This place is fantastic. Really more people should know about it. Every time Ive gone there the staff are totally friendly and positive and just make you excited about computers computers in general. I just needed some SAT a cables cables and they gave them to me for so much cheaper than the big guys would would do Im talking about $2 cheaper for each one. Theyre very knowledgeable Im very helpful for any questions you have about setting up your computer or whatever it is youre trying to do you must go there Instead of one of the big corporate guys theyre right off Ina near the 10 freeway And theyre right at the end of the strip mall Once again I highly recommend this place to anyone especially the locals.

Wesley was awesome, very helpful and went out of his way to build me a boot USB for all the parts I bought, very happy with the parts I selected slash were recommended and have more stuff on order, great to have a local place to get hardware, if you want hardware get it from here, thanks again and hope the door got fixed, will be back

I went to Smart Parts looking for a oddball cable for my sons gaming computer. To my surprise they actually had one (I had been to 3 other places that did not). Then the wonderful gentleman at the counter wouldnt let me pay for it. Ive never even shopped at his store before. But Ill definitely be back. Thank you!

I have been thinking about building another pc for a while now, and right when decided to pull the trigger on one, James and Wes were a great help every step of the way. They are super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, fixed all of my problems, and tried to give me the best experience possible. I would highly recommend if you are building a pc or are in the market for any cool tech, need something fixed, or just have any tech related question.

Alright ladies and gents, this is my first Google review and boy is it deserved at the highest honor. I saw James had posted an ad on FB marketplace for 5800x CPUs and specifically stated NO SCALPING PRICES and had posted those parts at regular, non scalping price. MSRP if I remember. So I had to check these folks out. I met Wesley when I entered, and he is just the nicest guy I have ever met in a retail setting. Great person to consult on anything PC and tech related and all around super helpful and will not push you into spending money you arent ready to spend. He is more than willing to help you look for what your asking for and just a great conversationalist in general. The guy knows what he is doing. Ive been in twice, two days in a row because they had parts I needed at the right price, and have been helpful every step Ive taken so far. Seriously ladies and gents these people deserve every five star review. I even got to see some of the work one of their techs had done to a customers build and even builds they have on display and I have to say it is definitely some of the best I have ever seen, I dont remember your name as I only heard it once in conversation, but seriously those builds are solid!! I have a few more things to buy which Ill be consulting them on here soon (probably tomorrow who knows 😉) and honestly, Ive got my list on Newegg with the parts but Id much rather give my money to these honest and good people than some mega tech company or companies like Amazon where they let scalpers roam free on their listings. And thats not all people they have a list of services, from parts to custom builds they are the best I have ever interacted with in the industry. 1,000,000/10.P.S. Im pulling folks from around town and the state to shop here and consult them on new builds or tech advice. I recommend them that much over anyone else.

A small personable shop. The guys were very helpful and answered all of my questions and more! James literally pulled a part from one of their builds to sell to me! That is service you do not get from big stores who hire anyone with a pulse. Not only do they have some harder-to-find things in stock but they can also order AND build if you need. I was able to purchase everything I need to take my 2010 ok PC and bring it up on par with todays gaming needs. Anything refurbished comes with a 90 day warranty. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been to Smart Parts many times in the past. They once repaired a broken screen on a laptop. Acer was going to charge me $400. The guys at Smart Parts charged me $150 and gave me a small upgrade to the screen. Recently I upgraded my laptop to a laptop and was starting to build it myself but had a hard time with the wiring and installation of the graphics card. I asked Best Buy how much it would costs for them to do it. It ranged in the $250 range. I brought it to Smart Parts and they charged $60 for wiring management and graphics card installation. I could not be happier with the service I have received! Strongly recommend!!!

I have used (and continue to) this company many times for repairs and have purchased a couple desktops from them as well. It is hard to find anyone you can trust these days who know what they are doing and LOVE what they are doing. I have absolutely NO problem recommending them for ANY computer related service. I have sent friends to them and they are equally elated with their service. They are honest, competitively priced, friendly...I just cannot say enough about them. James and his team are the best!

I had my custom PC built here and the parts and labor costs are extremely competitive and reasonable unlike SWS computers and other stores in the area that try to exploit you. Wes did a fantastic job setting up my rig and the cable management was on point, would highly recommend them to anybody wanting professional, helpful and timely service at a down to earth price point! My experience with smart parts PC was absolutely fantastic! I had serious troubles with bad image errors and a defective Hard Drive. Not only did they fix the problems i brought to them but they also took extra time to fix issues i hadnt mentioned. Now my PC works better than ever. James and Wes were polite, professional, and informative. Love this place.

Bought a desktop PC here, and my mom got a tablet here. Good service and prices, I have a friend looking for a PC currently so I was looking up their info. Cant beat the quality of parts for the price and the service...I am pretty convinced that any bad review is just a troll or potentially affiliated with a neighboring business. Go there and tell me you think I am wrong and I will change my review,but I just cant possibly imagine any reasonable person being treated poorly.Computers and cars both can be touchy sometimes,and sometimes people arent aware that their browsing habits infect their computer repeatedly. The equipment I received was quality, and any problems I have had (through no fault of Smart Parts...issues like a cable going bad on my PC, or my mom not buying a PC with enough storage and needing to buy more) were quickly resolved with personal care, with good sales prices and amazing service and service costs. If you buy something here, they will really take care of you even if you need upgrades down the road. If you expect things to be perfect and never have problems then dont buy a computer or a car ever, but if you want knowledgeable staff and prices that compare with amazon you will like this store.Even if I am knowledgeable about PCs and technology, it gives me a lot of peace of mind to be able to send friends and family to a store I trust without having to hold their hand like I would going to a big box store to ensure they dont get ripped off. By far the best place to buy a PC in Tucson.

I always do all of my own builds, but the guys here are extremely knowledgeable if I run into any problems or have off the wall specific questions. In addition to that their pricing is very competitive and ordering parts always goes smoothly and comes in within a few days if they dont have it in stock.

Recently purchased a custom built computer from this place. James helped us out. He showed us what he has in stock, and also talked to us about building a computer specific to our needs. We decided to go with a custom build. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase anything or a specific computer, not even after he gave us a little 101 computer basics lol. I called almost all the computer shops in town he was the only one with part that I needed. The owner is extremely nice and offers good computers or just parts at great prices. He looked up the part online and went lower then what it retailed for. Most places like sws and best buy will either sell you the retail price or about $10 more. I would extremely recommend this shop.

Very polite, professional, punctual technicians installed and placed the TV on the wall. They threaded the wires behind the wall, and cleaned up to leave everything in fine working order...I would highly recommend Smart Parts!

Had a great experience at this business.Brought in my PC after a recent crash where I was unsure if it was my GPU or motherboard that was not functioning.The owner tested my card for free, and then installed a new used card for me at no additional cost.I would definitely recommend this business.

I have a Lenovo laptop that would not boot because a Microsoft download messed up my boot sector. The Lenovo tech support told me there was no way to fix it except to reformat my hard drive and cause me to lose all my data and installed programs. In desperation I took it to Smart Parts PC. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They had my boot sector repaired in about an hour. The repair was worth every penny! I got all my data back, I did not have to reinstall anything, and everything was back to normal again. I highly recommend Smart Parts PC.

James is absolutely amazing, very knowledgable, great variety of stock. My experience with computer repairs was 5 stars with smart parts pc. This was the first place I visted that was actually more concerned about my needs rather then being like an auto mechanics that rips you off. You can tell the employees had integrity and were very quick to getting my laptop fixed.
