ignored in my life. Walked in there and you are one more in the crowd. There were 3 or 4 customers service associates playing and no one willing to help. I approached one in the register and I asked something and in a very rude tone he answer and referred me to best buy. I will not come back to this store. Now that I see all the terrible reviews I wonder of apple ever see this or will ever be done something to teach customer service to personnel.

Just went to pick up a new OE charger for a 2010 Macbook Pro. A gentleman man by the name of Charles asked if I needed anything, and I then asked if they carried the older model charger. Charles was very reluctant to help me out, and thanks to there new item request devices. A person from the back can look for the item while your salesperson will be at your side.Coming from a sales background myself, I can personally say Charles was exceptionally informative on his product knowledge, very friendly, and most importantly he listened.If youre in the need of any Apple product whether for work or play. If hes on shift, just ask for Charles.

Verizon referred me here, so I show up and they tell me its going to be at least a 3 hour wait, but they can schedule me for an appointment... 6 days from now. Whatever, Ill wait because what other option do I have.I arrive 10 minutes early, they come to me 15 minutes late. A little frustrating considering there is about a 5 to 1 ratio of employees to customers, but I digress. I describe the problem. I said I already did a restore and it didnt work. She said she will try and maybe it will work. She does a restore. It does not work. So now I have a broken phone and its completely wiped. She comes back to me and says oops, apparently that doesnt work for this issue, and double oops, its out of warranty and you need to pay $300 for a new phone. Odd, because Apples update killed my phone. So now I have to pay $300 for the pleasure of having Apple kill my phone. Very sadistic business model you have there. Anyway, I asked for a manager. It does not instill much confidence when the 20 year old you were just talking to brings another 20 year old to regurgitate what she just said. Ive never been rude to any customer service rep in my entire life as Ive been there, but I just nearly lost that badge of honor.Long story short, I wasted a long time, a lot of gas, and too many miles on my car in order for them to wipe my phone and say oops, please give us $300. 0/10, do not recommend.

My issue was fixed and the employees who helped me were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My main issue is with the store itself. It is torturous to be in there. It is extremely crowded and loud, and there is nowhere to put yourself where you can sort of be out of the way and wait, as needed, for assistance. It truly was a difficult place for me to be.

Horrible customer service first of all I had an appt at 230-2:45pm we get there there person who helped us had no knowledge of anything! We’re waiting line about 15-20 mins to get into the store we get into the store, I go to touch a display and one of the employees rudely told I could touch the display.. their system is horrible!

Very busy store. We had an appointment and still waited 40 minutes. Its very busy every time we go there so not sure there are any off-peak times. Recommend you have an appointment prior to arriving at the store. The mall is great!

Incredibly fast service. I got new iphones in about 3 minutes, but that couldve been because I was purchasing. I am not sure they wouldve been as fast to assist me if I had needed to get something fixed.
