Went to the FedEx inside office Max. A sign somewhere would have helped. Drove around parking lot twice looking for FexEx drop building.1st employee was prompt in helping me, but she had no clue what to do. I waited, with someone else, whom I never saw get help. Took about 15 min before another clerk came over. He was defensive and irritated. Told me he could not send my package. I corrected him and said he could. It went downhill from there.No need to go there again. Ever!Ps. Never saw the other customer get any help.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible customer service I received today from Josh, a printing specialist, and his manager, Jesus. I lost some receipts needed for my company expense report and they went above and beyond to help recover these receipts for me, saving me about $100 out of my own pocket.This kind of customer service is the way to keep long term customers, so thank you thank you thank you Josh and Jesus!

It took more than 24 hours to laminate two posters. I would have been fine with that if hair wasnt trapped inside. I left disappointed.

Josh was the employee who helped me today. Sand his customer service was outstanding. Especially with me being green to wiring in an office. Josh took the time to explain small details that helped me understand why we use certain products over other that were much cheaper. Very big help. I was pretty sad and disappointed with office max with the work I had gotten yesterday but when I went in today Chris helped fix the Issue. Thank You! I Fully changed my mind and will be going back next time for my next order.

I want to commend this store for the attentiveness, friendliness and - most especially - the integrity of its staff. When my husband and I walked in, we were immediately directed to what we were looking for, even though the employees were fully occupied with other customers. More importantly, when we checked out, we accidentally gave the cashier too much money, which she immediately gave back. We would never have known, because the bills were slick new $20s that stuck together. I am so impressed with this store that I will use it for all my future office supplies, even though there are other stores closer to me.

Poor service. I stood at customer service wait for check out, but there was no cashier worked there. I asked an employee who worked at the counter in the other side of the store if anyone could help me. The employee told me go back there cashier would help. However, I waited at customer service and none of employees show up. Poor service I decided to leave.

I visited this location twice and both times I’ve experienced rudeness of the workers (2 different individuals) I also placed an order for pick up and let them know that I’m at curbside. I’ve waited for awhile and nobody showed up. Don’t waste your time going here, I highly suggest going to the one on 22nd. They have way better customer service.

I’ve filled out an email and sent it but the general public should know to stay away from the service desk specifically an employee named Chris. He is so rude. Definitely not the normal Office Max experience as other stores!

Spent $800 on a new lap top. Had them set it up. But when we call for help 2 weeks later because it’s not working and we speak to the tech manager he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Tells us we need to fix it ourselves basically. Called another store and they are fixing it for us. Guess someone needs to look for a new job outside of customer support.

One of their vendors put them in a bad spot by not producing enough parts to service one of their printers. Muhammad was very helpful and finding a creative solution for me to keep my printer working.

Personally, I would give no stars. OfficeMax Office Depot. Ive been working almost 4 weeks Im my refund. Every time I call theres a different story, and so far only one phone call has been documented. I feel its equivalency of stealing money from me. They can take my money with no problem, but its taking this much work to get a refund thats legitimate?? De stock

I went to OfficeMax today with my father to buy a printer. Mind you, my father is a classic boomer the customer is always right kind of person. Im not even going to lie, I dont enjoy shopping with him because I feel bad for the way he talks to employees, but Im out of a job right now and appreciated that he offered to buy me a printer (so I try to make up for his behavior while Im there somehow). As a person who also deals with boomers at work, Ive been on the other side, and especially in these times with Covid-19, its even worse. So I want to thank the employee who helped us today. Not only were they very knowledgable on the products, they were very professional and helpful! They navigated my dads boomer requests very well! We ended up leaving the store with a good printer and a good deal. I really appreciate this employees help! I shouldve asked for their name, but in case this helps them get recognition (or a raise!?), the employee ID on the receipt is 966207. Thanks again!!

Sadly, this is my first ever review of less than five stars. I purchased a Lenova computer at this store, along with Word and a package of tech support, and had them transfer the data from my old computer. It never worked properly from day one as I couldn’t right click on Word. At first the techs told me it was no problem and everything was fine. I then used their online help desk and after a few hours they fixed it, but then the problem immediately reverted. They concluded they could do nothing more. I returned to the store numerous times as they tried to fix the problem.The techs at this store then called Word and said Word claimed it was a problem now on all computers due to the last update. I went to an outside computer expert who said that wasn’t true and that it was likely a conflict between the Lenova Registry and Windows for that specific computer or possibly for all current Lenovas.Bottom line, I had a computer that did not do what I needed it to do, and what I paid for. Office Max techs said there was nothing else I could do but return the computer.I bought a new HP computer from Best Buy, had my data transferred and all works perfect.I returned the computer to Office Max and they would only refund the cost of the computer itself, which was $469 even though my total purchase price including labor ($379) and one year of online tech support was over $1,000. I paid one bill for all to Office Max. They said they couldn’t reimburse labor, even though I didn’t go there for a computer issue, I went there to buy a new computer and it never worked from day one.It was like buying a Toro lawn mower from a hardware store, and it never worked from day one, and the hardware store saying not their fault, I’d have to go to Toro.Office Max staff cared less if it cost me about $600 out of pocket for nothing. The result: They get the money but lose a customer. Very sad.

Worst one in Tucson. The workers are rude and disrespectful. I came in to print out some paperwork went over to the counter the employees were just sitting there on their phone. So I went to the check out counter and the female at the desk seemed to hate her job. I will never be coming back to this location again. Would not recommend!!

Went into this store and couldn’t find what I needed. I walked around for 20 minutes or so and was never approached by an employee or asked if I needed help, which I did. I finally went up to an employee to ask for help and they were both very unhappy to be bothered by me. I had been told I could make my purchase at the print center so I asked the girl if she could take care of me and she said she needed to finish setting up her laminator and sent me across the store to a young man who was currently being bounced around by another customer. I stood there for 15 more minutes waiting while the other two unhappy employees set up laminators and stared at me. I was VERY irritated when I left.

Extremely friendly staff, and they try to help you save money by giving you other options. Several times Ive walked out spending less money than Ive planned on. They offer a discount on prints and copies for students with valid student ID as well, so make sure you take advantage of that if youre studying.

My favorite is Chris! he is very helpful every time I come here in order to get my business cards. I can go on and on about this guy. because he goes out of his way to help me even though I should already have decided what it is that I want for my business cards to design etc etc, he makes great suggestions in order to make my purchase quicker. There are so many choices in the business card option that his suggestions were very helpful and I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner.Unfortunately there was a time when I visited and the guys name was Zayne, Redhead with a beard. He was very not helpful he was already on his phone and when I came to ask for his help he gave me the portence that I was disturbing him. I didnt like him very much.

Went to go buy a desk told me I had to order it. Told them i was going to pick out a chair and come back and order everything at the same time.... I come back to the manager that was helping me .... they are no where to be found... cashier had no idea what to do.. so Ill take my money elsewhere.... as Im driving off there is the manager smoking on there break... more important then helping out a customer... never again

Mike in the print department is absolutely amazing!! However my experience with Chris has been the opposite, he doesnt seem to put customer service first and does not like to go out of his way or above and beyond for the customer.

Ordered online, picked up in store. Amazingly fast processing time, was ready before the 1 Hr Pickup time. Great staff. Was pleasantly surprised how competitive their price was; had compared prices w Amazon & Walmart online prior to purchase.

Great service with getting high quality copies. I was going to get color copies for by flyer but when I realized how expensive it would be, I switched to be and it still looked nice. I didnt think the selection of folders was very good, just basic primary colors. Will buy somewhere else

This is the only office supply type store I frequent. Employees are always readily available if i need help or have any questions. The copy/fax area is sticked with scissors, white-out etc. Anytime Ive made copies etc. Ive had no issues and got in and out quickly. As far as prices go, they may not be the least expensive, but I know if theres ever an issue I can return item no questions asked!

This store really suck I was going to purchase a new computer system and there was no one to help. Even though there was employees in the store I was ignored. Best Buy had better service.

Chris in the Printing dept. Is the best customer service agent Ice felt with on a while. Hes polite, helpful, knowlegable and professional. He makes the regular trips to get my printing very enjoyable.

The manager Norma was found to be very unhelpful and not attendant to me and other customers . Did not answer my questions in a professional matter was rude with attitude . Front customer service area was busy and she made it obvious to avoid helping out her staff with customers . if anyone visits this store do not bother asking manager Norma the manager for assistance. Very lazy and no knowledge of products offered by office depot

Scott was helpful with a somewhat difficult order. He was great but the store has a weird system of using computers in separate places to handle payments vs orders, etc. This makes transactions take longer than necessary.

Filthy store with zero customer service. We wanted to buy a specific desk and office chair. Couldnt find an employee to help, they avoid customers. The floors and shelves are filthy and falling apart. Even the exit door was broken. Youll need to manually pull it apart if you want to get out. Go elsewhere.

Prices are pretty high compared to other retailers but they have a lot better selection.

This store will go out of business soon. Next to impossible to get any help when I showed up and I was the only customer there. The guy on the phone was very helpful (which is why they get another star) but in person the customer service was awful. Ill shop on amazon for my office supplies from now on.

Likely the worst experience for office supplies. James chatting up a storm on the phone while puffing away on his e-cig. I cant believe this guy is on the clock.Chitchat about what kind of printer he has at home and the ability of his home printer to print on envelopes, the person on the other end of the line wasnt getting a word in; this was the Somkin James Show at OfficeMax. This wasnt even a sales call; this was some guy puffing and bragging on what he has for personal use while a line of customers awaits.Finally off the phone, a few more puffs, wanders to me, first in line, and wanders off again to help someone else who was just arriving leaving the four customers in line waiting. F-him!Theres no end to the pathetic service at this location.

They probably have everything you might want but good luck finding it because products are thrown willy-nilly around the store. Even the ads are random. Searching for an office chair, we found various items on all 4 pages of the current ad, rather than placed together - and almost no connection to the chairs placed all around the store. Signage was incomplete and if there were any sales people it wasnt obvious - we never saw a single person on the floor in over an hour of shopping. Another example: post-its. Rather than being placed together so that a comparison of sizes, colors, and prices could be made, we found 4 different groups of post-its - accidentally - which seemed to be without rhyme or reason. We did finally find one of the doorbuster items from the sales flyer, and there was just a single package on the shelf - we never found any sales staff to ask if more of the product was available, and left having spent 50c rather than purchasing the $250 chair or any of the other items we wanted.

The printing service was amazing, definitely would go back. 10/10

Not really impressed with Office Max here. For as big as store they had not much other than tons of printers.

Compared to other Office Max/Depot stores in Tucson, this one has slim pickings. I came in for some basics -- a set of Pentel Pens, toner and a calendar. The writing instrument section has shrunk down to a few brands, and they didnt have mine. The store had celebrity poster calendars, but none of the basic monthly business calendars we use. I did get all the toner for my Epson printer, but man was it expensive! $104 for the basic 4 colors. The next day I went to the Office Max on Wetmore and got everything I needed.

About 45 mins to print 18 pages. Customer in front of me had an incorrect spelling on an invitation...despite the line and being the only one at the desk, employee decided now was a good time to fiddle around with Photoshop and scanning. Employee #2 finally shows up, thank goodness, but oh wait, its only because employee #1 is leaving for break. He never came back. Now employee #2 is photoshopping. Facepalm. Employee #3 eventually came over to help about 10-15 mins later, was very nice but 1/10 computer skills. Had to walk him through it. Nice dude but painfully long experience.

Needed something printed quickly and got it done

If I could give it no stars, I would. Took in a disc for them to print out a PDF file off of. Not only were they unable to process the printing order, they nuked the disc, told me that scratches were to blame when I came back later complaining that my disc was wiped clean. They sent me to someone who does not buff discs, but they referred me to someone who does. Even after buffing, it didnt work. Took it home, my daughter spent time referring to the internet and fixed it. Office Max screwed up the disc when they rebooted their computer because they couldnt get the file to spool up. I dont hold the gal responsible who did it-she didnt know any better. Even their tech support guy didnt know any better. Even manager admitted they really dont have tech-savy people in the building. Buy your supplies there is you must, but dont let them touch yourself or expect them to know details about their own business.

Theres only one reason that we didnt like it and that is because the salesman told us that the printer that we had bought did not have ink included with it but when we got it home we had found that it did have an concluded and we had spent an extra $60 that we didnt need to spend but it was a great deal though we save $60 overall
